I love this place but the gluten free break crumbles the minute you touch it. I would not call it bread, I'd call it a crouton topping. It makes it impossible to eat sandwich. The photo was from me just picking up the sandwich. I'd recommend using Kim and Jake's GF bread. For the $3 upcharge that Dish charges, the $8 loaf pays for itself about 15X over.

Wyatt was especially attentive, and executed our gluten free request accurately. Normally a pretty big fan of their nine iron panini, and have been a fan of their gluten free bread for quite some time. My latest order with them was a pretty big disappointment due to the much smaller gluten free buns. I also did not receive any meat with my sandwich so it was essentially a mini lettuce sandwich. Accidents happen, but I really hope that Postino is not significantly downsizing their gluten free bread moving forward because it’s simply not worth the price.
