Excellent creperie! Real buckwheat pancakes as we like them, with organic flour, made with buckwheat, French gluten-free! Fast service, polite, lively and attentive staff In short, I love I have already been here, I am coming back alone today, and I will come back accompanied again and again.. While visiting Bayeux we stopped at this creperie. the best, 100% buckwheat pancake, great for people allergic to gluten. on the other hand, the salted butter caramel crepe needs to be reviewed because it was not cooked at all on both sides, only one side was allowed in the crepe maker. Too bad to end the meal on that note.

Great discovery on recommendation. A cozy, modern and calm atmosphere in the city center of Rouen. Excellent organic and gluten-free products for some. My croque was soft and tasty, the fries as I like, not too fatty and crispy, good seasoning for the green salad. Large selection of desserts, each more excellent than the last. Chocolate and pecan brownie to die for, meltingly cooked. Good mix of lemon and orange blossom in the cake... Wide choice of ice cream flavors. The smoothies are delicious too. The service is impeccable. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers' opinions on the dishes offered. I take great pleasure in discovering establishments like this. To recommend without hesitation, a real favorite ❤️❤️👍

Delicious specialty coffee and cakes. They have a wide variety of cakes, even gluten free cakes. I loved the canneles and the nice smiling staff. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you're in Rouen.

It was by chance that we walked through the front door after having booked 5 minutes before (oops), the large glass roof on the front having caught our eye. What a surprise… Excellent welcome, impeccable service, original menu and the dishes are copious, beautiful and tasty. The whole team is perfectly coordinated to make a truly delightful dinner. Gluten intolerance is taken into account. So good that we went back the next day. A must-see restaurant not to be missed under any circumstances.

Young restaurant, probably opening in early 2023. Friendly owner, small menu, but everything is fresh and special and very well prepared; aile de raie (ray) and noix der veau rôti were excellent. Almost everything on the menu was gluten free. Gladly again.

I would say there is potential behind this chef... We are opening a restaurant and we are cooking with his guts! We put our paw in it! We put our talent into it! We surround ourselves with a team to whom we pass on this passion. Unfortunately all that is missing! The ideas are good, I note the attention to vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, it's really interesting. We feel that it is also homemade but the mastery still remains fragile. The ravioli dough is way too thick. It lacks seasoning. The chocolate dessert is good because it's not too sweet but why so many flavors on this plate! less is more. You have to make a choice. The chef doesn't know his wines... How does he choose them? And the service... 2 young ladies full of good will (great quality! Well done) but who answer "I don't know"... You have to make the customer dream! You have to take him on a culinary journey! The chef and his team worked in the kitchen to bring out the dishes. You have to know the menu, the dishes, the tastes to “sell”. Last point: music in the room... Without music it's not possible... It's cold, we don't dare speak, it's oppressive. To conclude, I would say that you have to go because you feel a desire to do well (in the kitchen and in the dining room). My message to the team would be to sit down together and taste your dishes, your wines. Invest yourself. Chef, communicate your passion and go even further. I reiterate! There is a potential, a sensitivity without a doubt. THANKS.

We had a great time at Bouche à Oreille. The atmosphere is pleasant. The very aesthetic decoration is reminiscent of the seaside. On the plate, there is a succession of flavors: scallops and langoustines were in the spotlight. Around us, 2 tables asked for gluten-free dishes. Please note that the chef no longer uses flour for these sauces, so the starters and main courses are gluten free. For desserts, it's more complicated, but the unstructured lemon tart without the tart base helps to overcome this problem: you have to love lemon desserts :)
