Had dinner here last night. Booked in advance and indicated that someone with a gluten allergy was present. They dealt with it very well, explained everything clearly from their own point of view on how they dealt with it. They knew exactly what they were talking about. The food was super tasty, good, fast service and a cozy atmosphere on the terrace.
Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!
Get ready for a cozy spot serving perfectly cooked, sweet treats in a beautiful location, though they could improve on sustainability with their packaging.

Lack of vegan options, all pasta is fresh with egg.
Only a gluten free pasta with tomato sauce.
Service was excellent and cannot fault the staff. Only the menu

Great place for a brunch. Wide variety of pancakes, tostis and egg muffins. They also have nice smoothies and sodas.
All pancakes are made out of almond flour and you can also make sure that the dish is gluten free.
The service is ok. The toilets are not really clean and don’t have paper towels or anything to dry your hands.
Overall a good place but some things can be improved
Super vibrant spot with a huge pancake selection, customizable options, fresh drinks, and fun games for a lively experience!

Mr NonNo West in Rotterdam is a great tip for families with children. The restaurant has its own play area, which offers lots of fun for the little ones and allows parents to enjoy their meal in peace.
The menu is really extensive and has something for everyone. What's particularly cool is that around 30% of the dishes are vegan and there are also gluten-free options. The staff responds flexibly to various dietary needs, be it gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance or the desire for vegan dishes.
The hygienic conditions are top and the relaxed atmosphere invites you to linger. Overall, a cool experience for the whole family.
No. If it's too full you shouldn't sit down. Waited 20 minutes only to find out that there were no available tables inside. Then we sat outside...with children. 2 hour wait for food. Nachos are good. Burrito, chicken wings and emolades were not convincing in terms of taste. Gluten free enchilada and nachos were good. No menu in English, no gluten free menu provided.
With stunning décor and a diverse menu, this charming spot in Rotterdam is a must-visit for a delightful experience.

The food was really tasty and the waiter was really helpful ! I have a gluten intolerance and they manage to propose me lots of gluten free options. Moreover, the food was of a great quality and quantity, would recommend it without a doubt !!
Welcoming vibes and helpful team make for a cozy experience, though allergen details could use a bit more clarity.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but weren't very clear about allergen information at first. Eventually we established that their chips are indeed gluten free and fried separately to anything containing gluten, and their sauces are generally gf as well.
A cozy spot with a peaceful vibe, thoughtful allergen awareness, and stylish decor makes it a standout for a delightful visit.

How nice when staff think along! I have to eat gluten free and my dad doesn't eat much. There is a special allergen card and additional options were indicated by the waiter. Super. Very nice price and really nice furnishings. Top!!
A vibrant diner with hearty portions, lively vibes, and delicious coffee; definitely worth the wait for a taste of their must-try pancakes!

Proper American diner with huge portions and beautiful setting. We both had the Full Jarmusch and we were impressed with the portion size. The favourite items on my plate were the hashbrowns, and the least favourite were probably the chicken sausages which were too seasoned for my liking. Delicious coffee (we had flat whites) and the atmosphere is very nice and lively! Would go again but try the pancakes instead! Oh and bonus points for the gluten-free toast!
Wonderful atmosphere and great service!
Very friendly staff, the waiter with the glutenfree symbol tattoo is awesome!💪
Food was also very good!
All the love from a Hungarian ♥️

Been here a few times now, food and service are top notch. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended for gluten free and vegan. My husband is not vegan but also likes to eat here, everything is delicious. We will definitely come back more often.

What a wonderful evening of laughter with the girls again. But what really made it a particularly nice evening was Danique from the service. She understands her customers, feels them perfectly, loves a joke, thinks along with gluten-free food and drinks, and very subtly sells us a mocktail (Berry nogwattes, RECOMMENDED!, well done Danique!). What good news for the store that Danique is going to get things on track there and I can therefore tell everyone with confidence: everything will be fine, folks, there in South. Go and sit on a terrace there, have a Berry cocktail/mocktail, don't forget those delicious tenderloin tips (so I don't have any fingers left) and say hi to Danique!

