First time ever here and what a gem! It's fine dining in the most comfortable atmosphere. Every ingredient and combination is carefully thought out. It's a dream for people who eat gluten free. They even packed a gluten free crepe along with a homemade roast, carrots and onions for my niece to take home to Johnstown for her husband. I cant recommend it enough! ps. wonderful, kind & friendly staff.
Bursting with flavor and creativity, this unique spot offers expertly crafted sandwiches and delicious tater tots, perfect for a relaxing treat!

We stopped here on our way back to Milwaukee from Ithaca, based on Google reviews and my gluten free needs. Absolutely sensational sandwiches. This will now be a regular stop when we’re traveling this route. Customer service was also A+++ with the nicest welcome, friendliest overview of the menu, and super reassuring about how they do gluten free. Thank you!!!
A spot known for its accommodating vibe, offering unique experiences like private prayer spaces and insightful presentations, perfect for gatherings.

I cannot begin to tell you about my amazing experience at The Cork! My students, staff, and I stopped for lunch on our way to Pittsburgh and the staff was beyond accommodating! They had meals prepackaged for those fasting in observance of Ramadan and even created a dedicated, private prayer space. And the chef and manager gave a short presentation about working in hospitality and management. The food was beyond amazing and then curate a menu to fit everyone; vegetarian, halal, and gluten free! I would highly recommend The Cork for a small intimate dinner with a loved one or a large group. Not to mention the staff was SO great with my high schoolers.
A top spot for tasty Mexican vibes that won’t break the bank, perfect for families craving a flavorful meal.

My partner and I stopped by this location on the tail end of a road trip, hoping for a quick meal and a clean restroom. Unfortunately, both aspects of our experience left a lot to be desired.
We stood in line for about 25 minutes, watching as the staff prioritized Uber Eats and DoorDash orders while those of us dining in were left waiting. Given the online claims of gluten-free and clean ingredient options, we were willing to endure the wait. But when it was finally our turn, things quickly went downhill.
I asked the employee behind the counter about the corn tortillas, hoping to avoid wheat due to dietary restrictions. I asked, “Are any of your tortillas just corn?” The employee responded, “They aren’t gluten-free, if that’s what you’re asking.” This answer was both vague and unhelpful, especially since I had read conflicting information online. I asked for further clarification: “Is there anything that’s just corn?” The employee simply pointed at the corn topping and said, “That’s all we have that’s just corn.”
At this point, feeling frustrated and unsure about the safety of my order, I moved to the cash register to pay for my partner’s meal while I figured out an alternative. But as I was at the register, two other employees overheard the conversation. One of them approached me with the allergy sheet and clarified that there were in fact hard shell corn tortillas (wheat-free) and proceeded to assist me in ensuring my meal would be safely prepared.
I was grateful for their attention to detail, but I couldn’t help but feel upset by the initial interaction. The first employee’s dismissive attitude and lack of helpfulness were disappointing, and it made me feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. To make matters worse, the restroom was not in the cleanest condition, further adding to our negative experience.
Ultimately, while one employee saved the day, the overall lack of customer service and attention to detail made this a visit I won't be repeating.
With attentive service and a focus on detail, enjoy a family-friendly vibe here, though prices are steep for casual dining and fries are missing.

Our server was so kind and polite, and I was impressed with his attention to detail and care for our table! He frequently checked on us to see if we needed anything, and all orders were correct. He even brought my toddler daughter's food out first so she would be content and happy while we waited.
The food was very good, and they have very nice gluten free options for their burgers, pizza, and sandwiches!
The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is because it was expensive for pub food, and they have no french fries on the menu which was a huge bummer to the whole family.
Stunning views, huge portions, and a relaxing ambiance make this spot a favorite for many, with delicious options and attentive service.

Good experience. Hailee the server was awesome. Tons of gluten free and allergen menu. Amazing view, good decor and ambiance, relaxing. Portions are huge. Would prefer smaller with more quality. Shrimp on flatbread didn’t have any flavor and was a bit tough. Lots of cheese/oil, but nothing bad tasting. Pork was well cooked, tender and juicy.
Enjoy a spacious and cozy spot with amazing hospitality, offering a taste of delightful Italian cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Over rated. Food quality was mediocre. They did not offer real parmesan cheese. There were cheese shakers on each table like any other cheap pizza place. Waitress was new but make her best to accommodate my gluten restrictions.
They don't bread anything, so eating there is safe for people who have to be gluten free. They have a choice of hamburger in a bowl or lettuce wrap. I chose in a bowl. Since nothing is breaded, the delicious french fries are safe to eat. They also serve hot dogs and a veggie burger. I love Five Guys and I'll definitely come back again next time I'm in Erie.
Unique wood-fired pizzas steal the show here, and the cauliflower crust is a standout that everyone raves about!

