My friend has Celiac Disease and has to be Gluten Free and they go out of their way to make sure she got food options that were safe for her. We have a son with celiacs and this is an amazing place to take him to eat! Michelle was an amazing waitress and assured us the manager was making his food, not sharing any utensils with other food items, all of his food being cooked in a pan, clean hands and gloves every time they brought anything for him. They even cooked everything fresh and out of new packages just to make sure they were preventing cross contamination. He told us it was the best burger he’s ever had. I’m so thankful that there’s a safe restaurant we can take him to and a way to give myself a break from cooking. She was friendly and attentive, even though she was busy with a lot of customers. One drawback, tje restaurant was really warm. They have regular, gluten free, and cauliflower crusts. We ordered 3 pizzas for 4 people and an order of chest bread sticks with marinara sauce. Friendly service, the young lady helped us navigate the "new to us" menu. The pizzas, although thin crust, were flavorful and filling. We had leftovers. The bread sticks lacked in flavor, but they were just a side. We would definitely eat here again. Not the cheapest pizza place, but I'll pay extra for unique flavors and combinations.

After a dance competition at O’Gorman, I took a group of girls to Pizza Ranch. I have Celiac disease so they brought me a gluten free pizza to the table and I was able to have a lettuce salad. I ate three pieces of pizza and before I left I asked for a box. A shift manager perhaps, came over and treated me so rudely I was embarrassed. She said, “Did you pay extra for that?” I literally did not know because my total was $129.63. I said I have just always brought the extra home. Once again, very rudely, “I have worked here 14 years and it has never been that way.” They took the five pieces of pizza off the table and disposed of it in front of me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The buffet wasn't even a buffet; the little bit if food that was out looked like it had been sitting all day. The marinara sauce was congealed, and it didnt matter anyway beacause there was barely any pasta to put it on. The selection was extremely limited, barely a salad bar, and hardly any food items out across the board. The place was a disaster, 90% of the tables were not cleared, and there was half eaten pizza slices on the floor. We ordered a gluten free pizza and was charged extra, even though the pizza ranch in Rapid doesnt ask for extra money on those.
Don't waste your time or money here. Pitiful excuse of a buffet!

The arcade area is great and so glad they have it at this location. All the food was fresh and hot. We went early (430ish) so we didn't have to worry about a rush and we were able to wit and chat as a family for quite a while. We didn't feel like we were taking up a table and being forced out.
