One of hidden gem in West Vancouver ☀️ Our (me and my bestie) go to place for smoothies, juices, acai or smoothie bowls, sandwiches and wraps. No sugar or ice added to my smoothie. You also can modify with choices that you like. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Small tips for me : call ahead to avoid lunch rushes and big line up(thank me later). A lot of amazing choices for gluten free stuff also (oatmeal cookie, hanuman, and avocado toast are my top 3 fav!!🔥) Will always come back ♥️🫶🏻

Used to go here regularly with my elderly Mom, since she appreciated the attention the staff paid to her gluten-free dietary needs. Today we toasted Mom and celebrated International Cheeseburger Day. The burgers were great, as was the side kale salad. Our server was attentive and absolutely hilarious. It’s been a while, but we’ll be back!

I so wanted to go into this shoppe, when my husband went first and told me I HAD to go in. From the beautiful flowers outside you are drawn into this special place. Jody's gluten free muffins, which are a must for when guests come, homemade soups, scrumptious cookies, hummus, ice cream are all so yummy. And during the holiday season, you can find great holiday treats. Great bags, jewelry, shoes, jackets, sweaters, dresses, children's clothing!
