As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate how careful the staff is about keeping my food safe for me to eat. My server this time was Miles and he was amazing about communicating with me about my food/allergy and checking up on my table frequently. The staff is awesome and the food was incredible!

This is about the 110th time I’ve been to gurus in Orem and every time the food has been excellent and the service has been fantastic. I’ve ordered just about everything on their menu and have never had a bad meal. This is a great place to go if you have to eat gluten-free. Highly recommended!
Experience a cozy vibe with live music, fresh flavors, and generous portions that make you feel right at home by the ocean.

The food is my ultimate comfort food! They have the best teriyaki sauce around (super refreshing and sweet, but not too sweet) and it's GLUTEN FREE. They have 3 portion options and all are a good value (good quantity of food for the price). If you like savory dishes you gotta try the loco moco and kalua pua'a (pork).
Customer service is fantastic. Everyone here is so nice and friendly.
The atmosphere is the best part! They always have good music, and they're often playing live music. When they sing, it's so beautiful and comforting. Makes me feel like I am back home by the ocean. Much love.

I love eating at Costa Vida! My sister and I both have celiac, and the employees are incredible about switching their gloves and keeping our meals separate from other orders. I eat here frequently because I can trust that I’ll feel great afterwards!
I understand that gluten free pizza is tricky but I’d expect more from a $20 price tag. The burnt ends are normal for pizza but with cauliflower crust, it turns into a cracker.
Not the spot for local sports fans, and the outdated vibe doesn’t help, but it has a wide range of options for various dietary needs.

Yummy food. If you’re gluten free and if you get it to go check that they did it right! They were great to go fix it but put me behind. When you eat there the service has always been great!
Expect attentive service with a personal touch and a vibe that makes you feel valued, all while enjoying delicious options.

Very mid hamburgers and fries. I liked the gluten free bun, though. It was one of the best I’ve had.
It seemed like everything was seasoned in a way that was supposed to make it taste more complex or something, but instead the food was just “off” or overwhelmed with stuff. I don’t think I’d recommend this place, which is weird because like everyone I’ve mentioned it to has raved about how great it is. Maybe Utah burgers just suck?
It was okay. i felt like they do overportion some of their meats and perhaps should have an offer to place toppings on the side. workers were extremely kind and i wish they had gluten free sides!
Burgers here hit the spot, with super thick shakes and fantastic fries making it a popular campus choice for quick bites!

Food was excellent according to my fiancée but I didn’t feel comfortable eating there myself I have celiac disease and have to ask questions before I can order to keep myself safe I asked if they have gluten free buns when I tried to ask another question I was cute off by employee turning around in a huff and walk away . It made me very sad because if she can’t even take the time to answer my question she sure as hell won’t take the time it takes to keep me safe to eat at this restaurant. There are very few places me and my fiancé can eat together and he said the food was great but service is sometimes more important to me and employee completely failed with me

I like this place. It indeed has food. The food is indeed edible.
It was $13 per person for an all-you-can-eat buffet with many delicious options for what you can eat. Even during the dinner rush, there was food ready available for us, and the food was never cold.
My friends and I got some spring rolls, fish and rice, pickle chips, burger and onion rings, fruit (cantaloupe and honeydew), and mozzarella sticks. As for dessert, my friends got some chocolate pudding, dessert rolls, and nutella-bars. The only complaints were the pudding was a bit bland and the honeydew was a tad old, but besides that, EVERYTHING ELSE was sooooooo delicious!!!
I would particularly recommend the burger.
They have pretty much every drink imaginable. Nearly too many drink options! I got the Barq's orange cream soda. Would recommend; my friend says the chocolate milk is a must have.
There is a new "allergy friendly" food bar in the back corner. It serves gluten free burger buns, but they look like your stereotypical crumbly buns. There was plenty of allergy friendly food in the other food bars though.
The food servers surprisingly did NOT look dead inside, which is unusual considering they work in the food industry. Quite the welcome surprise. I asked if a dressing on some rice had dairy, and they found out quickly and friendly (it did). When I asked for a plate without the dressing, they compiled a smile. It was very welcoming.
The atmosphere was indeed breathable. Jokes aside, the building is filled with several different style themes that all felt different, but fit together as a whole nicely. The ceiling is fairly high making a grand/epic feeling. There is both open seating and more enclosed seating (my friends and I choose the latter). There is seating both by the windows, by the wall, and in the middle of the room. The window view wasn't quite "I must take a photo of this" beautiful, but it was by no means unpleasant. ALSO, everything was so CLEAN! There were no crumbs on the seats, and the tables were spotless!
As the cannon center is in the middle of BYU, it makes sense that there isn't a lot of parking, so we had a short walk from the parking spot to the entrance, but it was worth it.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, the customer service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is great. Me and my friends had an absolute blast!
I love waffle love and was very excited to go, I went with my dad who is gluten free. We looked on the website and they said there was gluten free, but when we got there they said they did not have enough for my dad. Instead all he could get was a chocolate milk. Very disappointed. Other than that the food was pretty good
A must-visit in Provo with a fun, Revolutionary war era vibe and a wide variety of high-quality ice cream flavors to choose from.