We had an event catered by them and it was absolutely perfect. The food is delicious, they even have options for gluten free, and are wonderful to work with. 100% recommend.
Expect generous portions and great flavors, but be ready for a chilly atmosphere that might have you reaching for your jacket.

My wife and I ate here recently, I ordered the roasted-garlic sirloin steak (medium rare) with garlic/thyme butter, loaded baked potato.. it was really good and seasoned well, I ordered a side salad (I chose the BLT salad) for an additional upcharge and it was delicious. My wife (Gluten Free) ordered the tomahawk pork-chop, and it was massive, came with roasted carrots that were cooked perfect and were probably the largest carrots we'd ever seen as an accompaniment. They did botch her request for the GF option she had chosen, but that didn't prevent my wife from enjoying the rest of her meal.. the only thing preventing us from having an overall great experience was the temperature inside, it was cold, very cold, and we weren't even that close to the entryway.. most tables nearby had their jackets on for the duration of their meals as well.. but overall it was very satisfying, and the price was good for the portion sizes. We will be back.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere and a creative twist on dining, with unique dishes and a lovely outdoor seating area making it a must-visit!

Today was my first time at The Boardroom, and my tastebuds have been blown away. The Happy Hour specials run Monday through Saturday with delicious options at the bar! We tried the cheese curds and won tons and which were bursting with flavor. Our drinks were prepared by Trey, and we couldn’t have enjoyed the layered notes of taste.
Our dinners were beyond our expectations! My husband, who is gluten free, was awestruck by his shrimp Caesar salad which lightly grilled the romaine for a Smokey finish. I had the shrimp gnocchi filled with Asiago and Parmesan in a vodka sauce and roasted tomatoes. Trey recommended two scallops with this dish, and they topped it off! Goodness, it was absolutely exquisite. We will definitely be back!! I’ll be taking people to lunch and dinner at The Boardroom!
A great spot for unique hard-to-find options, perfect for those with dietary restrictions and a must-visit for diverse grocery needs.

My son and I eat here a lot as he has some dietary restrictions. It's so nice to have somewhere we can go out to get food for him that he can have. I also really like that they have some of the harder to find gluten and dairy free options in the grocery.
Expect a mixed bag with a unique vibe; kid-friendly options shine, but some dishes might not be what you expect.

Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Their Gluten free options were good, but my burger looked more like wet cat food pate than a burger. The other food (grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, and Stromboli) were up to par for kids and my partner. All-in-all, not a bad choice, but I would not order the burger again.
Experience a welcoming vibe with dedicated service and a variety of options that make dining out a breeze, perfect for those with special needs.

The only place in Erie that FULLY accommodates my dietary needs (celiac/dairy free) and makes me feel completely comfortable. Mackenzie is not only an amazing bartender, but she truly puts her heart into all she does. She ensures my food is safe, both putting in the order and the serving of the food/drinks. I have a very difficult time eating/drinking out, but I am a regular at Mad Mex due to both Mackenzie’s kindness and the amazing options provided by Mad Mex.
I absolutely LOVED this place. I watched the birth of this establishment on the Discovery Channel TV program Undercover Billionaire. Since my wife and I were in town, we decided to try it out.
When we walked in, we were immediately taken in by the smell of smoke. Something you would smell if you were doing an outside wood fired BBQ.
As we looked at the menu, my wife was concerned about several items on the menu. She has become very gluten sensitive in the last 2 years which has caused her to scrutinize everything she eats. We consulted with the waitress and she was not able to sufficiently answer our questions.
The waitress actually brought the cook from the kitchen (I think it was Ashley) who was able to tell us what was in the food. My wife was able to make a selection that was not only safe for her to eat but was also delicious. (BTW, my meal was great, too!)
Thank you to all the staff at Underdog BBQ and I wish you great success!
Good variety of menu choices, especially for people who need to be gluten free.
However, the service was quite slow and the waiter not very on top of things and entered an order on an assumption and not what the person ordered.
A cherished gem with a personal touch, offering tailored experiences and delightful flavors that make every visit memorable.

What an amazing jewel in Erie. The food was amazing. The service was top notch too. Best of all, it was safe for Gluten Free dining. Loved this place!!
Needed a quality place for great beer and food after spending hours on the beach. This place is all that and more. CC was our server and took care of us with great service. They accommodated my wife with a gluten free salad and flatbread. We got the cod special, blackened chicken pasta and shrimp tacos and all tasted fresh and very filling. Large selection of beer cans and bottles. This place is a local gem in Erie.
Juicy meats steal the show here, with standout smoked turkey and fall-off-the-bone ribs, all paired with delicious sauces.

