My work colleague and myself ate here while on work. We both had pizzas as the Huge wood fire oven seen as you come in the door is very impressive. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was very tasty. I had ordered the gluten free crust and having these crusts before at other restaurants, this was by far the best gluten free crust. I also had the Dragon Breathe Caesar that was very tasty and a bit spicy. We were seated upstairs on the heat covered deck, which was very nice. It was open to the outside but had lots of plants and greenery and the heaters worked great even though it was almost not needed. I would definitely go back again and recommend others to try the place as well.

Absolutely adore Open Door! the Atmosphere is amazing, the local shop to the right when you enter is my fav and the drinks are wonderful! Plus the gluten free options warm my celiac heart! big fan! I just wish you were open a little later since I work until 4:30 haha but other than that 10/10 <3

We love Madras! The food is authentic, hearty and so yummy! The potions are fantastic and you often will have leftovers! The staff are happy to educate you on the menu and walk you through options - this was great for us as we had people in our party who had dietary restrictions. They have a HUGE selection of gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options! The staff was kind, polite and very accommodating. Best Indian food in town, definitely highly recommend!

We love the atmosphere of this place. The rock and wood old castle kinda vibe is our vibe. Love it. Service was good, a little awkward as I think there was a lot of new staff, but their kindness and willingness to figure things out showed they'll find their rhythm and smooth it out. There was a fantastic variety of food. Seafood, fish, steak, veal and salads. Gluten free and vegetarian options. Portions weren't big, but certainly satisfying. I don't think anyone left hungry. We'll be back.

My fiance and I went there for a nice dinner out,and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by our server and promptly seated in a nice booth. We were brought water right away, and when asked about their mocktail selection, were given a small, but delicious selection to choose from. I ordered a virgin strawberry daqhuiri, and my fiance had a virgin caesar. Both drinks were good, but the caesar was a bit too spicy. We took our time with the menu and weren't rushed to order. I ordered the Shanghai noodle bowl and my fiance had the beef and broccoli. Both meals were delicious and worth the price. We both left the restaurant feeling full, and my fiance had leftovers for the next day. It was her first time there, and my second time there, and we were both very happy. Their menu lists how spicy a menu item is, along with information on which choices were vegan, or gluten-free. They also have a kid's menu. If you're not in a rush, stop by and check out this local gem

The pictures we are missing are all of our appetizers they were eaten too quickly. On a Saturday night we were just able to make a reservation for 7pm at 6pm, the fact that they were able to get us in was amazing already. We had five people one of us who is celiac. They only use one fryer so any fried food was not available to the celiac but she ate the Chicken Oscar, which has Hollandaise sauce but theirs is gluten free. The starters we had were the crab cakes, the muscles, the triple cream brie, and the seafood stuffed mushroom caps and each and every one was absolutely to die for and the portions were big. Then dinner comes, we get the Lamb Wellington, Duo of Duck, the Chicken Oscar, the squash ravioli and the Special of the night which was gnocchi with mushrooms and chicken. Each meal had big portions where no one could finish their plate and the food was outstanding, everything was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. I was stuffed and I couldn’t even think of dessert, but then she described them and even though I didn’t think I could eat more, I continued. We got their chocolate cake with pecans and caramel sauce, a family recipe. If you like chocolate cake, you need to eat this, it’s not sweet or bitter but it’s an explosion of flavour. The second dessert? A cheese cake wrapped in philo pastry and baked again with a berry compote and whipped cream. This hands down is one of the best desserts I’ve ever consumed, I almost cried, I ate it all and made myself beyond full but it was well worth it. TLDR: Please please, if you like food, I beg of you to go here and eat, you will not regret it!

Most of my experience has been ordering catering for small events of ~ 20 people, and the food and service have been great. Owner has delivered the catering upon request, and it’s always on-time/super organized. Lots of veg and gluten friendly options, and the prices are reasonable for what you get imo, and compared to other vegan/gf catering options in town.

I went for lunch here and it was quite good. There are a few options for vegetarians, you can get gluten free bread for grilled cheese sandwiches as well. Very tasty food. The inside was small, they had a few tables, but I picked up my food to go like most others. The staff were friendly and I would recommend it to anyone!

Super disappointed. The steak is not aged for 28 days. Maybe 10. The carrots were soggy, the mushrooms old. The steak was cut with the grain. Makes for a tough piece of meat. The mashed potatoes were old and overmixed which causes them to turn glutenous and shiny. Hugely disappointed. Dessert perfect because it is brought in from somewhere else. That was the sticky toffee pudding. You never know who might be eating at your restaurant. I am a trained Red Seal Chef with a fussy palette. However there is no excuse for laziness in the kitchen. The food should always be number 1.

Fantastic Vietnamese fiord in BBC a a nice large space with efficient and friendly staff. Gluten free options plentiful. Food excellent and good portions. We enjoyed the whole evening and it was good Daley as well. Staying in local hotel but judging by how busy it was it must be popular with locals as well
