I ate the grilled blackened shrimp skewers (appetizer size with butter), The Chopped Salad, and I had crustless Key Lime pie, which was pretty big (to be honest). All were delicious! The rootbeer is gluten-free too (Maine Roots brand). Coke products served. Sorry no pictures, but it was all delicious. No reactions at all! I waited several hours before posting my review. I'm a highly sensitive celiac with a wheat allergy too. ❤️

I’m gluten free and my boyfriend is plant based, so this stop was exactly what we were seeking having come down from NYC to visit my parents. The options and the quality of the food were remarkable. It doesn’t taste like a chain, it tastes like someone cares and is on a mission for the greater good of seeing our relationship with food differently. I was surprised to see the 5 star reviews, but the hype is something you feel and experience. I wish this owner the best of success as they deserve it. Also the protein options wonderful! The gluten free (celiac) noodle options fantastic, and the chocolate vegan cheesecake bowl 🥣- yummmmyyyy
Expect a vibrant spot with stunning beach views, a fun vibe, and excellent service, perfect for a casual yet memorable experience.

Came here because of the reviews mentioning gluten free options. The place was packed but we were seated quickly, asked for a table outside and got it. Great view. Dolphins swimming in the water. The restaurant is very loud. Water comes by default in a plastic to go cup. I think they're trying to get you in and out as fast as possible.
I asked for a gluten-free menu, they said they are in the process of printing one and showed me a sheet of paper i took a photo of. At the table there was very little talk of dietary restrictions, the server did check with the kitchen if what I'd chosen was compliant gluten free dairy free but there was no attempt at helping select something. I honestly think they didn't understand or care how serious an issue that is for some people.
My companion who can eat anything ordered a pepperoni flat bread and described it as "meh". I ordered the octopus which came with "apple puree" that tasted like absolutely nothing and i mean nothing and the texture was like grainy mashed potatoes that sat on the counter for two days drying out. I suspect there was hidden butter in it because of how i felt after eating it. Also ordered a "veggie bowl". Instead of actually making something with this, they just slapped a bunch of ingredients on a plate, added a cup of tamari on the side and called it a day. At least i hope it was tamari. Feeling as bad as i did after eating here could have been caused by gluten containing soy sauce or butter.
This was neither good, nor priced appropriately, not safe if you have a food allergy.
Enjoy a beautiful vibe with clearly marked menus and an inviting outdoor seating area, making it ideal for plant-based eaters and locals alike.

EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL. It’s the 2nd time I was able to eat here safely having Celiac Disease. Delicious food & great service! Special thanks to our awesome server, GARRETT! :) Can’t wait to come back again! :) ( If I was a local, I’d be here more often!)
Experience a welcoming vibe with knowledgeable staff, fresh offerings, and convenient takeout, making it a place you'll want to revisit.

Stopped by this BBQ spot while visiting and was blown away! I came with friends to enjoy some good barbecue and definitely got more than I expected. I didn’t mention my gluten restriction at first, but when they brought out the complimentary cornbread with my ribs, I let them know—and they were incredibly kind and remade my entire meal to ensure there was no cross-contamination. The ribs? Unreal. We’re talking fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth good. Super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Great service, delicious food, and very accommodating—I’d give it a solid 10/10 and would absolutely come back!
With rave reviews for delicious pizza and great service, this spot is a must-visit for a fun beach meal experience.

Our first time to rehoboth beach we decided to try this pizza place. My daughter got a cheesesteak and I got one slice of pizza. The cheesesteak was ok but the pizza was the best I have ever had. The only complaint I have is I have a gluten allergy and they don’t sell by the slice. Very good experience we will be back.

If you're looking for bold flavors and a fun, retro vibe, Taco Reho is the spot! This music-themed taco joint delivers not only on atmosphere but also on incredible food.
I had the chance to try the Baja Fish, Grilled Shrimp, and Beef Shorty tacos, and each one was a hit. The Baja Fish was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning and a fresh, tangy slaw that balanced every bite. The Grilled Shrimp was juicy and packed with flavor, complemented by vibrant toppings that made it stand out. But the real surprise was the Beef Shorty—tender, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The blue berry lemonade was a hit! Everything is fresh and made to order.
Beyond the fantastic tacos, Taco Reho is also a great choice for those who are celiac-sensitive, offering gluten-free options that don’t compromise on taste, as well as vegan options. It’s refreshing to find a place that caters to different dietary needs while still delivering top-tier flavors.
A nostalgic rock-and-roll atmosphere, and food that keeps you coming back for more, Taco Reho is a must-visit for any taco lover!

