I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).

I agree with a previous post about an unclean restaurant,(example,tables not wiped clean, all dispensers were filthy) with no plates or straws.
I asked for the gluten free option and the staff have to ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. What does it matter to them what I choose or why?
No salt or pepper or parmesan on the tables.
The salad is OK.

They say that they have a gluten friendly menu, if a customer tells you that they have a Celiac disease (no GLUTEN) why wouldn't you try your best not to have the meal cross contaminate with gluten items. I feel like people don't take someone's CELIAC serious!!! I have gone to other gluten friendly restaurants and have not had a flare up. If you have celiac disease "Don't eat here"!!!!!!

This is the 4th time I have dined at a Lazy Dog restaurant. The service has always been great. The food is so good. So many great options. Burgers are lqrge and tasty. A member of our party is gluten intolerant. They have a great menu with several options. I ended up selecting the salmon, red potatoes, and steamed spinach from that memu. It was perfectly cooked. We got sweet potato tots to share. So yummy! We also had a picky eater with us. Even they raved about their salmon. Side salads are large! The mixed greens were fresh and very good. If you are near a Lazy Dog, I would highly recommend going. If you like to watch sports, there are plenty of large screens in the bar area with ample seating. The outdoor patio is nice as well. I will keep going and recommending!

This is the best vegan restaurant in Fresno by far. I go here 2-4 times a month. If I could afford to go more I would. If I could improve this restaurant I would offer high protein options like soy and wheat gluten just like you offer cheese for vegetarians.
