So glad we dined here while staying in the Temple Bar section of Dublin! Server was very knowledgeable about gluten free items and helped me with the menu, I had the fish and chips and my friend had the Shepards pie! Both were amazing! I had a local gf beer and drinks were delicious! Highly recommend, and I will definitely return!
With a warm atmosphere and a variety of diet-friendly options, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a satisfying meal safely.

Our server was super helpful and was able to indicate which items were gluten free! She asked if it was celiac and when I said yes she made sure to tell the kitchen to clean everything!
Charming spot with a vibrant atmosphere, offering hearty portions and a variety of delicious options that will satisfy any craving.

As a Brazilian, this is a must-go-to spot. They have plenty of delicious and authentic food. Tapiocas are great and have proper legitimate ingredients. Their coffees are insanely good, and if you have a sweet tooth like me, you have to try their paçoca hot chocolate – trust me on this one.
They’re constantly busy but once you’re sat it’s very quick and easy to order. They have multiple vegan and gluten, dairy, allergen free options. Paradise!
This is one of the few spots in Dublin you can find a casadinho and their pão de queijo is the best in town (according to me and all my friends). Their meals are also spectacular, cuscuz, feijoada, you name it!
I do think €3 is a bit much for a singular brigadeiro or pão de queijo as the ingredients are cheap and they’re very quick and easy to make. Not an unusual thing in Temple Bar area and other Brazilian spots as well though. Alas, I keep coming back for the quality.
Known for its unique and delicious offerings, this inviting gem features a bright atmosphere, outdoor seating, and a menu that appeals to diverse diets.

A very delicious brunch with several gluten-free options! I recommend the dulce de leche crepes, a success
However, by mistake they served us gluten-free crepes with gluten-containing cookies on top. A very serious error that does not usually occur here, but it is important to keep a better eye on it, and that Mayte solved with efficiency and humor, thank you!
Otherwise, good service and lovely staff

Absolutely lovely café with excellent food, just perfect if you've finished walking around the Hellfire Club. Staff are friendly, and the rustic decor is inspired by the Timber store. Outdoor seating and indoor seating available. The food was excellent, as was the tea. I can highly recommend the bacon/sausage/pudding sandwich and the Banoffee pie. There were vegan and vegetarian options, with Gluten free options for the celiacs.

Lovely food with impressive presentation, as well as gluten free and vegan options. The staff are lovely and attentive. Their caramel iced latte is out of this world. Do book a table beforehand though, they are quite busy.

Amazing gluten free cake options! Freshly made and utterly delicious - particularly their gf orange blossom cake. Only place I go for coffee as a result. Staff are all very friendly, coffee is fab and atmosphere is lovely too. Highly recommend.

This place is lovely, had a great sandwich, but their gluten free bread is no substitute for sourdough bread, tasted seriously awful. It’s a very limp pita-like texture, extremely thin and no flavor, kind of like eating a wet paper towel. Wouldn’t eat here again until they replaced that bread on their sandwiches as someone with a gluten intolerance, otherwise flavors were really good so it was disappointing. Nice staff and atmosphere otherwise.
This cozy spot offers a delightful atmosphere, great service, and beautifully presented hot chocolates and desserts that leave a lasting impression.

Our visit to Bewleys earlier today is best forgotten. It was not the experience I was expecting.
The service was less than average. My order was wrong and the food was only luke warm. When I queried the order, the waiter maintained that he'd told me something that he hadn't plus he assumed I was gluten intolerant because I asked for gf toast. Based on this assumption, he decided that I didn't need the boxty on my plate. He then proceeded to tell me that he'd told my friend that they had no boxty, only hash browns, which he also failed to mention when taking the order. To add insult to injury, I told him to bring me the hash browns. They never arrived by the time I'd finished eating. I don't expect any waiter to speak to me in the tone that this man did.
I paid €16.95 for 2 poached eggs, a small portion of smashed avocado, 1 tomato, a tablespoon of beans and 2 small pieces of gf toast. If the hash browns had actually arrived, the toast would have been extra! Tea is also extra at a whopping €4.50. It's a tea bag in a small pot of water! A flat white cost €4.95; tasty but not worth that plus I waited an eternity for it to arrive, having had to ask for it a second time. I was then told by the waitress that it was on its way. I doubt it takes over 15 minutes to make a flat white.
I will never eat here again. The prices are
outrageous and the food wasn't anything special. The restaurant was very busy and all I could think of was, fools and their money, myself included.

