When i began having anaphylactic reactions to several different foods, dinner date nights and family dinners honestly became somewhat depressing due to the lack of options at restaurants. It sucks to not have options at most places for something myself (and others with allergies) can't even control! Therefore I am absolutely grateful that Blaze offers gluten free and vegan options! This truly made my day when I found out, and I had a great experience for my very first visit yesterday! This place will now be a staple for me!

Extremely attentive bartenders on a busy Saturday. Had a gluten free pizza that was so good that I had to double check that it was actually gluten free! They also carry gluten free beer from another brewery which was awesome,!

first time ordering, all photos show noodles to have carrots, kale & flavor... clearly they just threw cooked noodles into my bowl, and my bowl was mostly noodles, barely anything else. I had rice for base as well and barely any in it. food was cold when i picked up, I arrived 10 min prior to stated pick up time, [out of 20 min wait] & food was older nagged and sitting there, I could tell it was made minutes after ordering with 0 update that it was ready: the drinks had melted ice and lots of condensation - those dont lie on how long it sat. pretty disappointed for a first time order - went here given the gf status for us celiac. bummer.

We went there for the first time tonight. You don’t know often anymore, but found the menu irresistible and the reviews were better than most we’d seen all online. I’m vegetarian and went with someone who is gluten intolerant. We had absolutely no issues being accommodated, which is not always easy. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service! Our waiter was Gabriel. He was attentive, but not cloying; he made sure taken care of and very well also. I’m extremely particular, one of those “everything on the side” people, and he had no issues whatsoever with it. You can tell when someone does and he really didn’t. At the end of the meal I asked that he gave his manager the receipt after I had put a note on it stating how amazing he was. He didn’t even look at it and took it straight to her. Beth, his manager, was near the door, and spoke with us as we left. She was as charming as Gabriel. We let her know how much we enjoyed her meal and the service, and that we would definitely be back. We live about 45 miles from this restaurant, but it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and especially to people with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and vegans, or food allergies, etc. The care with which our food was made and the attention to our needs was nothing less than outstanding.

They have a great Gluten free menu! As someone with Celiac it is such a treat to be able to eat normally at a restaurant some of my favorite foods - gluten pasta/macaroni was delicious! Soup was also gf. My main meal was potato crusted cod which was also delicious! I'll miss eating their almond chicken from before my diagnosis.

I really love their BBQ but the quality of the food has declined during my visits over the past couple of years. No one wants their meat cold or not moist. This used to be my favorite place around for BBQ. They do have gluten free options (let them know when you order).

We love eating here, food is so flavorful and delicious! They are always very accommodating to our food allergies too. Love the gluten free options they have! Also, I highly recommend their hot chai, it's the best I've ever had!!!

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant on the beautiful Gervasi property. Overlooking one of the ponds on site, the ambiance is both intimate yet lively and bustling. They have plenty of Gluten Free options for dinner and dessert. The menu is marked, even better! Our server was extremely knowledgable about the GF allergy and made our experience even better when making suggestions. She was extremely friendly and kind, one of the best servers we have ever had. They have a very tasty gluten free bread for dipping in either olive oil & balsamic or a hot ricotta cheese dip covered in honey. The highlight of the meal was the Filet which was served with charred brocollini and fluffy mashed potatoes piped onto the plate for a beautiful presentation. Absolutely amazing! We followed that by sharing a GF peanut butter carmel bannana dessert. If you stay at Gervasi, you must go! Heck, just go there for an oustanding meal, a beautiful local and vibe and top notch friendly service! 5 out of 5 stars hands down.

Great coffee shop! They have a very nice base coffee and pull a nice espresso. The selection of beans they have in shop is very good and they brew up nicely at home. Plenty of flavored syrup options if that's your preference, too. Baked goods are also very delicious: I had the banana nut muffin and the cinnamon coffee cake muffins- both were moist and flavorful. They have some gluten-friendly choices as well if you have that dietary constraint. Nice atmosphere, very cozy and lots of natural lighting. Never got super packed when I visited in the morning on the weekdays, but there is a steady flow of people getting their drinks to go. 100% worth a visit!

I always complain that salads at restaurants are designed and made by people who don’t like salads…. This is not the case here. Hands down the best, most flavorful salad packed with a wide variety of fresh, crispy greens and veg. Fantastic. I’ve also had the bowls and those are great. My toddler chows down while here too. Also, great vegan and gluten free options with clear cut menu. 10/10 love this place.

I love a place that makes their own syrups. Muggswigz always goes above and beyond when making their drinks. I also appreciate the gluten free and vegan pastry options! It’s well worth the 45 minute drive from our home!

Maria, our waitress, has a great personality and worked hard to serve a large section. You can tell that she knows her regulars, and makes everyone feel welcome. Overall I would say that the wait staff here has always been very friendly and hardworking in all of our visits. The food is usually good, and the place seems clean. They often seem a bit understaffed during busy times, so don't be in a hurry. Wish they would get the gluten free English muffins back, and also fix the ladies room (wife told me about that).
