Absolutely love the atmosphere of Bistro Pierre, it's calm and welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff are allergen vigilant and able to adapt most dishes to be gluten free.

The bar for pre dinner drinks was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent and service and atmosphere great. The gluten free was well catered for. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Went here for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. The food looked outstanding and tasted just as good. Well worth a visit. They also have gluten free menus if I’m not mistaken.

Visited here on Friday for lunch with my sister. We're both vegan and have been wanting to come for ages. To say we were spoilt for choice would be an understatement. Took us ages to decide what to have. We opted for the Doner Party to share and loaded jerk fries. Absolutely delicious and clearly freshly cooked. Portions were very generous, too. Also noticed there were quite a few gluten-free options. Staff were really friendly too. Would 100% recommend any will definitely be returning!

'Valentine's menu' We previously had a taster menu which was exceptional. The Valentine's menu in comparison was disappointing in comparison. The restaurant wasn't full, but service was delayed or didn't arrive at all. The gluten free option on the main course simply excluded the gluten element with no alternative.

10/10 always recommend this branch. Not only is it safe for me to eat here with Coeliac, but the staff are always truly lovely, with fantastic customer service. I was served by Lucy late last Sunday and she really made my day. The food was perfect too. Makes me imagine the workplace culture is great as the vibe is unlike the rest of the fast food places.

Wiktoria was excellent, attentive and speedy so we got our value for money with the bottomless brunch. Also helpful with some gluten free options on the menu. Wiktoria, we'll be back as long as you can be our server!

Wish I had tried this restaurant sooner. The excellent reviews made me choose this over other city centre options and my family all said it was the best restaurant meal ever. My well travelled older brother said it was the best lasagne he had ever had! My sea bass with lobster bisque sauce dish was adapted superbly by the chef to accomodate gluten and dairy intolerance. Likewise, my bruscheta starter was also incredibly tasty. I did not feel short changed in flavour or choice, which is the norm for me when dining out. My 2 sons' 3 courses were also described with superlatives. The wine was apparently excellent (I stuck to prosseco as it was my birthday). Limoncello was offered after the bill was settled and I can't not mention the waiters who were attentive and professional throughout. What a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended 👌

Was refused service because I have Coeliac disease. Went up to order a salad (specifically chose this as I thought a salad isn’t going to have gluten in and it says low gluten friendly) was told they were not willing to serve me if I was coeliac as the kitchen wasn’t safe. If you are not going to serve people with allergies, advertise this!!! My friend had already ordered her food and had to go back to cancel hers. We specifically came here because of the mention of gluten free options. Why offer ‘low gluten friendly’ options if you’re not going to cater to people who actually can’t eat gluten?

At a party in the upstairs room on Saturday Feb 10th. Amy(?) with pink hair could not have been more helpful. Guy behind the bar was helpful too Food was lovely and gluten free options, together with gluten free bear made it an extra hit with my coeliac family members. Dance floor had air con! Excellent. Excellent little shop in Lace Market. I've been here a couple of times and the food and drinks are always fantastic. They also have a very tempting selection of cakes including vegan and gluten-free options lined up next to the window display. Prices are aligned with other independent cafes in the area. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, the shop is very clean and well decorated. The servers and waitresses are warm and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Seating is limited so it can be full meaning they might not take on any more customers if they are running beyond capacity. Toilet available for customers.

A hidden gem! A go-to spot for weekends. I ordered The Classic Flatbread with Cajun Spiced Seasoned Fries. Flavourful and delicious. Presented nicely, perfect for those who love a food photo. Cocktails are worth it too. Both outdoor and indoor spaces have the prettiest decor. Such a vibe! Great for large groups and students. Lovely service, friendly and accommodating staff. Came here for Monday lunch such a nice surprise Wasn't expecting much to be gluten free but was given a menu showing all gluten free pies and lots of things could be modified to be gluten free. Lovely view of the robin hood statue

Has a very good range of craft beers which are changed out on a regular basis, also on my last couple of visits they had gluten free ales on draught. Food is reasonable and they have offers on through the week, 2 for 1 pizza is my favourite.