My sister and I have a LOT of food allergies (wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, etc.) And they went above and beyond to make sure we had food that was safe to eat that was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be adding this to the small list of restaurants that are so wonderfully accommodating for us. It is incredibly hard to find a place where we are able to just enjoy, and we hit the jackpot here.
Burgers stand out here, with a unique twist on flavors that keeps fans coming back for more.

I can't decide whether the gluten free bun is better here or at Chubbies. I like the burger overall better at JCW's. I have tried the Mushroom Swiss and the Pastrami Burgers both places. I prefer JCW's. Nether has gluten free fries

Crazy how I haven't reviewed this place yet. The food is fantastic and priced cheaper than it deserves. I also wanna say there are quite a few gluten-free options
The food here is SO GOOD! And they are so kind and accommodating of my gluten free needs. I've been here twice and both times had wonderful experiences.

This place was exactly what we were hoping it would be. We are very picky about mocktails and usually make our own because most bars basically just mix club soda and juice and charge $9. We aren't from the area and most of the good mocktails we've had are from nicer restaurants we've been to, but we're constantly on the hunt for a more casual place to get good drinks. We loved the bar atmosphere and felt like everything was so inviting. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We were hyped to have a pool table as well. These are also the best priced mocktails we've found. Most good mocktails are in the $7-10 so these being $5-10 is so cheap. I'm surprised by any negative reviews, but after reading a few I think too many people come in hoping for a restaurant experience. They have food and we loved what we got, but we felt like the intention was for it to be a bar, not a restaurant. If you're looking for a big group dinner with attentive servers this may not be for you, but if you're looking for phenomenal drinks and tapas, with amazing vibes, definitely try it out. Sad we're not local but we'll absolutely make a point to visit again when we can.
(I'll add as well that we loved that they had some decent gf options and even though I'm only gluten sensitive they took care to make sure to confirm in case cross contamination was a concern. We felt very valued here :))
I wish I could fully emote how much of a negative experience I had through text. And I am truly disappointed because I have come to this restaurant many times before and LOVED it.
It all started with a phone call. My friend and I have dietary restrictions, so we called asking if they had vegan and gluten free options. The phone didn’t pick up the first time, so I called twice. The second time someone picked up right away and couldn’t hear my questions through their own laughter and people around them. Once I finally got my question out, the girl didn’t even answer the question. I presumed she was new and I hung up. We checked on the website for the menu.
We got to the restaurant and were seated. I ordered the “2 Summer Rolls” and a banh mi. Understandably, the Summer Rolls had 2 in the title, so I understand the confusion. I received 4 summer rolls in total. I let someone that was clearing off the tables (and at the time was presumably the supervisor) know that I was confused because I made an order of 2 summer rolls, but not 2 orders of summer rolls. I also did not touch the extra rolls I didn’t order. The response was, “Well...we wrote down that you ordered 2. Sorry?” And she WALKED AWAY. A couple moments later she came back and told me very rudely that I could either eat the rolls and be charged or I could send them back. I sent them back. But that is an understandable confusion.
Finishing up our food we could tell that the restaurant started closing. But the main way they let you know they’re closing?? They play ANNOYING CHILDREN’S MUSIC ON MAX VOLUME. Songs included: Thomas the Tank Engine theme song, the Veggie Tales theme, The Duck Song, and screamo music. Each song got louder and louder. I could barely speak to my friend in front of me. The other people inside the restaurant also were looking at each other confused what was going on.
Upon leaving, we were thinking maybe they were just having a rough night. As said before, I have been to Pho Plus many times before and had an excellent time. So my friend, who was looking for a job, asked who the server’s name was and if they were hiring. She was clearly the supervisor amongst the 2 that were working that evening. The response was, “Target is hiring.” And that was IT. Like the scene from Mean Girls where Regina couldn’t fit in the dress and the employee said, “You could try Sears.”
So needless to say we screamed in the car on the way home from this whole experience. My friend and I work in customer service ourselves and are generally very understanding when it comes to being the front of a business. But this experience was just terrible.
We aren’t sure if this is that server’s real name that told us to go to Target, but Marie, if you’re reading this... I hope you marry someone extra rich, so you never have to work and speak with customers again. And to the other girl that works there, I’m sorry. And I hope you get better training.
So to the girls that worked closing at 12/14/2020...Target is hiring. Maybe you try it there.
But the food was good.

I've always loved the cheese steaks, but I especially have to thank them for offering a 'protein style' for gluten-free customers. Not quite the same experience without the roll, but 5 star food all the same. (Also, the Riverwoods location always seems to have really good music playing.)

