Perfect example of everything a restaurant should be. Lots of options, friendly staff, amazing decor and atmosphere. I enjoyed gluten free options which were availible and i could not believe how good they were. Definitely would come here if i visited again

Really great they have gluten free and dairy free options. Cakes are lovely and coffee is ok. We tried ceasar salad which was OK but nothing super special. We also had cajun fries and they call them " our famous fries"- it is just regular fries with cajun seasoning, salsa from a can and a bit of mayo. Really nothing famous about them. I would come back for cake but not for food
With great value and a lively atmosphere, this spot offers delicious, generous portions and unique flavors that keep everyone coming back for more.

Good value for the money. Decent portions. Gluten free available. Fish chowder is very rich and creamy, absolutely delicious! And the gluten free bread was gorgeous, soft inside and crispy outside, soooo good, I really recommend it. The goat cheese salad (main) comes with 2 big goat cheese and lots of mixed leaves, carrots, pickled beetroot, nuts, etc. Staff is very friendly. My only suggestion to the place is to have a drinks menu, and change those sharp lights that shines straight to your face to soft ones. Other than that, great experience.
Love Cronins. The staff (Cronin) were extremely friendly and they accommodated to my gluten allergy and the food was delicious. Killarney is my favorite place in Ireland and Cronins is a treat. I hope to return one day.
A top spot for allergen-friendly choices with a variety of vegan and vegetarian options tailored to your needs.

This restaurant is great for allergens. They have a few items on their menu that are both gluten and dairy free and worked to sub a few things for me. The server double checked all the ingredients on my food as well. My spouse enjoyed his meal as well. Vegan and vegetarian options for those who need that info as well.
A comfy spot in the heart of Killarney known for its diverse menu & immaculate service, with vegan options and cozy booths.

Great gluten-free burgers! I highly recommend them. The taste is amazing, and they are made with quality ingredients. I appreciate that they offer gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. The service was also excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Fair value for money. Not many options for lunch but the waitress knew how to recommend allergens (gluten-free).
Moderately pleasant service, lack of effort on understanding with the language barrier..
Great vibes and top-notch fish dishes make this spot a hit, with plenty of options and a casual atmosphere to enjoy.

Very pleasant atmosphere, the staff too, but when we were heading for dessert, you could tell they were in a hurry to close. Exquisite food but very little quantity in the starters, the octopus ridiculous for the price and also in the filet dish (price €42). Some dishes that you see in the reviews are no longer made, we came with the idea of making tuna or pasta with shrimp and they no longer have it.
On the other hand, a lot of variety of gluten-free food.

We had a room with only a skylight window, but didn’t mind it at all as it still received lots of daylight. The room was very clean and looked newly renovated.
The only thing that could be improved is space management: While the bathrooms are large, the vanity is tiny and there is almost no counter space provided. Given the size of the bathroom, you could easily fit a vanity with a few more inches of counter space and maybe a drawer underneath. There’s also a lack of places to hang towels to dry. Additionally (and a bit weirdly), the toilet is set very high.. like people under 6 ft tall probably wouldn’t be able to touch the ground.. Lastly, there are almost no plugs in the room. Everything (hair dryer, kettle, fan, phone) had to be plugged on the tiny bedside table.. kind of weird to have a tea station and vanity on the other side of the room with nowhere to plug into.
On another note, the staff were superb! Very friendly and always happy to help. The pub downstairs is also amazing. The vibe is lovely, pizza tastes great (and can be made gluten free!) and drinks are decently priced compared to other options in the region. The location is fantastic, being close to the public parking in Killorglin and being situated perfectly for easy access to both the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. Would stay again!
An amazing spot for special events, offering exceptional service and attention to detail that makes every guest feel like a VIP.

If you ask them in advance they will help in accommodating and show gluten free options and if you have other allergies, when I went the chef went and catered a whole menu for me so all the food was gluten free and accommodate my allergies.

Great location close to Killarney town , close to the train station which is a bonus. Rooms were a great size, breakfast choice very good with all tastes catered for especially coeliacs.

