A great place for dinner or brunch on the weekends, especially if you love grits! They even have a grit flight! All GF options are labeled on the menu. I got the flounder special over the garden style grits and also a side of the butter beans with bacon, which I highly recommend!
Enjoy a lovely outdoor vibe with blooming jasmines and a delightful scent, promising a pleasant and memorable experience.

Great atmosphere. The Jasmin was fully in bloom as we ate outside with a heavenly scent. Our server (Stephanie) was cheerful and quite helpful.
Overall a very pleasant experience. We'll be back!
My wife has Celiac and they were knowledgeable and have a separate fryer for chips.
Funky retro vibes and a relaxed atmosphere make this a favorite spot for families, with popular take-out options and a lively bar scene.

Very groovy place and one of the few celiac-friendly places where the GF options don't taste like gently moistened wallboard. Their gluten-free wings and pizzas are great. The interior design of the space is very Yellow Submarine. Relaxed vibe and good service.
A popular spot with a helpful separate menu that keeps customers coming back for tasty lunches and attentive service.

Recently got diagnosed with celiac and have been trying to find a great place for GF lunches nearby. Their separate menu is so helpful AND delicious, and their service is fantastic. Will eat lunch here often going forward.
Expect a welcoming vibe with attentive service and a great atmosphere, making it a top pick for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Had many wonderful dinners here!! The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. They are always very cautious of my gluten allergy and give recommendations as to what I can eat and modifications that can be made. Food is always incredible!! I have never had a bad meal.
A charming spot with a vintage truck playground and a cozy courtyard vibe, perfect for a happy gathering!

Really good coffee, gluten free bread for egg sandwiches - great quick breakfast spot!
The staff were all very friendly and easy to discuss gluten free options with. We ordered the “Farm Egg Sandwich” with sausage and the “Vintage Breakfast Sandwich” - both were delicious!
We are both very sensitive celiacs - and had no reaction eating here. We felt confident in their cross contamination measures, but keep in mind they are not a dedicated GF facility.
Farm Egg Sandwich - Sausage (scrambled egg, sharp cheddar, smashed sausage, comeback sauce, GF bread)
Vintage Breakfast Sandwich (fried egg, crispy prosciutto, muenster cheese, roasted tomato, dijonaise, GF bread)

The blackened BBQ salmon was fantastic and my kids actually cleared their plates! I loved that the menu had gluten free options marked.
Was hoping to see porpoises outside, but I think it was too hot
Experience a culinary gem with an engaging chef, French ingredients, and delightful pastries that elevate every dish.

This was the best dining experience we had in Charleston! I can’t rate it highly enough. We went to the location off of Lockwood, and it was simply amazing. The chef came out and talked to us about his method for making the pastries, and let us sample one of the beautiful French macarons. It was clear how much he cares about the quality of the food! They import a lot of ingredients from France, and grow their own herbs to garnish dishes. The owner actually got us settled for dinner - we had an amazing beef bourginon and a Mediterranean galette. I should say, a GLUTEN-FREE galette - they have extensive gluten-free options! Come get a crepe and enjoy the amazing customer service.
A popular spot known for its stellar home-cooked comfort food and long wait times, so arrive early or plan for takeout!

Adrian was fabulous! I have food allergies and they were very attentive to my needs. The gluten-free menu is pretty extensive for lunch/dinner, I didn't look at the breakfast/brunch menu. Hushpuppies and okra were perfection. The salmon was delicious, the blackened sea bass was spot on, the country fried steak took up half the plate and was delightful. They graciously subbed grilled chicken for a burger that was moist and flavorful. The pimento cheese was definitely a step above.i think the only complaint was the pork chops needed a steak knife instead of a butter knife to cut.
Enjoy a cozy vibe with generous portions and a commitment to an exceptional dining experience that keeps patrons coming back for more!

My boyfriend and I love this restaurant. The staff and the general manager Kacey made our experience exceptional. Kacey went out of his way to ensure that we had a perfect meal and continued to check in on us throughout the dining process. They have the best gluten free pasta (and regular pasta) in town. We are so looking forward to going back and dining with them again!

Do not eat here if you have Celiac disease or a gluten allergy. I got a terrible gluten belly reaction after eating a chicken BLT which was supposedly made gluten free.

