They have some unique burger options, nice atmosphere, and their staff provide excellent service any time we stop in for lunch. This family style burger restaurant has delicious burgers and sides to choose from. The portion sizes are excellent and their ingredients always seem fresh. As a person who eats gluten free they are gluten free supportive and can change an order to address dietary needs with out compromising the quality or flavour. (They do have gluten products and do cook gluten products in their deep fryer just as an fyi) If you are looking for a place to eat at downtown Kingston check this place out!

We dropped in without a reservation and were warmly made welcome. We were assured that our vegetarian and gluten-free dietary needs could be met, and they were! What made our visit extra special was our waiter. He was excellent. No request was a problem, at all. He was quick and efficient, great suggestions, and not overly familiar. Excellent waiter!

Friendly service, clean, almost everything gluten free. Quality of ingredients was great…local cheese and meat. Can’t go too wrong; absolutely delicious homemade burgers. If I had to find a negative then I suppose it would be that some of the fries were overcooked and I had to throw a few out for that reason.

While I do appreciate the quality of the food and gluten free options, I have to say the service is really lacking. Waited an hour for avocado on toast which like, doesn’t even require cooking. After taking forever to serve our food, staff rushed us to pay and leave asap. I was informed by the waitress that “we have a wait list” while she was pacing back and forth in front of our table to really lay the pressure on. The whole thing was almost funny.

One of my favourite places to eat. Food is always excellent. Gluten free and I’ve never had a reaction from cross contamination. Staff is good, pleasant and speedy. Ran into a NYF rep today and asked about the forks but… Canadian legislation is against us for the awful wooden (easily breakable) forks. This is a monthly stop to NYF for me for the last couple years, at least! 👍

We were visiting from out of town and had our food delivered to our hotel. I called beforehand to check about gluten free options for my daughter with coeliac disease. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to speak to. We had souvlaki and chickebab dinners with greek and caesar salad, as well as the fresh garlic shrimp. The portions were huge and all the food was excellent! I haven’t had Greek food this delicious in a long time.

The owner was very warm and kind and took her time to explain the menu and the different option to us. Gluten free options were available which is a plus with a family member who is intolerant. Went to Casa Dominico for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. I chose it because it had gluten free options and I called ahead to confirm this (because we were visiting Kingston) however there was some confusion when we arrived about what was available. I ended up ordering one of the chicken dishes, which was pretty good. My husband ordered the branzino and said it was amazing. The service was attentive but lacked polish. Overall, an enjoyable meal.

Wonderful service! My wife has celiac disease and Lousin was AMAZING at making sure there was no cross contamination and did everything right to ensure my wife's food was safe for her while also making her feel like she wasn't a burden. (Which even i can struggle with at times)

The vibes were absolutely amazing and the food was also delicious. There were options for vegetarians and options to swap out for gluten free! I got their espresso martini (it was called a javatini) and it was the best Ive had. Very sweet and not too strong, a good amount of foam on top too. My chicken tacos were also delicious. The only thing I would say is that the portions are definitely not huge but it was great regardless. It was so cute in there. The service was also very good.

Had a wonderful experience ordering from here! I have a gluten intolerance and the manager went out of his way to not only double check the ingredients in the sauces for me, but he brought them out for me to see myself. We had an amazing brunch at Lay Low. The food was super tasty, service was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We had the egg white omelet and the Nest. Flavours were well balanced, portions were the perfect size. My husband has celiac, the staff was well versed in what he could and couldn’t have. We will definitely be back.

I'll start first with the atmosphere. The pool tables are layed out across the lower floor and the bar and tables are deeper in the restaurant up a few steps. There are gorgeous murals on all the walls, nice lighting and good music. Secondly the food is fantastic, I haven't ordered a meal that isn't exactly what I wanted. There are so may options and ever vegetarian/gluten free options. Thirdly the staff there are all fantastic. The food came out quick and hot, the server was friendly and approachable. The manager was kind as well. My only complaint, and it's a small one, when we ordered water we got a pretty small glass with a ton of ice. The simple solution we came to was a pitcher of water. 5/5 would come back with a larger group.

One of the best restaurants in Kingston. The Wagyu Beef Burger is one of the most delicious I've tried. The potato leek soup was very tasty too. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. There are gluten free options too which is great for my wife. It's right next to the lake so in the summer you could enjoy the patio as well.

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Thai express location! The food is great and the service is 10 out of 10. Even though this location is farther from our house then the other locations we don’t mind driving a few extra minutes because of how kind the staff members are. Sometimes I am treated poorly because of my gluten allergy. But not at this Thai express! The staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable!

The sub server was awesome. I drive all day and took half my sub warm and the other half cold. I eat gluten free sub buns and they had them in stock as always. He packaged my vegetables seperately and the condiment separate as well. So my bun didn't get soggy as I was saving half for later in my 11 hr shift. Excellent polite service. I would definitely recommend this Subway!