I got the three meat plate with two sides, a pound of brisket to take home, and deviled eggs. The meat was juicy and delectable. I ordered fatty brisket but they do have lean as well, and it’s equally juicy. Their sausage isn’t spicy, and is well seasoned. The turkey was the best smoked turkey I’ve ever had, and that includes having had Texas style BBQ in Texas. Their brisket you hardly had to cut, and was the star of the show. All of their meats and sauces are gluten free, as well as the coleslaw, potato salad, and deviled eggs. I tried mixing all three sauces and they’re delicious. My cousin got ribs so I tried a bite and they were fall off the bone and moist as well. Her husband got pinto beans and Mac n cheese and he said everything was delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a white sauce to the mix, but that’s not commonplace in Texas style, so I get it if they don’t. 100% will go back.
Quick service and tasty options make this a go-to spot for a satisfying fast food escape, even if some bites can be hit or miss.

I absolutely love this place! As a gluten-free gal, it's hard to find places to eat, and chic-fil-A makes it pretty easy! I don't have to worry about cross contamination and I can eat the fries!
Fast food is something I avoid, but this will always be a treat I fully enjoy!

Delicious food, got a burger and fries and my boyfriend got a salad with sweet potato fries. Everything was super good, I highly recommend their burgers 🍔 The workers were great and they have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options.
I have been trying to find a favorite restaurant in Erie. I was excited to try this and glad that the menu pointed out the gluten-free options. Unfortunately, they were completely out of gluten-free bread which took out a lot of things that I wanted to eat like the French dip sandwich. When we got there, we were told that there were only a few hamburgers left and my friend said he wanted one, so they went ahead and set it aside for him which was nice. But like why are there so few hamburgers left on a Saturday evening? It was hard for me to decide what I wanted, so I went ahead and went for the strip steak. My friend ordered a mudslide, and we both tried it. There was no alcohol in that thing not even a little bit. My rum runner was fine, but not spectacular… they served it in plastic cups, which made me not want to get a glass of wine with my dinner. My steak was fine and the garlic mashed potatoes were fine. The portabella’s were so so. I don’t think they were fresh or they didn’t taste like it. My friend got the burger and I just wasn’t any condiments on it and all they gave us was ketchup. Finally tracked the waitress down and got some mayonnaise and mustard. The fries were not anything special and definitely not worth of $4.95 for the ad on if you didn’t want the potato salad. Overall, this place could be really good. Maybe we just went on an off night and it was too busy. I really wanted to like this place it just didn’t seem to add up to the reviews of being one of the best spots in Erie. But location location location it’s a great spot to people watch if you sit outside. If you have a big booty the chairs, are those cheap plastic kinds that are miserable. Good luck.

One of our very favorite places! Specialty glittery citrus gin cocktail, Creek's invention, in photo. 😋 Offers some gluten free options and gluten free buns pictured here with French Dip sandwich with au jus. Lately they've been featuring regular specials, like this bone-in pork steak with a great sweet potato veggie combination that is simply delicious, healthy and refreshingly different from the basic bar and grill menus in most places. Creeks has also begun offering dessert options. Mmmm!
They have very little knowledge of their gluten free menu options; I have celiac disease, and I was very open about this when ordering my food. They brought out my burger and the bun looked eerily similar to everyone else's; I questioned it and was reassured by the waitress that it was a gluten free bun. It wasn't. I was sick for days afterward.
The manager assured me that they would train their staff to prevent this from happening again, but once I get sick like this, I don't give the place another chance.
Expect delicious, quality meals at reasonable prices with clear labels for dietary preferences, all in a seriously clean spot that locals trust.

Food is tasty, good quality, and reasonably priced. It's nice that the meals are labeled gluten-free, vegan, etc. Lisa is always polite, friendly, and accommodating. An acquaintance of mine told me that she has friends employed by the Dept. of Health that are regular customers here. Obviously that speaks volumes about the cleanliness, etc.
If your Gluten Free you have options! From hard cider and spirits to a gluten free bun and more, you can drink and eat gluten free! *if cross contamination is a concern call and ask, I can only speak to gluten free ingredient options.
I highly recommend Roscos. Gluten sensitivity? No problem! They have many gluten free options. I love the turkey burgers and the pulled pork nachos. Fun atmosphere too!
Just passing through. Our waitress checked with the cook to help me order gluten free food. Very good burger and fresh fries and coleslaw. Recommend and I will go again.
We got the nachos, cheeseburger with gluten free bun, fries, and the reuben. Nothing came out hot. The nachos were cold and soggy, barely had anything on them, and were super salty and just gross. The gluten free bun was stale and it fell apart. The fries were cold and greasy. Maybe they should make better food not bigger food. We left most of our food on the table and server didn’t seem to care. $51 for the worst food i’ve had in a long time. The best part was the red cream soda.
