Lovely service especially when with someone who has a gluten allergy.
They confirmed that they have a new fryer that is dedicated for gluten free fries!! This was very comforting for myself and my partner.
Very welcome and exciting environment.
Whenever I walk in I'm welcomed with big smiles and positivity.

The coffee at Sierra is always yummy and so is the food. The gluten free chicken wrap is divine and the mince roll full of flavour. Customer service is excellent they always go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and to take care of you!

Date scone and gluten free lemon muffins were to die for! Coffee was really nice too. Strong, not weak and milky like so many places we've been to before. Clean and happy staff. Next time we're walking the Millwater estuary, we will definitely stop here again.
A charming spot with lovely decor and delicious, visually appealing offerings makes for a delightful surprise visit.

Visiting this cafe was 100% out of convenience rather than planned, but what a treat it turned out to be.
The decor is lovely, the service was fine. I gave 4 out of five for service as we weren't ready to order on the first visit to our table, and only a couple of minutes later we were but no one came over, so I went to order at the counter. No biggie.
The food and coffee were delish and I mean 100% delish. They were visually pleasing, too. Pity I didn't take a photo. Gluten-free is becoming the norm now, but I haven't had such a good tasting gluten-free bagel in a long time. I'm not sure I would tell the difference between a wheat and this gluten-free one.
All in all, I really recommend this place.
Expect a spot with attentive service and a focus on customer preferences, making for a satisfying dining experience.

First time visiting this Katsuni, and both of us agreed that the person that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the dietary requirements of both of us. The lady made sure the food had no onion or garlic and for my better half, no gluten. Even treated the preparation to avoid cross contamination and requested staff to use different utensils (not needed but attention to detail was cool). The food itself was very well prepared and very generous servings. Ramen was very good, however the long trip home made the noodles a bit more than al dente which was unavoidable.
Would I recommend Katsuni Silverdale? For the service we got and the food we received, yes.
only 3 gluten free options apart from a salad and they all contained pesto in the premade rosti. coffee slightly burnt tasting vanilla latte. have had slightly better there last year.
Nicest meal I’ve had in Auckland! The food was cooked unbelievably well and was looked after so well by the staff. The manager Katie went out of her way to inform me about the gluten free options on the menu, felt very safe eating here with food allergies. All of the staff were brilliant.