The food was absolutely AMAZING!!!! They were also patient with our 3 year old and our service was great. I haven’t been in a couple of years and while it has always been great…. It was particularly amazing tonight! The ahi tuna nachos and the seafood boat were both amazingly delicious (like eyes rolling in the back of your head full of flavor) and the classic baked Asiago oysters along with the fresh raw oysters were phenomenal! I also LOVE that they offer the gluten free desserts. The flourless chocolate torte was phenomenal! Thank you!!

Genuinely excellent modern Mexican food with some original twists to classic favorites. Fresh guacamole, proper salsa made with fire-roasted vegetables, and chips not just salted but actually spiced with a bit of smoked paprika and chili-lime, and arrived hot and fresh. All the entrée items my group had were top notch, and they were very accommodating in dividing the check among 5 people. Friendly and professional staff.
Menu has clear lables denoting items that are vegetarian, contain allergens like gluten or dairy, and where they can perform substitutions. Portions are just right, not too big nor too small.
Vibrant spot with tasty drinks and amazing enchiladas, just a stone's throw from the beach—definitely worth a visit!

Best Mole I've tasted! Enchiladas were so good. Great drinks, atmosphere steps away from the beach and great food! Also great if you have Celiacs ...Mexican food is usually safe if you get corn tortillas!

Chicken Parm was nicely prepared and had a lot of garlic flavor. The short rib paired with the mushroom risotto was a winner, although it was a little light on Chianti sauce. Gluten free pasta came as penne and had a nice sauce, but was a bit overcooked. Service was friendly and attentive.
A buzz-worthy spot with a vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service that keeps diners coming back for more!

After our first restaurant choice was closed we found ourselves at this restaurant. I had eaten there before and was anxious to share because I really enjoyed it. We were very disappointed there was not a single gluten free option on the menu. With so many people who are now gluten free I was very surprised there was not a single gluten free option on the menu (aside from the items that were naturally GF). We were looking forward to trying their afternoon tea, however, now it's out of the question.

My favorite juice spot in Rehoboth! Always cold pressed and fresh. Friendly staff. Hulks Sweetie and Watermelon juice are my go-to’s and Hulk Juice for when I really need my greens! So many healthy options for people looking for gluten free or dairy free options - love this place!

$-$$. Recommend for those looking for a good margarita, or a homestyle fusion on Mexican, Latin and Spanish favorites that deliver on quality as much as it does value. The family owned Mariachis has been a staple in Rehoboth since 2006 and has proven it's spot with their friendly service and multiple chilli contest wins (taking the recent victory in 2025). Picky eaters and those with dietary restrictions will rejoice as Mariachis menu is comprehensive with basics to gluten free and vegetarian.
Yes, chips and salsa are provided without an additional charge.
Pro tip, try the Paella.
I wish I could say we had a great experience here. A family member had called ahead and asked if this restaurant could accommodate food allergies (gluten free, dairy free, corn free). The individual who answered the phone not only reassured us that this restaurant could accommodate food allergies but went on to rave about how they could also accommodate vegetarian and vegan individuals. We made a reservation for a table of 12 and were seated as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was very friendly. We were seated at a bunch of tables put together. This would have been perfectly fine if the end table was not broken. The server came over right away and asked if we wanted anything to drink while placing cups and a water pitcher on the table. Out of the 12 cups we received 6 were unbelievably dirty. We told him about the cups and the broken table and he rushed over new cups for us. As we started informing our server about all the food allergies individuals in our group had and asking questions we could tell this was not a great restaurant choice. The waiter told us that everything on the menu could be made gluten free. This wasn't true at all. There was a very limited amount of options to order from to begin with. One individual with food allergies got scallops, another got a beyond burger without a bun, and I got a house salad. Everyone said their food was good at best. For the prices they were charging it should have been great. The regular hamburger was lacking in both appearance and taste, the sweet potato fries were so overcooked you couldn't even eat them, and one person's food was brought out so much later than everyone else (the food was brought out at different times to begin with but one person was waiting 10 minutes after everyone else to get their dinner). The pizza our table recieved was incredibly undercooked, the nachos were too spicy to eat, and overall the food just was not great. I wish I could say this was our fault due to the food allergy situation but we had specifically called ahead, asked, and was reassured we could be accommodated. If you have food allergies this is not the place to go. Although the staff was friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible, this place is not allergy friendly whatsoever. Overall the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere, it just was not clean, allergy friendly, and the food itself was very poor.

