We just moved to Texas, and some friends had said they had heard good things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. We went to order drinks, and they were out of Coke (my order), vodka (wife's want), & the lavender flavoring for one of the mocktails (my boys wanted this one). So we ordered other stuff. Then we went to order food and my mother doesn't do pizza so she ordered wings of which they were out of so she had nothing. My wife went to order her gluten-free pizza of which they were out of as well. I am guessing they were probably out of other stuff, but we finally picked stuff they had. I am not going to be back as I don't want to play guess what is or is not in stock from the menu. The place was pretty empty as it was a Monday, but the server just wasn't around for refills or anything else. They always say have a good experience and you'll tell 5 people, have a bad experience and you'll tell 20. As this was our first time visiting, maybe it was an off order cycle, but who knows. The total bill for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) was $115. My wife and son also said that the bathroom needing cleaning as there was stuff all over (I didn't go so I don't know). I recently visited this place for the first time, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! Ordered the deviled eggs, crispy chicken breast, and the gluten-free chocolate mousse & orange vanilla custard pie. Everything was so delicious. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was also great—comfortable and inviting. I’ll definitely be back to try more! Highly recommend!

We used to LOVE Mod Pizza, my absolute favourite! Unfortunately over the past year the service has gotten terrible which has also reflected in their food. The last straw came when they mistakenly made my pizza wrong, it happens, no biggie, it wasn’t a gluten-free crust, but the ensuing interaction that followed was terrible. We took it back & let them know, & that’s where it all went sour. They insisted they had made it correctly & we had ordered it wrong, it was an app order & you could clearly see they had made it wrong. One employee started to goad my husband, laughing at him & just being a jerk. They made the pizza wrong again, so I called them as now my husband is now frustrated. The employee on the phone was the same guy, unfortunately & recognised us & just kept repeating himself that we were “wrong” & he was “right” . Eventually the “manager” came on the line, she was pleasant & apologetic, we explained what happened & you could hear the guy chipping in his 2c in the background. She told us that she was personally going to make the pizza herself, & that we shouldn’t complain to the local manager as he “wasn’t any good” & “nothing would happen” but to go above him to the regional manager to lodge a formal complaint. That she would personally make sure that they would call us the following week, of which we never heard from them. Anyway we picked up the 3rd pizza, technically it’s “correct”. However, on the box an employee had written slang on it, & after looking it up, it’s too nasty to put on here. The pizza had what looked like a can of cold pineapple dumped on it, & ultimately, the crust wasn’t gluten free as I was sick to my stomach later. Honestly, the whole experience was just awful. Never again.

Loved the food, service was great, atmosphere was very pleasant. Most of the menu was or could be prepared gluten free, and the gluten free toast with homemade jam was a real treat! Great coffee. Park in a parking garage. Highly recommend.

I didn't want to cook and and since I need to be gluten free, I found that they had a cauliflower crust pizza. It was delicious the crust was perfect and the service was fast!

While in McKinney, I came across this coffee shop. I ordered the gluten free cinnamon pecan muffin and an almond milk latte. The latte tasted really good and the muffin was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Nice little place. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded. Service was great. Food was wonderful. Hostess was helpful with asking about gluten free options. There were a lot of flies in the dining room. That was a little off putting. Overall, it was a great spot with tasty food.

This place had so many fun burgers! Can't wait to come back and try more. I just really wish they had a gluten free bun. You can do it as a lettuce wrap but that did fall apart with my burger. Staff said that fries are cooked in separate oil so those are gluten free as well! They don't have a diaper changing station, which was frustrating. We saw two other families with babies there as well.

Very nice historical location in the heart of McKinney. We went for my birthday and they were great. I am gluten free and they have a seperate menu. They even provided a special dessert.

My first visit was yesterday. Upon walking in, I couldn’t figure out how to order food, there were no menus anywhere. I saw one case that had some drinks and some sides and then there was one case that had premade sandwiches. I noticed that people were receiving orders, names were being called to pick up your order. So I asked the girl at the order desk if there was food to order or if I had to pick a sandwich from the case and she said pick a sandwich from the case. So then I ask her if I could have a sandwich made without bread, I’m gluten-free. She told me no the lady back in the prep kitchen told me there were salads at the end and to go get a salad. There was one salad option a small Caesar, but unfortunately, I have an egg allergy too. It was a bit frustrating and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t make me a sandwich without bread. So my entire lunch was potato salad. I don’t ever expect places to accommodate my food needs, but when I see them making custom orders and then they refuse to make me one, or don’t offer me a menu, that is super frustrating. I won’t be going back.

They have an amazing veggie omelette with goat cheese mushrooms and squash potatoes are perfect and they offer a tasty gluten-free toast. If you haven't come here yet, what are you waiting for!

Food was reasonably priced, service was kind and attentive. Great variety and great tasting burgers. My wife and daughter are unable to eat gluten and they accommodated by giving them a nice lettuce wrap for their burgers.

First of all, the 2 women who helped us were the best! We have not been treated this well in a restaurant in a long time. We were the first in for the day, and they took care of us. My wife got the Sweet Potato Hash Bowl (good gluten free option), and I got the Retro Plate. We both loved our food. Coffee, tea, and a sweet side of Cinnamon Chip biscuits. Everything was cooked well, great flavors, and 100% will be back. Loved it! And like many others have said, those Smashbrowns are some serious savory sides! They were the bomb!! Highly recommend. Just know... if it's a weekend or holiday, it will be busy and maybe loud. I've been a couple times now. Weekdays are the time to go if you can. Quiet and plenty of seating.

I just absolutely love my pizza every time I order it. I order a completely vegetarian pizza exactly how I like it and I am never disappointed. Their gluten free options are delicious as well, which is hard to find at most places.

I would give 5 stars, the minus 1 star is the price. Ordered a pizza, 2 sandwiches and half a sandwich… $47 and we didn’t get the drinks and cookies yet!! For me, ordered the gluten free cheese pizza…. THE BEST GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA; EVEN BEAT OUT BLAZE PIZZA! MY family said the sandwiches were good, especially with the spicy oil, recommended by the staff! Even with the expense, I would come back weekly. This is my new go to spot and hopefully the fresh ingredients, cleanliness, & friendly staff stay minimal the same, and the price point don’t increase. ****PS. I shared my gluten allergy with the staff and they changed gloves and got a whole new gluten free pizza crust because they touched the gluten bread !!!!

The cutest and tastiest deviled eggs! The cali roll and Sriracha bacon were so good! Good thing we live an hour away, or we'd spend all our money on deviled eggs! Service was great, very informative and helpful! We were told that all the eggs can be made gluten and dairy free with substitutions!
