Our needs were niche, prepping for a medical appt on an elimination diet (no soy, eggs, gluten, dairy). I don’t expect any restaurant to accommodate as we struggle to come up with ideas ourselves and were getting stir crazy!

I wanted 3 pizzas, 2 regular (same toppings on both), and 1 gluten-free with pepperoni. I called in the order and confirmmed toppings on pizzas. An employee called me back confirming order and I repeated it and confirmed toppings again. Went to pick up and confirmed toppings at pickup since she seemed lost. Paid and went to car and checked, Gluten free pizza was totally wrong. I asked for pepperoni and she didn't know what pepperoni was. Asked for refund and she couldn't calculate refund. Asked to remake the right one and she was confused. She had no clue what to do. I gave up and left and one of my kids did not get pizza. Very disappointed with service and quality of employees.

I stopped by New York Fries at the Marlborough mall and I was blown away. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, and the poutine was loaded with rich gravy and squeaky cheese curds—just how it should be. I tried the Classic Poutine and it was next-level delicious. Staff named Mark and Kyle were super friendly and quick with service. Bonus points for having gluten-free and vegetarian options too.