We've been to 104 a few times now.
A winning combination of friendly and proffessional staff, excellent food, and being able to cater for Coeliac, means we'll keep going back (Extra points for being able to fry gluten free items separately to avoid cross contamination).
We've been for lunch, and also dinner, and we've also just had drinks outside in the sun. Each time has been a pleasure.
You won't be disappointed!

I have celiac disease, so I can’t have anything containing gluten or being cross contaminated. The server was super nice and understanding, made sure the kitchen was informed to handle it with proper care. The restaurant has a great variety of brunch options and offers (very delicious) gluten free bread. I felt very safe and the food tasted great, totally recommend it 😍
Expect a fantastic dining experience with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and plenty of thoughtful choices for everyone.

I had breakfast/brunch here this morning with my daughter. I had the mushrooms on toast and my daughter had eggs Benedict. The mushrooms on toast was delicious and was a good filling portion. I was able to get gluten free toast. My daughter enjoyed the eggs Benedict. We were very happy with our choice of Ebb and Flow for breakfast today. I would be happy to return here when I am in Dublin again.
Fantastic experience! Food and service were amazing! Best Thai food we've ever had and in such a lovely environment. Great Gluten free options too - very accommodating for coeliacs.
Chill vibe with quick service and quality options make it a top pick, though it leans a bit pricey for the area.

Ok, in complete transparency the pizza here was amazing. The best gluten-free pizza base I’ve tried possibly ever, but despite offering gluten-free options they are not a gluten-free safe business.
My main gripe is that they offer a gluten-free beer that contains gluten. We would NOT have ordered if it had wheat as an allergen clearly listed on the menu. Sadly, we did not notice the tiny “contains small amounts of gluten” label until it was too late. This is a big deal as my partner is allergic to gluten and it causes stomach pain, di—hea, and g-s amongst other issues.
Small amounts is preferred to large amounts, but having a reaction to gluten on my birthday…was not ideal.
Additionally, a lot of celiacs were cross-contaminated on the Find Me GF app. This blows because otherwise the gf pizza was really good. I would adjust my review if there was a little more mindfulness about allergies / cross-contamination.
Enjoy customizable pancake toppings and lovely views in a vibrant spot that's perfect for brunch with friends.

What a find! We’re staying local and walked past the other evening, so glad we were able to book. Really relaxed vibe an excellent service. Max was super friendly and suggested some great wines. Drinks and food were top class (with good gluten free options) - highlights from the menu served today were the mini steak tartare, smoked eel, ox tongue and turbot. If you get chance, definitely visit!!

poor service, we ordered a gluten-free salad and one with gluten and we received two salads with gluten twice.
while he was serving us the cake, he took the slice and dropped it on the table, destroying it.
we also had a meat sandwich. needless to say that the raw materials were poor and bagged: low quality salad, the carrots tasted like bedbugs (absurd but true) and the pork looked like it was bought in the supermarket.
bad experience.

First time going to PYE tonight and will definitely return! So happy to find a really dog friendly pub; it was a busy Saturday night but as soon as a quieter section of the pub opened up, we were taken there and our dog got her own dog bed as well!
I'm coeliac so I was also very happy about the gluten free pizza bases (burger buns also available) and they made sure our chips were cooked in a separate fryer. Thank you again for the good service!

The quality of the gluten free burger bun is incredible. Usually you're stuck with something as dry as Gandhis flip flop when you're ordering GF but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bun from here
Epic flavour on the Bjorn smash, the guava ketchup is also excellent
Food was delicious and gluten free wwas well catered for. However, staff were poor, ignoring younger members of our group when ordering drinks and some staff didn't even know what was on the menu