LOVE this spot.
If I have only one complaint the parking is a little bit chaotic- and turning left into it is not very fun but, it’s doable.
Always remind the people up front about the special you’re ordering that day and they’re happy to ring up the discount for you.
We got the Bandy and the Band manager with curry Gyoza and it was AMAZING
The quality of ingredients is great and so so filling. We were in and out of there 30 minutes flat the service is so fast and they’re really nice.
There’s super smash bros to play while passing the time. The inside is small but comfortable. We took the bar end near the window. There is a bathroom inside too. Wheelchair accessibility is limited due to how close the space is but if you’re brave or in a compact you could maneuver about.
The menu is nice to read too, the fonts aren’t crazy.
The oyster sauce is SO good here. They are also really clear about their vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. They are listed on menu and they have a list in the counter for whatever dietary resistance you may have.
They take tap to pay as well. The inside is very clean and they have a station to bus your own tables.
They offer water on a large shelf for self service.
There is an outdoor space to eat right in front of the restaurant with sun cover and plastic sheets for keeping the elements at bay.
Waiting in line usually goes out the door but the space can only hold four people inside and the line moves really fast so it’s no issue.
This used to be my favorite pizza place, but then I developed a gluten intolerance. In my opinion, gluten free pizza isn’t very good. The crust is extremely thin and doesn’t seem to have any flavor. I’m very sad, but I won’t be able to eat here anymore. I would recommend it if you are not gluten-free. But if you are, don’t waste your $$ here. In my opinion, it’s also too expensive for the gluten-free pizza for the amount of pizza that you get. Because it’s so thin it’s not very filling.
Famous for its mind-blowing chicken nugs, this spot guarantees fresh, perfectly fried bites and a sauce that everyone raves about.

I love The Nug!! They have gluten free nugs and it blew my mind. They’re actually fried, and they use a separate fryer so it’s pretty safe (hard to find as a gluten free person!). The chicken is delish and super fresh. I’m pretty picky about my chicken but I’ve never had a grisly or weirdly chewy piece from The Nug. Plus the sauce is 10/10.
Don't trust the Gluten Free menu! Waited 25 minutes for our GF pizza's and they arrived definitely not gluten free, regular flour crust. It wasn't even busy. When listening to them discuss it too many of them were confused with the gluten free option. Atleast I got my money back, but we are still hungry. We are very disappointed because we had even called ahead and asked about gluten free options
We should have left when they brought out the bread. The bread honestly tasted like gluten free bread. The balsamic was cheap and the oil was CLEAR. I don't know if it was soybean oil or maybe avocado oil, but it was NOT olive oil. My wife's bowl of minestrone was almost bereft of any ingredients. Hardly any pasta, mostly broth. No beans. Weird.
My "lasagna?" noodles cheese, hamburger and canned sauce. NO seasoning. NO garlic, onion, oregano, basil, parsley, etc. Not even salt or pepper. And they covered the plate in sauce!! I was dumfounded after the first bite, so I passed it to my wife. So bland I couldn't finish. When the waiter came to check on the food, I told him it was terrible and, pointing to my plate, I said "that's not lasagna."
My wife's Caesar salad had decently seasoned chicken and the veg was fresh. So there was that. And while I actually like tomatoes in my salad, large slices of beefsteak tomatoes doesn't scream Italian. The italian dressing was canned. One step up from cafeteria salad.
They didn't charge me for the lasagna. So there is that. But you know the bad Mexican restaurants that rely on cheese for flavor? This reminded me of that only worse.
I wasn't expecting Cucina Toscana. Now that is a restaurant! I expected more of a family style Americanized Italian restaurant. But good. It wasn't. Nothing tasted unhealthy. It's just not a restaurant. There is nothing Dolce about this place. Steer clear. I almost never send food back or write reviews. But these people shouldn't be running a restaurant. How it got 4.3 or how it got awards I just don't know.
Expect delicious chicken with a unique garlic sauce, but keep an eye on your order accuracy and pricing for the best experience.

Food is good. There were a few errors on my order, and one time the chicken was rubbery because I waited 45 minutes to pick it up (my fault) (they gave me a free meal on my next visit 😁) I’ve been to this place three times, and one of the three times it was successful. The other time they got my order wrong because they were out of bone in wings. I think that was just a misunderstanding tho. All in all I do love their chicken, and I recommend this place. It is a tiny bit overpriced in my opinion, and the combos do not come with a drink. If it came with a drink I can justify the cost. The combo needs to come down to around $10-$11 or $12 including a drink. However I will continue to come back. They do have GLUTEN FREE fried chicken (house sauce is not gluten free tho). There garlic sauce is tho.
Awesome pizza, excellent ambiance. I tried the gluten free crust and it was AMAZING. It was fluffy and tasty, and didn't feel heavy at all. Check it out!
Amazing tamales, gluten free, and they were so sweet and nice as I’d never been there before. Even let me try one before I ordered. I’m in love! Totally recommend.
I’m typically not a fan of fast food, but my experience here was so personal that I have to share. The employees were so good to me! I was with friends but didn’t order anything because money was pretty tight, and the lady working the shift came and brought me a lemonade and catered to my gluten free dairy free needs by bringing a salad. It was so thoughtful, and made for a happy experience.

Checked the hours on Google and Instagram and they still weren't open when we showed up
EDIT: Finally found a time that they were open to redeem my free order. I got a coffee, cheese waffle, and mango protein bowl. The mango protein bowl was super tasty, but the cheese waffle was so dry and dense. That's to be expected since it has so much protein and is gluten free. The coffee also left much to be desired.