Beautiful views, live music, excellent service, and delicious food! Our celiac daughter was able to eat the smoked meats, beans, and cucumber salad with no issues. They were very accommodating of her food allergy which we appreciated!

I could easily fall in love with this place.
I had an amazing ruben.
The only thing i can say... IF you get a sandwich get the sauce on the side.
They put on lots
We had a nice server who was helpful and polite.
They also have gluten-free options.
My wife had a sandwhich on gf bread.
I tasted it and was impressed with it..
Expect attentive service and a unique attention to detail, making every visit an enjoyable experience.

This location is top notch. The guy leading the team taking orders was exceptionally kind and attentive to the specifics of our order and celiac restriction. Food was perfectly prepared and we had a very lovely lunch.
Ate outdoors - very loud traffic noise, but the server took care of getting water for our pup. Food was excellent, but sadly there were no gluten-free options (according to our waitress) as stated in the overview.
A charming spot with huge, perfectly mixed salads, a refreshing vibe, and easy parking, perfect for post-beach cravings.

Possibly the best salad I've ever eaten. Great spot after a beach day when you don't want something heavy but still want to feel full. The salads are BIG, toppings are perfectly proportioned, and they mix everything together which feels like an added bonus. I ordered a seasonal salad - This is how we (spring) roll - and my friend did a create-your-own style. We both wish we had this restaurant closer to our homes (I will be bringing all my guests here when I take them out toward the beach or into Charleston). Also, their strawberry limeade is fresh and tastes like you're drinking a strawberry. So delicious.
Clean place. Not crowded. Lots of parking. Tables are really close together, but it's just a small space and there weren't a lot of people, so it wasn't a problem for us.
Also, their dressings are all gluten-free, so if you have that dietary restriction, you're safe. :)
An enticing aroma and diverse vegetarian options create an unforgettable experience, complemented by unique chai tea and great music.

We spent $60 for two people and it was WORTH every penny!! From the amazing aroma that drew us in, we knew it was going to be amazing. Started with the masala fries and they were absolutely the best fries I’ve ever eaten. I’m one of the people that hates cilantro and I couldn’t even be bothered by it on these fries. I am a vegetarian and was so happy about how many diverse options there are, there’s several vegan/gluten free/vegetarian/dairy free options that are all marked accordingly. The chai tea was unique and fantastic, our main dishes are enough to feed us for the next few days (not mad about it!). The owner was so kind and friendly and made the experience better somehow. The music was great as well! We will be back soon.

The only sushi option they had that was gluten-free was sashimi. Both the salmon and tuna tasted awful, not edible. Tasted old and metallic. Then the checks were sent out wrong.
Great drinks & food, intimate but casual atmosphere. Excellent kitchen; they will modify anything on the menu, especially for gluten-free customers. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. All around a good time.
Server was excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was delicious and I was able to have a gluten free safe meal with the salmon and pureed cauliflower. My husband had the harvest hamburger and said it was one of the best he ever had.
Brunch here features a unique omelet station, unexpected homemade treats, and even fresh popovers, making it a must-visit for a tasty experience!

Our group of 6 had brunch there today, and it was fabulous. I loved that I could talk with someone to make a reservation and ask questions about my dietary restrictions.
Sunday Brunch included an omelet station, eggs, shredded potato hash browns, sausage gravy, fresh fruit, homemade cinnamon sugar doughnuts, soft serve ice cream station with waffle cones and toppings, fresh fried chicken nuggets for waffles, which by the way were the fluffy, pillowy kind.
I asked a young lady who was refreshing the food if they had any GF items. She politely said she would check.
Before I knew it, I had a full size GF spice cake with cream cheese frosting and full on Carmel. Let’s note the violas that decorated my slice of heaven.
It turned out, the sweet lady was the owner, Kelleanne. While I was eating my yummy brunch, she proceeded to make fresh popovers - gluten free! They weren’t even on the menu for anyone!
If you’ve never had popovers with soft serve vanilla ice cream, you’re missing out.
They also own Honeysuckle Rose - an 8 course tasting menu restaurant in Charleston. I can’t wait to try it out! Just based on the service I received, I know Honeysuckle Rose is going to be nothing short of a Michelin quality experience!💕
This spot serves a solid pork ramen with a delicious broth, but the crispy pork and overcooked eggs could use some improvement.

