Delicious pizza and pasta, gluten free pizza was the best we have eaten and staff were understanding of coeliac requirements. Pasta was also amazing. Staff were lovely and friendly. It was busy but all drinks and food were served promptly. Highly recommend.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! Our dinner for four at Rick Shores was nothing short of perfection. We were lucky enough to score the best seats in the house, which set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and our waitress deserves special recognition for her exceptional attention and vibrant personality. With a severe coeliac and a peanut allergy at our table, dining out can often feel daunting, but not here. Our waitress took the time to thoroughly address our concerns, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring every dish was prepared with care. Her patience, professionalism and undeniable flair made us feel at ease and her genuine kindness was the cherry on top. And the food—absolutely divine! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The coffee and the gluten free salmon toast were very good but the attention of the waiters is bad, I think they should have friendlier people serving you, they didn't even greet you. However, the very kind lady at the cashier explained the entire menu to me and it was lovely. I wouldn't return because I didn't like the attention of the waiters.

I just wanted to give a shout out to your team at social brew. I usually come on the weekends when it is exceptionally busy and the staff are always so friendly, engaging and helpful. It is very rare to have this consistent experience every time you go into a cafe especially when you’re in such a busy location. Your management team is doing an excellent job at cultivating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Keep it up! And please never get rid of the PB gluten free brownies- best brownie I’ve ever had and I’ve likely tried them all on the coast!

It is unfortunate that the lowest you can rate someone is 1 star, equally so, in this situation it is unfortunate that there are only 5 stars as a maximum when this place definitely earned 7 in every respect today for our lunchtime experience. The majestic setting and gorgeous maritime views just wrapped our meal in the warm fuzzies that it respectfully commanded . Being one half of a chef couple, neither of us could fault a thing on our plates and the casual yet highly attentive service from our waiter , James , was incredibly knowledgeable. Most of the menu either was already or could be prepared gluten free, much to the delite of my wife who is a coeliac. We had the freshest snapper ever and the tastiest tuna and avocado I have had the pleasure to consume. I highly recommend this place to dine, for any occasion.

Had my birthday here , they kindly sorted our table out the “back” which is my opinion is that best spot ! We had 1 gluten free and one vegetarian and the chiefs so generously gave us the set menu and created plates for our vege and gluten friends and it just made the whole experience great The food alone is enough to recommend this place over and over again , but the chiefs are wonderful the staff are equally as wonderful, the whole place is just WONDERFUL , it has a beautiful atmosphere I cannot recommend it enough ,it’s is by far my favourite spot in the Gold Coast Thanks guys for a great night If

I had the Pablo with a gluten free bun. The bun was amazing, texture and taste of a quality white wheat flour bun. The kumara fries and accompanying sauce were great too. Everyone loved their burgers. We’ll definitely return to Ze Pickle, nice to see there are some close to where we live in Brisbane. P.S. these are the best gluten free buns I’ve ever had. In a different league to all others I’ve tried.

Good coffee and food with gluten free options. Pricing is reasonable and the staff have always gotten the orders right so far. Opens early so is good for early risers. Been going here every Sunday for over a year now and the staff know our orders and really look after us. Great place.

Really disappointed with the size for the price. You used to get 2 almost A5 size waffles with each order and now the waffles are palm sized, absolutely not worth $19.50. Granted this was gluten free so the size of the normal waffles may be different but that would be disappointing given GF is $2.50 extra. As always it was delicious and the service was great but I will not be coming back until the price is reduced or the size goes back to what it was.

Stopped in here on our way home to Brisbane. They were very busy but our food came out in less than 5mins and it was DELICIOUS!!! I completely forgot to order my spanner crab chilli scramble with gluten free bread and they were so good about it - brought me a side of GF bread immediately and it was one of the nicest GF breads I’ve had in a long time! My partner had the nourishment bowl and it was packed with flavor! Got a coffee and orange almond cake for the road which were also very good. Would definitely come back here next time we’re in the area!

Firstly, beautiful space! The food is presented so lovely and the coffee is next level good. Amazing staff working there happy to have a chat and laugh and brighten your day. Homemade treats are to diiiiiiieeeee for!! Vegan, gluten free options were also available so that’s a bonus! 10/10 (or technically, 5/5 stars)

Such a wonderful night! We had a group of 22 for an elopement dinner and everything was absolutely beautiful. Tom took care of us from start to finish. Anything we needed he was on top of, the staff were all lovely and made sure everyone has any drinks or food they needed. The food was INCREDIBLE. We had people saying all night it was the best food at a wedding they'd ever had. We also had a coeliac guest and she was SO well looked after, getting essentially another whole menu set to herself throughout the night. We can't say enough about how spectacular the whole night was. Tom and the team were amazing and we could not have asked for a more special night thanks to your team.

Stoked to have this place in the local area. Effectively classy pub food with a little bit of extra. Parmi, salt and pepper squid and steak all amazing. Not a lot of gluten free options, but the guy who served us said the sweet potato wedges were one of his faves and were gluten free. They really were amazing. Tasty, hot and just the right amount of salt. Could have gone another serve hehe. Amazing Customer Service 😊
