My husband and I had a great experience at Bills. Our waitress Dora was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me with my allergies. They have an entire gluten free menu which was incredible and made me feel very safe eating there. I got the vegan and gluten free pancakes and they were delicious. My husband who does not have any allergies got the eggs royal and he said they were very good as well. This was a great place to eat if you have allergies or not!

Perfect place to grab gluten free fish and was really impressed on how the young lady who served us handled a tricky punter, who was very unreasonable(imagine getting annoyed with the chef for not giving you chips the way you like them even though she didn’t say anything when she ordered and the waitress was happy to bring her another portion).

So my experience here was really mixed. The food was wonderful and there were lots of gluten free options to choose from on the menu. But sadly the service is where this place faltered. It was like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a pub or have table service. When we asked if they were still serving food we got told the menus are over there and they just pointed. We went to the bar to order drinks which was fine, but then we found out they take food orders at the table. But if you want to order more drinks or anything else (like dessert), we had to either go back to the bar to be told they would come over to us or we had to flag down someone to do this. We asked for the bar and it was another 40 minutes or until we paid because no one came back and again we had to flag down one of the staff. I'd really love to recommend this place for the food, but if you are expecting good service maybe try somewhere else.

Great service as soon as you went inside. We had Ana and Scooter as waiters and they were helpful about gluten free alternatives and making sure everything was good. The portions was generous (both drinks and food) and it tasted good!

We just had the most incredible experience for dinner. I have celiac and I’m allergic to nuts so it was truly amazing to eat at a nut free and gluten free restaurant! While it is pricey, it is well worth it. Everything was incredible and the service was great. I would not think twice about going here. We even brought our kids who were very happy with the great kids menu.

Love breakfast at Bills. As a celiac the little allergy flags that arrive in your food are super reassuring. Food is fab and members of staff are invariably lovely, shout out to Sangetna for perfect service on our last visit.

Had a lovely time here during my short stay in London. There are many gluten free options, the service is very friendly and fast (Rada), and the atmosphere is very nice (perfect temperature, nice interior and seating options).

Great experience for early morning breakfast. We left Heathrow on an early layover looking for breakfast and got to Bills right as they opened. Drinks and food were hot and tasty. Mariam provided wonderful service. Appreciate the gluten free menu!

Awesome gluten free pancake, it tasted like a real gluten full pancake! If your celiac , warning! The gluten full pancakes are made in the same pan as the gluten free pancakes! They have tons of vegan options too. And the staff is super friendly ☺️

A little claustrophobic inside as it’s a pretty small restaurant which I didn’t initially realise when looking online but overall a nice atmosphere with accommodating staff esp for my friend with celiac disease who were helpful & communicative & took all necessary precautions. ✔️🔵 Decent prices & within a nice location. 🛄⚪️ if you’re alcohol free I would recommend one of the 0% beers more so than the mocktails as I personally found my virgin mojito mocktail too sweet & not particularly enjoyable.

I have been here twice. On both occasions I had excellent food and service. Pancakes are delicious and had variety of toppings both sweet and savoury. Overnight oats were also delicious. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Highly recommended.

We stopped at Zizzi’s after seeing the Tower of London and had a delicious lunch. The food was a bit salty but still tasty and it had a wide variety of gluten free options which was much appreciated. Danny gave us warm and friendly service. Good experience overall and would definitely go back.

Crowded, when we finally got a table, decided what to order, the waiter saod no gluten free pizza. Although the menu specifically said all of their pizzas are gluten free. Such a dissapoitment. We walked for two miles to get gluten free pizza. Very sad.

This proved a fantastic location to meet up with two non-veggie friends who both loved the food. We opted for the tasting menu and they made it gluten-free (only needing to swap out one item) with ease. And easy sums up the mood. It's a light, airy venue, and with limited tables (plus seats at the bar) it didn't feel crowded despite being fully booked. This also meant that service was excellent, with people always on call if you needed, let's say, another bottle of wine. And everyone was friendly too, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. All this would be for nothing if the food wasn't so damn good, with taste packed into every bite. I'll be going back for the hummus alone.

I’ve eaten here a few times and had incredible experience as a coeliac. The staff are knowledgeable and understanding, including around cross contamination, and food comes with gluten free markers on it. The gluten free pizza is great and one of my favourite Italians to dine at in London!

Went to Duck & Waffle for a quick lunch and had a great experience. The fast lift ride up 40 floors was a fun start, and the views over London were incredible — we could see the Gherkin, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and even West Ham! Service was quick and attentive. One of our group is gluten-free, and the staff took it very seriously. They clearly explained the options and reassured us about separate preparation and no cross-contamination, which gave real peace of mind. It was quiet during lunch, so food came quickly. The waitress mentioned it gets much busier in the evenings. I had the lobster brioche roll and king prawns — both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We didn’t stay long, but it was a memorable visit and I’d definitely go again!

I used to love this place. One of the few places in London that does decent gluten free. I was here a few days ago and the food was awful, dried out, overcooked and appeared like it was recooked from the day before. What has happened in the kitchen.. please review your food quality.