My ramen is empty. Which is how good ramen should be seen, finished. The pork ramen at Fuji is almost a great bowl of ramen. Salty white broth with a sweet finish and hit of crab offering an homage to the local faire. The pork and egg are where it loses sight of the perfect note. The pork unfortunately was fried crispy to the point where it had no flavor. Thankfully the broth rescues it and helps overcome the pork shortcoming. The eggs were overcooked but being "soy eggs" they have that lovely Carmel color and flavor to them but lack the creamy inside and kills the joy of a great soy egg. If not for the broth saving the whole dish this would be a different message.
On a winning note loyal follower know that I am always in search of restaurants that cater to my wife and her intolerance of gluten. So finding a Japanese restaurant that offer gluten friendly fare is the best thing since Soy Eggs in ramen. Cause it means I can eat here more often. She ordered and really enjoyed the hibachi soy free (hint it's where they hide the gluten) and for that alone we will come back and attempt the ramen again.
Fuji make a note of it on your website or in your menu. Yes dear patrons of gluten free living we support you. We would have been voting Fuji like we lived in Chicago early and often. So wear you options like a proud mama koala bear and let us all know. Please I need more Ramen in my diet. And fix the eggs and pork.
A hidden gem! Definitely make a reservation as they go quickly. They don't have a dedicated gluten free menu or kids menu, but are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The seafood was great, as were their desserts. This would be a really nice place to celebrate an anniversary or special occasion.
MOST AMAZING WEDDING EVER!!! My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Post House Inn on 12/12/2020 and it was the best decision we could have made to share this special moment in our lives with family and close friends. 2020 has been unique and strange to say the least but the team at the Post House treated us like their own family and made our wedding a very special and SAFE evening to remember. They handled a Saturday evening event tremendously while still accommodating their normal restaurant guests and service(our wedding was not disturbed by normal restaurant operations). The ceremony was in the courtyard at 5pm followed by a cocktail hour from 530-630, and then a lovely dinner in the Rose Room for the remainder of the evening. Their decor, ambiance, service, food, and attentiveness to our needs and CoVid health concerns was 5 Star +. The food was beyond exceptional: We had some food allergies and the chef was even able to prepare a gluten/dairy free wedding cake for us! Oh, last but not least, my wife and I stayed at the Inn on our wedding night and it was also a 5 Star experience: Thoughtful touches and surprises, beautiful rooms, breakfast in bed, and personalized service. I highly recommend the Post House Inn and team for any event, dinner, or B&B experience!!!
The cuisine was excellent. They had a variety of gluten free options and children’s portions too
. They also had a great wine list. We were very pleased with the service!

♥️🤩ROCKSTAR SUSHI!! My friend and I ate sushi at the bar. They accommodated me with my NO (minimal) carbs diet, and omitted the rice, at my request. I had a Double Tuna Roll ($16), which is spicy tuna, cucumber and avocado topped with seared tuna. Also, a Tanaka Roll ($15), which is spicy tuna, avocado and cucumber topped with spicy salmon. They were both fantastic! Probably because I didn’t have rice, I was still hungry, so ordered two more. (I realize without the rice, it’s no longer sushi!) My friend got the Steak Tataki Roll, and said it was awesome. (I totally forgot to get pics…sorry!!) FYI- they also can do GF/gluten free. Our server was super, and the ambiance was perfect (not too loud). It was crowded, especially for a Wednesday night, but everyone was having fun. Parking is abundant, but was crowded at six o’clock. We were so pleased with our whole experience, and will definitely be going back…(Why is it that the best sushi restaurants seem to mostly be in strip-malls?!)👍
*UPDATE: I got the very same thing again for takeout last night. It was even better this time, especially with the fire sauce that comes with the double tuna. The girls at the takeout counter were all super cool and fun too. Love Fuji! 💜

We’ve been to sol dozens of times over the past 4 years and have loved the food, service and atmosphere every time. Their menu is delicious, especially the way they cook the sweet potatoes in some of the entrees and their bowls are wonderful. Super friendly servers and hostesses and excellent interior design that completes the experience. Appreciate your gluten free options too!