Lots of choice of different beers, including non-alcoholic/low-alcohol beer. There are several gluten-free options on the drinks menu. Staff was not that friendly, couldn't smile. Shame! Also a great place for a drink.
Table on the attractive terrace with a wonderful view and evening sun. Delicious Lebanese cuisine and friendly staff!
The menu is labeled with allergens so I could easily tell what was gluten free.
Experience a lively vibe with great drinks and a recommended casual dining atmosphere, perfect for any occasion.

We were staying close by so decided to visit the old harbour area on the first evening. It was pretty busy and as we only wanted a drink and a dessert we wandered around enjoying the atmosphere.
A waiter from Matelief asked if he could help and we were shown inside which was lovely and cool and also smoke free. We had a great view without being surrounded by other diners.
We opted for decaf coffee and desserts: one enormous portion of a very tasty Dutch apple pie and a silky smooth piece of gluten free chocolate tart, both decorated with a couple of fresh raspberries.
Can’t believe that I didn’t take photos of our desserts!
Most people were sitting outside so it was relatively quiet inside with just background music playing.
The staff were all lovely- friendly and smiling.
It is definitely somewhere that I would like to visit again.
This pizzeria has various vegan options, which is really nice that it is available for people with a cow's milk allergy. However, they do not have a gluten-free base here. With a gluten allergy you are in trouble. So we got up again and went to another pizzeria.
A must-try spot with fair costs, featuring sign language savvy servers, lovely drinks, and cozy ambiance topped with a great view.

What a sad location this was! We had chosen a 3 course menu where we had to sit for almost 3.5 hours. The service was really bad. We started with a drink which was fine. Then we had to wait a long time to order the food. The carpaccio was fine and the tomato soup also had an okay taste. Ordered a gluten-free sandwich with the soup. This sandwich was not served and after just over an hour and asking twice, the sandwich was still not there and would be served with the main course (this was also not done immediately and we had to ask for it again). Then it took a very long time for the main course to be served. The taste was okay but the fries were soggy and not fried properly. Then had to wait almost 45 minutes again for the most pathetic dessert ever served. The crème brulee was watery, the caramel layer was nowhere to be seen and it was already cold when served. It looked more like half a bowl of custard that was served. Also, the tea and dessert were not served at the same time. In between, no one ever came by to ask if everything was okay and if we wanted something to drink and to pay (€83 for this pitiful intention) I ended up walking to a waitress who was not actually from our table , because otherwise we would probably have been there for another hour. We heard exactly the same complaints around us and people walked away angry. It's really not okay and something really needs to be done about this.
Enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Allergies and dietary requirements, such as gluten and vegetarian, were no problem and very nice natural wines. Thank you for the nice evening!
We ate together with our friends from Drenthe. Unfortunately it was very busy on Saturday and we sat at the table for more than 3.5 hours and only received food twice... this was a shame because our friends still had to go back to Drenthe so we went home hungry. The chef did make ad hoc food for our gluten-free friend, which was very nice! In addition, what we ate was very tasty! The service was also very friendly, but the restaurant was too full for what they could handle. We will come back again on a weekday evening.
Once a trendy sushi hotspot, it now feels a bit lost in time with a vague concept but still serves excellent and innovative dishes.

Used to be Rotterdams cool premium sushi spot
Food: sushi is excellent and menu is innovative
Service: is ok and handled gluten allergy professionally
Other: restaurant lacks character and clear concept. The yellow poster reminds of the glory days when Madonna had dinner here but those are gone.

Last Saturday I had a high tea with friends and family for my 50th birthday. Because of one friend who absolutely cannot eat gluten, I made a reservation with NY because of the good, reliable name. This friend became terribly ill due to cross-contamination. In addition, the ordering of drinks was very poorly organized. We got cappuccino in a thermos. We had never seen this before! Then it is no longer cappuccino. Hotel New York should be deeply ashamed of putting this on the table! The tea had to be ordered per cup, which resulted in a long wait for a drink. I left the table at least 3 times to indicate that an order had already been waiting for more than 10 minutes.
It was very disappointing for me as it was quite an expense to organize this high tea and then the organization of Hotel New York is so poor. Finally, I am still waiting for the refund because there were fewer people than paid for.
I always enjoyed coming to you both privately and for work, but I'm done with it now!
Expect attentive service that prioritizes your needs and a commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Very good service!! I have celiac disease myself and they took this very well into account. No risks were taken and everything was prepared in separate pans. If they didn't know something about gluten/cross-contamination, they asked me. Service also very friendly. Highly recommended!