Great hake, lovely ravioli and a fantastic shepherd's pie, for desert I was blown away with gluten free super fluffy cheese cake, lovely tartlet with white chocolate and raspberries, fresh fruit salad and orange cake were also very good.
Beautiful view to the gardens, perfect lunch stop while visiting the park.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! Huge selection of gluten free and even got my own little GF menu, staff very knowledgeable about my other allergies too. Althought it was busy, the staff were extremely attentive and our food was ready in under ten minutes, never had such quick service! Lovely ambient lighting and staff so friendly. Very decent price for a lovely area, and drinks menu huge as well with lots of variety, from cocktails to beer and wine. I had a lamb shank which was divine, cooked to perfection. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Excellent since we arrived yesterday. Pleasant and efficient staff. Great facilities for our grandchildren with the playground and swimming pool. Great choice in the restaurant for all and very good gluten free selection.
I had Sunday lunch here and the food was delicious. As a coeliac, I had so many options to choose from. The staff were lovely and the place was super stylish.

There are so many great options in Kenmare & O’Donnabhain’s is right up there. Looks like a traditional Irish bar with live music, good food with lots of Irish options like cottage pie, turkey & ham, Irish stew mixed with more modern options like pizza & burgers. Jer & Damian go out of their way to accommodate any needs including gluten free or fussy eaters. We came back a couple of nights & it was always busy. Thanks guys. See you next time.
Awesome location and cozy rooms make this spot a winner, despite some quirks in the shower and breakfast setup.

Great location, reasonable price. Staff were very nice, extremely comfortable beds and lovely rooms. I would say the shower was a little of a let down, hence the 4 stars. Unusual set up for breakfast, its menu order no buffet. Plenty of gluten free options for breakfast but the GF pancakes were a little doughy or stale maybe? I wasn’t 100% convinced on them. I did appreciate that I got my own bread basket with my own butter and fresh scone too! I would stay again even if for location alone

I had a lovely Easter lunch here yesterday with two members of my family. Even though I am gluten intolerant there was a great choice of dishes available for starter and main course. The waitress was most helpful she went to check with the kitchen. The meal was delicious and I would highly recommend it as a place to eat. I will certainly come back. Well done to all.

What a dreadful attitude this place has. Tried to book a celebratory meal for family, one of whom is coeliac. They do not cater for coeliacs nor would they let us bring our own food for him. Been to many places in Kerry and Spain but this is the first time we were flatly refused. I've eaten in the Arms many times but will never darken their doorstep again! PS last time I ate there, two weeks ago, the toilets were in a dreadful state. I had to speak to Reception who did not seem interested. Listowel Arms now renamed Armpits in our family.....interested to see if I get a response from the O'Callaghans!

The rooms are simple and the inn shows its age, but everything was clean, and the very attentive and friendly service definitely makes up for the small disadvantages. In the evenings there was really delicious food (even a gluten-free and vegan pizza) and live music. Unfortunately there was no reception or WiFi in our room, but thanks to the nice evening entertainment that wasn't a big problem. All in all we were more than satisfied, we got the best out of this old inn!

Stayed here on a 3 night package in August 2021. It was overall very good value for money. The hotel is in a quiet location 4km outside of Tralee Town, the grounds have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Our room was basic and could do with updating of the decor but it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We ate dinner in the restaurant each night as food was delicious and lots of options for me (being a Celiac). Breakfast was served upstairs in a room with panoramic views of the mountains (if the weather is sunny you can even have breakfast on the balcony). All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly an absolute credit to the hotel. The Covid-19 protections were all in place as per current guidelines along with hand sanitisers all over the hotel. The only negative I have applies to Kerry in general not just the hotel and that is pricing of food and drink is a little on the high side but the hotel make up for this in portion size and sheer deliciousness!!
Very good food. Catered for a celiac and wheat allergy without prior notice. Got the early bird munu great value. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Restaurant and toilets spotless. Only down side it was a bit chilly waiting for the heating to come on
Was here 5/6 years ago with family. My mum is gluten free and they were very accommodating. The food for the rest of us was also really tasty. Just as good this time, compliments to the chefs mum on her lemon meringue!

Called in for lunch on Sunday before going home to Wexford.. we really enjoyed the food..it was first class. I have to say that there really are not many places I have eaten that have on their menu's that meals can be adapted to cater for celiacs. Also the young man who served us took the time to explain to to me the allergin table at the end of the menu..Really impressed, thank you.

I am caffeine, gluten and dairy intolerant..but l love the taste of coffee... So l was crossing my fingers when ordering 'coffee'.... only to be pleasantly surprised when I found out that they actually do have decaffeinated coffee, and alternative milk that is not oat.
I was thrilled. Having lovely cup of coffee on the terrace to enjoy a wonderful view. 😊
