I can't believe there's no gluten! Having recently being diagnosed with Celiac's I'm new to the gluten free scene. It's been a struggle eastbound my wife eat all the things I've dreamed about in NOLA. However, Meals from the Heart changed that! I had a wonderful crab po boy that made me feel part of tge New Orleans experience and it was gluten free! You don't know me and I don't know you but I'd highly recommend this this place!

I go here several times a week. Chili Avocado Toast on GF bread is a go to. Vegan scramble is great, too. Donât miss out on the dirty lemonade! This is a great little local cafe with gf options available. I donât have such a severe issue that I need to worry about cross contamination, so I canât say that itâs celiac safe, but it works for me!

Inside of the collard green sandwich is top tier and one of the best bites I had in NOLA. Wish they had a gluten free bread option. I tried to get sandwich fixings on top of fries and was told âwe donât do it like that.â Not sure why, because it helps your margins and is very easy to do. -1 star for service