Great restaurant. Good vibe. Service was quick. Food delivery was really fast. This is mid November, off season. Food was excellent. Ordered the Gluten-free Cheese Steak. GF as promised. Portions can easily feed two adults or one teenager.

Found this place this weekend on a family trip. Ended up going twice! Everything we got was delicious and well-prepared. They even had gluten-free options for my mom who has an allergy. Service and atmosphere was extremely friendly and fun. A special shout-out to our server, Jeff, who we had on both visits. Plan on making this part of our Labor Day weekend tradition!

I can only rate Eden 5 stars! The experience is simply stunning. The flavor profiles designed by the chef are a true treat to the senses, perfection is an understatement. And for people with allergies, especially gluten, can dine without worry. A must on any Delaware Beach vacation.
Not allergy friendly. The lady with the blonde hair was not accommodating and was not very nice to my friend who was gluten free. The waiter was nice though. Food was pretty ok
The restaurant was highly rated for having gluten free options, so we got take out while visiting Dewey Beach. The place was beautiful and everyone was very nice.. but the food was underwhelming and expensive. The cesar salad was 6 leaves of romaine with dressing on the side. The gluten free pasta was terrible and the grilled chicken it was topped with was worse. I can appreciate the restaurant trying to serve a gluten free clientele... but $78 plus tip was just crazy for what we got.

We checked into The Avenue Hotel & Spa on Friday evening and slipped right into The Blue Hen for a late dinner. The atmosphere is always really nice there and so is the staff. We sat at a hightop in the bar area. Lighting was just right, gas fires were running outside but it was drizzling, so we stayed in. Dining room was busy. The crowd is always a mix of visitors and locals with a happy, festive feel. We had hoped to watch the Women's Final Four but the bar crowd was already engaged in soccer and a dog show on the monitors. (note that this is probably not the ideal place to watch a game and the bar team isn't in tune with the current interests in sports).
The food was excellent - really fresh! I had the beet salad minus the cheese and a shrimp cocktail that was accompanied by house made cocktail sauce. This made for the perfect gluten free-dairy free meal. My husband enjoyed his generously sized and yummy burger.
As a Blue Hen alum, this place always gives me the warm and fuzzies with its blue hen adored plates, and beautiful wall art tribute. We always make it a point to stop here when in Rehoboth.

My girlfriend and I had a delightful experience at Somewhere yesterday. The atmosphere is super cute, and we loved sitting up front on the porch. I had the gluten-free avocado toast, which was good—not super yummy, but I enjoyed it. My girlfriend had the tacos and said the pork was yummy.
We also tried the mimosa bucket, which comes with a bottle and three different kinds of fresh juice. It was a fun idea, but we ordered Prosecco and it came with cava instead. If we had known in advance, it wouldn’t have been an issue, but Prosecco is just not the same. Despite that, it was a super fun environment overall.
I ran in to purchase their gluten-free egg bites. We bought both the egg and bacon and the egg white and red peppers. My blood sugar was crashing badly since I never had a chance to eat anything earlier before I left home and it was after 2:30PM. These really hit the spot. Both are excellent! I highly recommend these to anyone who has Celiac Disease or follows a Paleo or Keto diet.

Had the most wonderful dinner. I had the Halibut special served with summer corn salad and fingerling potatoes and my husband had the day boat scallops. I have a gluten intolerance and they were very accommodating. Let’s not forget the flourless chocolate caramel tart for dessert. The food, service and ambiance were impeccable. The owners came over and introduced themselves and were lovely. Will definitely return next time we visit Rehoboth Beach.
Nice coastal ambiance near prime Rehoboth Beach location. We liked the bar and had good service. The entire staff was professional and courteous.
Our group enjoyed the crab dip appetizer. The prime rib dinner was delicious (but I was hoping for more shrimp). The mahi tacos were really tasty.
Hoping that the menu expands with more gluten-free options (no GF appetizers...) but we appreciated the staff's knowledge of the menu. They run some good specials so it's worth checking their website to see what's available.
Quaint little restaurant with amazing food and great service. Somewhat hard to find parking so show up a little early if you make reservations. They also have a few gluten free options.
An amazing experience with fantastic specials and attention to detail that makes every visit memorable for families and friends alike.

Stingray is an AMAZING experience. I went with my parents, sister, and some extended family (party of seven). We enjoyed two Chef's specials, Beef with Broccoli, Pad Thai, Edamame, Crab Rangoon, and an assortment of other items.
Morgan was a *FANTASTIC* server. She was detail oriented, kept the alcohol flowing, and ensured my sister's gluten/dairy allergy was paid attention to.
We can't wait to come back. :)
