Went for brunch with some girlfriends this morning and Augustine was our server. He was fantastically funny, charming and made us feel very welcomed and like he enjoyed taking care of us. Service was quick even though it was extremely busy, and food was delicious. As a gluten free person, it's tricky to find GF pancakes at a lot of places, and I was thrilled to be able to have some here! Definitely will be returning in the future.

Delicious food. We got the pho (gluten free) and the spare ribs (not gluten free), and Brianna was super helpful with my allergy concerns. Will absolutely go again.

Great restaurant for a casual but upscale meal. Plan to get 2-3 plates per person. As a party of 2 with a drink each, an appetizer, 4 plates and a dessert, we spent around $150. Most of their dishes can be prepared gluten free and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating for diners with celiac.
This spot is a must-visit in Milwaukee for its lively brunch atmosphere, friendly vibe, and fantastic pancake offerings that keep everyone coming back.

went here for brunch! had a latte and egg scramble, waitress was educated on celiac disease and said that the eggs were cooked on a stovetop without gluten (toasted bread, etc). substituted toast for fruit at no cost. i didn’t have any symptoms afterwards!
Chic decor and beautifully plated dishes create an amazing dining experience, with customizable options that impress guests.

Staying in a hotel on the next block and stumbled across this place. It was AMAZING! If you’re Gluten Free know that they have GF buns and crackers so most of the menu items can be adjusted. Loved this place. Will definitely be back.

I highly recommend visiting this place, especially if you are looking for great tasting gluten-free and vegetarian options. The vibe is excellent, with an inclusive and friendly atmosphere. The portions are big and the taste and quality of the food is great. The only disappointment I had was that I was expecting the beer to be on tap, but was instead served a can. I would rank this restaurant as good value for money.

Love love love. Lots of gluten free options, they have a dedicated gluten free menu. We went on a week day, so it wasn't busy. But they say weekends are very busy.
They also have igloos!
Experience a flavor explosion with amazing empanadas and arepas, plus unique plantains that will leave you wanting more!

Atmosphere was trendy and cool. Servers were nice and accommodating for dietary restrictions. We waited a very long time for food, and it was toward the end of service, so it was unclear why. Food was very good. Spamelette was really unique and flavorful. My stomach was upset for a couple hours after eating though, perhaps from the richness. But my friend was also quite sick after she ate a dish they prepared dairy free, gluten free.

Do yourself a favor and try this place. Stopped in during a weekend trip to Milwaukee. The gluten free cheese curds were outstanding. As were the bloody mary's, steak & eggs and staff. A great experience. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered online, I had been told they were glutenfriendly and included my requests on the online order though they had said I should have the option to choose extras on the site. Food was prepped quickly. They forgot the dressing for my salad, the fries for the appetizer sampler were limp and the fried mozzarella sticks were cool.

Just had my first gluten free fish fry in 17 years. Whaaat!? It was delightful. Turns out all (but one) beer they have on tap is also GF. How am I just learning this.
Curry fries and jalapeno cole slaw was also on point.
Eddie at the bar also provided great service.
I’ll be back.

Ordered food for delivery and was met with notes on the food about what was and wasn’t celiac friendly. As someone who has a severe reaction, and quite frankly dreads eating at restaurants, I cannot begin to tell you how appreciative I am about these gluten free notes. Cubanitas has definitely earned themselves a lifelong celiac fan! That guac, amazing. The chicken bowl, absolutely delicious. Again, if you have celiac the measures taken can soothe your worries. Do it.

We frequent the restaurant for carry out regularly but were going to a Brewers game for the shuttle and an appetizer ahead. Place was crowded and we were at a two person table without much room to move but didn’t need much more. World famous garlic bread and a Tomato & mozzarella Caprese salad were perfect before the game. Shuttle service to and from “Miller Park” easy and regular. Also highly recommend pizzas including gluten free!

We had the Chicken Al Pietro which was simply amazing. The perfect amount of cream in the sauce combined with mushrooms cooked to absolute perfection and juicy grilled chicken breast that was bursting with flavor. Not to mention, we had the gluten free mostaccioli which was, in this reviewers humble opinion, even better than their normal mostaccioli. Our children had the spaghetti which they absolutely demolished. That’s Amore is a staple of the community that I hope will be around for many more years to come.

Never heard of this place. We were nearby and this popped up as an option for lunch.
They have gluten-free and vegan options. The vegan options sounded good, but I decided on the Bollywood, chicken smash burger with a gluten-free bun. Side of fries. So good.
We walked 10 feet across the building and sat at Great Lakes Distillery and I had a Roary Stormy. Thank you google for finding this gem for me.

Cafe India is a go-to, tried and true kind of place. Ive never had anything I didn’t like from Cafe India, and I’ve tried a pretty good portion of the menu. This place is perfect for a lazy-takeout night in, a lunch with friends, or an upscale dinner date. It can be whatever you want it to be. The service is great, atmosphere good, prices decent, and food tasty. And it’s Indian, which means it is perfect for your gluten free or vegetarian loved ones. Half the menu is vegetarian, and GF is clearly marked.

Had lunch here with my husband and our toddler. They do have a kids menu, you just have to ask. Options are either chicken tenders or grilled cheese with fruit or chips. He can be picky but we ordered him the chicken with fruit and he liked it. I had the sesame ginger chicken sandwich. I am gluten free and our waiter was knowledgeable and ensured my meal was safe for me. I’d definitely go back and try something else.
The food and service was great. Truly southern, as promised. Several gluten free options as well. Conveniently located near ample parking and other downtown attractions.

