I picked up a gluten free crust pizza (paying an additional $5 for it) and was disappointed. The toppings were minimal and the pizza luke warm. The crust was slightly more than a cracker. I have had much better GF pizza with a considerably lower purchase price.

A dear friend took me for dinner to Sauvage, and I enjoyed every part of the meal! From the moment we sat down until we left, we were presented with course after course of interesting, delicious, with delicate flavours and textures that I’d never had the opportunity to sample before. The tart was my favorite, and the burnt birch sauce that was served with my meal was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic and excellent recommendations were made being celiac, my meal was accommodated easily and that doesn’t happen very often for me. Thank you, for making my first experience at Sauvage so memorable . I’ll be back, with friends!

The food was tasty, just not what we expected. Steak sandwich and chips came as a whole steak on top of garlic bread (almost a sandwich!). The service was friendly but very slow. Not many gluten free options at all. Would return on a less busy day for quicker service.

Overall good place. Doesn't have a huge variety of other options for vegetarians or gluten sensitive folks. Prices are pretty high and our waitress was not very friendly or accommodating. The other staff were lovely and even ran down the street to retrieve sunglasses that were lost by someone else in my group. Good overall option to stop in when in Canmore.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! They went above and beyond to accommodate vegan and gluten-free options, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the experience even better. We were so impressed that we’ve chosen them to cater our son’s wedding, and we couldn’t be more excited. If the catering is anything like the meal we had, it’s going to be phenomenal! Highly recommend this place for both dining and events.

This was a perfect spot for dinner after our hike up nearby Yates mountain, just 10 minutes away We had a larger party (12) and the owner was working all on his own, yet he managed to keep our drinks full, accommodate dietary restrictions (one of our party members was celiac), and provide us with recommendations. The only thing he didn't have was a plentiful supply of cold beer, but we certainly made due with the choices available and they came served with an ice cold glass, which was a nice touch! . The food was delicious and inspired by Indian cuisine. We had tandoori pizza that had just the right amount of spice and the seafood linguini, which had perfectly cooked juicy shrimp and mussels. This is a small place in dead man's flats that could easily be overlooked, but I hope this review will encourage others to give it a chance! It's well worth the stop and it's also one of the few places that will take a large reservation on a Saturday evening in the Canmore area. Thanks to the owner for his hard work and hospitality!

We were excited to return to this restaurant as our first visit a few years ago was very good. We, however, both felt we wouldn’t return after this meal. My spouse is Celiac and we checked their website menu for gluten free options. It did not match the current menu with very limited options. We ordered and advised of her condition. They even came to confirm other ingredients to ensure the meal would be safe. They then arrived with it and low and behold they put the naan bread (gluten) on the plate. It then brings into question their kitchen practices for a separate station or area for allergy prep etc. My dill pickle chicken was pretty good, hence my 3 star rating. Guess I’m saying, if you don’t have any special needs go ahead and you might (I won’t guarantee anything) enjoy your meal.

Absolutely need to try out!! Had unique teas served in french press infusers, followed with some of the best risotto I’ve tried. The burger was so juicy and had a high quality gluten-free bun, and cane with the best fingerling potatoes I’ve had. Finished with a decadent flourless chocolate pavé with many different flavor and texture combinations for many different experiences. And all was 25% off for haply hour 2-5pm!!

Had the homemade granola bars. Big time awesome almond flavour. A solid, wholesome square. Not a flaky fall apart bar like so many others. A Gluten Sensitive bonus as well....

We came here for my sister’s birthday. Our server was very friendly and made our meal especially enjoyable. The loaded FRIES were unlike anything I’ve had anywhere else. I’m a massive fan of veggies and the sauce was awesome. The entrees were unique, which I appreciate: especially when done right! They were also very conscientious of our party’s allergies (we have both gluten and corn allergies among us). They have a big enclosed patio and the seating inside is very cute. Overall a good experience!

A cute cafe that makes an amazing almond milk latte! The view from the bar seating area is pretty nice too. Great for a quick bite, but they don’t offer gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions.

One of the best server experiences I've ever had. Funny and had incredible attention to detail. Gluten free burgers had a great local bun and got given drinks off their new menu coming up and was delicious.
