Really grateful for gluten free options, which can be so tough to find in airports! There was a dedicated gluten free menu and staff took my concerns about cross contamination seriously. A good option for those with coeliac. Food takes longer to prepare if you have a dietary requirement so just budget extra time.

Great Celiac Safe - Gluten Free option at Heathrow T3!
After we were initially seated, I asked the hostess for gluten-free menus. When our waiter came over, he saw the gluten-free menus and immediately asked if we had a gluten allergy/celiac. He informed us that his manager would need to take our order. The manager quickly came over and answered all our questions about how the kitchen prepares it’s gluten free items and any cross contamination potential (very little for our breakfast). We both ordered a Tea Egg and Mackerel on gluten-free toast. We enjoyed our food and were thrilled with how knowledgeable and thoughtful the staff were.

Ideal base for our London theatre weekend! Rooms were very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would particularly like to mention Abdul, who was on the front desk of the restaurant. Our daughter has coeliac disease and he gave us their allergen folder to look at and check what was suitable for her and explained their procedures for reducing the risk of cross contamination. She was brought fresh cutlery and her breakfast choices were brought out directly from the kitchen, have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend.