What a find, so happy we discovered this place. My wife and I are mostly vegetarian, my mom is strictly vegan and gluten free, and my dad is straight up carnivore. There were enough options that all of us were incredibly satisfied. Whenever my parents are in town we’ll be coming back! Flavors are amazing and entree prices are super reasonable. Keep it up ❤️

Adorable pace with good food. Service was not the best but it may have been an off night. They don't seat or serve until the entire party is present. Seating both inside and outside. Inside there are tables and bar seating. Outside there is a table and picnic style seating. Food is a California fusion style. Very flavorful and quick to come out of the kitchen. We ordered the nachos, the torta and a few tacos and all were delicious. The menu clearly indicates vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. Street parking only but easy to come by.

Love the protein waffles here and the smoothie bowls. Also the smoothies are delicious as well. Favorite part is everything is made fresh and healthy options for those of us with food allergies. Also try their gluten free protein balls.
Sauce, crust and cheese are all on point. A little more greasy than I usually go for, but hey it's pizza. Sausage is better than their pepperoni. Gluten free crust was great. My wife is gluten free and I am not, I don't usually care for GF crusts and I was pleasantly surprised.

Our recent visit to Milwaukee Brat House was disappointing, especially after having previously enjoyed good service. We brought my sister and brother-in-law along, excited to share the great food and service we had raved about. However, our experience quickly soured when my sister, who has celiac disease, asked if the fries were gluten-free. The bartender/server's response was shockingly rude and dismissive, saying she had no idea and to "Google it," which was completely uncalled for. This embarrassing interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed, especially considering we had recommended the place based on previous positive experiences. Hopefully, they can improve their staff's knowledge and professionalism to avoid such incidents in the future
They are able to cook a vegan or vegetarian version of any dish by swapping ingredients. They also have rice noodles for those who are gluten sensitive or prefer rice noodles.

My wife has celiac disease, so it's hard for us to find food when we go out to dinner on a whim but it was nice to see they had gluten-free pizza and it was incredible! There wasn't much else that we could order but the 12-inch "raging redhead" pizza was top notch. I would suggest ordering it as an individual meal though! Our food did take nearly 45 minutes but the wait was worth it, we will be back.

1 decent appetizer and 1 passable dessert
When we arrived to the Edison’s we were greeted by the most accommodating staff. Our server was a lovely lady who provided some stellar drink recommendations. We ordered our entire meal including initial drink orders on our first touch which arguable was a bit late but the husband and I had looked at the menu ahead of time so completely fair. Our drink and appetizer food was served in a timely manner. I did mention a gluten intolerance as a side conversation to my husband in passing and our server instantly caught on. Not only did she ask if she could pass that on but came back 30seconds after our order to ensure we knew that something we ordered was not gluten free. Unfortunately the service was the only good things I have to say about our evening. The first few sips of my birds in paradise were sweet but I could taste the flavor profile. At about 1/2 through my drink became extremely watery tasting which is okay if it took an an hour to drink but I had the drink within 20 minutes of service so not sure if there was a mixing error. However my husband had a very similar experience with his ruby highball also started out as fantastic in the first 3 sips. The food overall was terrible. We had the meatballs which were STELLAR and the highlight of the evening. My husband had the French onion gnocchi which was French onion soup with boiled gnocchi baked with an excessive amount of unseasoned cheese (sadly we had to literally cut the cheese…with a knife to get through). We also had the coal fired wings. It was very clear there was in intricate dry rub on these which included thyme, paprika and Garlic. Unfortunately, none of these flavors, or any flavor, actually came through on the wings. Also there was certainly no charcoal flavor either. It was rather baffling to see these herbs and spices and not taste them. Unsure of the quality of ingredients is too blame…I then had the scallops which I was rather excited about since I love them but rarely trust they are up to par or provide a good entree. I regretted my decision almost immediately. The best things about the scallops dish was the charred allium spread. The scallops were cooked well but must have been old or lower quality as they were exceptionally fishy (I eat things like oysters, muscles and clams regularly so am not afraid of a fishy taste). The mushrooms on the plate were rubbery and dry. They did not fit with the lightness of the dish at all. There were raw purple radishes which were not enjoyable and also made no sense with the lightness of the dish. The micro green salad was overdressed or included chive micro greens lending an unpleasant onion base. And then there were the rice pucks… cakes .. which were one of the worst things I have tasted in a long time. That said if you like unseasoned rice balls with undercooked forbidden rice this may be the dish for you. My husband had a double cut coal fired durrock porch chop which was cooked to a perfectly well done state, cheddar grits which may as well have been chicken stock rehydrated polenta with no salt, and an under reduced door county cherry jus which may have been cherry water I am a little unclear. There was a slaw on the dish which was tasty. We did have a ricotta cheesecake for desert which I highly question if that was made by the establishment. This was decent but not special.
Overall I highly recommend this place if you are over 80, have very few taste buds (Covid survivor?), or enjoy under seasoned, highly questionable quality fish, and overcooked food. That said their service staff deserve a raise as they are clearly trying to make the best of a terrible situation. It is sad when they do not question taking away plates of 1/2 finished meals.
I do not write this review to obtain any action on the restaurants part. I would recommend a new head chef however.
The food here is really tasty. It is vegan and gluten free, and they source everything locally. I like my meat, don't get me wrong, and still really enjoyed food. They don't set prices on their menu; rather it is a pay what you can business model. I'm definitely going back there.

American brunchers will love it, and foodies looking for interesting fusions will love it. The sweet potato chili crisp waffle was delightful, the ube cheesecake was light and sweet, the pancakes fluffy and buttery. Also, a surprising amount of gluten free options.
