Hello. I usually don't write reviews but I just went to Wild Pastures for the first time, and I was very excited because I don't eat seed oils, and I'm gluten free. Unfortunately, the older lady at the front could not have been more rude when I was ordering. I'm pregnant and was dizzy and trying to make decisions (rather quickly I might add) and she had a very rude remark for everything I said, and she was rushing me so much she barely answered my questions.. it's sad because overall, I think the food is great, but that woman really soured the experience. I have no idea what she's going through in her life, and I'm happy she has a job, but I do think she should be spoken to about her customer service skills. I definitely won't be going back if I have to speak to her again. Thanks so much for the yummy food, though!

Just Be is one of my Go-Tos when I'm in the Denver and Boulder areas. The breakfast burrito is SO GOOD, I've never had such a wonderful GF tortilla.
It's a bit expensive for the quantity of food and I'd like to see more consistency for quantity per item ordered; the shepherd's pie is much smaller and less substantial than the burrito. The drinks are also very pricey. Don't get me wrong, I love a good turmeric latte with good, clean, ingredients, but I struggle with the $9 price tag.

They’re great about gluten free at Bacco, they have gluten free pasta (upcharge) and can make many other dishes GF as well. One of the coolest dishes I’ve gotten GF here is the chicken parmesan. You can get GF bread too! There are good dairy free options too and are able to make many dairy full things dairy free too. They’ve never messed up my food and are kind and understanding. I’m not celiac, but very sensitive to wheat and my daughter has a dairy allergy.

A special shout out to our server Wyatt! He was so personable and called me by my first name from the open table reservation, when initially greeting us. Wyatt was especially attentive, and executed our gluten free request accurately. Most of all he offered me a very genuine and kind Birthday wish when serving us dessert so much so that it made my girlfriend tear up. There are so many great restaurants in Boulder, but in my opinion service is what sets them apart and Wyatt should be recognized for his hard work, effort and kindness. Very hit or miss at this shake shack with gluten free orders. I have never been given an order with gluten but the quality of the gluten free buns is a lottery. the last few times I have been, the buns were cold (not reheated or toasted) and crumbled. as someone being gluten free for a long time, either don't freeze the buns before serving them or double the time that you toast them. ideally, don't freeze them, toast them, and serve it hot with the burger

Normally a pretty big fan of their nine iron panini, and have been a fan of their gluten free bread for quite some time. My latest order with them was a pretty big disappointment due to the much smaller gluten free buns. I also did not receive any meat with my sandwich so it was essentially a mini lettuce sandwich. Accidents happen, but I really hope that Postino is not significantly downsizing their gluten free bread moving forward because it’s simply not worth the price.
