The food was amazing! I am gluten free, and they surprisingly had gluten free pizza! It was so delicious and good! All of my friends food was amazing and everything was a fair price, but the service wasn’t great whatsoever. It wasn’t busy, we sat down and didn’t get our drinks for about ten minutes, it took about another 10-15 minutes for our server to come back and take our order, we ordered and our food came out quickly but our server didn’t ask if we needed anything, refill our drinks or anything until we were already done. The food was great but the service wasn’t at all.

We just moved to Texas, and some friends had said they had heard good things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. We went to order drinks, and they were out of Coke (my order), vodka (wife's want), & the lavender flavoring for one of the mocktails (my boys wanted this one). So we ordered other stuff. Then we went to order food and my mother doesn't do pizza so she ordered wings of which they were out of so she had nothing. My wife went to order her gluten-free pizza of which they were out of as well. I am guessing they were probably out of other stuff, but we finally picked stuff they had. I am not going to be back as I don't want to play guess what is or is not in stock from the menu. The place was pretty empty as it was a Monday, but the server just wasn't around for refills or anything else. They always say have a good experience and you'll tell 5 people, have a bad experience and you'll tell 20. As this was our first time visiting, maybe it was an off order cycle, but who knows. The total bill for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) was $115. My wife and son also said that the bathroom needing cleaning as there was stuff all over (I didn't go so I don't know). We used to LOVE Mod Pizza, my absolute favourite! Unfortunately over the past year the service has gotten terrible which has also reflected in their food. The last straw came when they mistakenly made my pizza wrong, it happens, no biggie, it wasn’t a gluten-free crust, but the ensuing interaction that followed was terrible. We took it back & let them know, & that’s where it all went sour. They insisted they had made it correctly & we had ordered it wrong, it was an app order & you could clearly see they had made it wrong. One employee started to goad my husband, laughing at him & just being a jerk. They made the pizza wrong again, so I called them as now my husband is now frustrated. The employee on the phone was the same guy, unfortunately & recognised us & just kept repeating himself that we were “wrong” & he was “right” . Eventually the “manager” came on the line, she was pleasant & apologetic, we explained what happened & you could hear the guy chipping in his 2c in the background. She told us that she was personally going to make the pizza herself, & that we shouldn’t complain to the local manager as he “wasn’t any good” & “nothing would happen” but to go above him to the regional manager to lodge a formal complaint. That she would personally make sure that they would call us the following week, of which we never heard from them. Anyway we picked up the 3rd pizza, technically it’s “correct”. However, on the box an employee had written slang on it, & after looking it up, it’s too nasty to put on here. The pizza had what looked like a can of cold pineapple dumped on it, & ultimately, the crust wasn’t gluten free as I was sick to my stomach later. Honestly, the whole experience was just awful. Never again.

Great gluten free crust! I was craving a classic pizza but particular like a thinner crust. GF crust is great and OMG their cheese and sauce! I had pizza with Italian sausage, mushroom, green olive and onion.

I didn't want to cook and and since I need to be gluten free, I found that they had a cauliflower crust pizza. It was delicious the crust was perfect and the service was fast!

I just absolutely love my pizza every time I order it. I order a completely vegetarian pizza exactly how I like it and I am never disappointed. Their gluten free options are delicious as well, which is hard to find at most places.

We love pizza and have tried it from all over the US in our travels. We’re also gluten free and GF crusts are not equal. It’s made daily and is so good! There are only 4 places in the US we love and Napoli’s is one of our top 3! We will be regular customers!
