We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.

Although they say they can’t guarantee 100% free of cross contamination, most Indian curries are naturally gluten free, so as long as you stick to those, you shouldn’t have any problems. They have gluten free options on their menu and if you tell them you’re coeliac, they will let the chef know and make sure to take extra care with prep.
Enjoy a fresh, natural vibe with unique options that cater to various dietary preferences, making it a hit for many.

Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. Really attentive staff who looked after us throughout and made sure we had a nice table and were happy with everything.
Fast turnaround on freshly cooked food and lots of options. Would recommend for families needing gluten and non-gluten containing options.
**fantastic! **At last a UK restaurant that offers something close to my US favourite 'in n out burger
Freshly cooked, full of flavour, gluten free if you order protein wrap or bowl style. Great staff. I will not walk past Five Guys again!

We love The Ivy! It's become a date night staple. We are a queer interracial BIPOC couple; I'm from The States and my partner is local. We always feel so welcome here and so well cared for. The drinks are always on point - beautiful and delicious. Ask the bartenders for recommendations! We are pescatarian, dairy -free and gluten-free. They work really hard to meet dietary needs with tasty substitutes. We have enjoyed the Afternoon Tea here a few times. Looking forward to sharing this place with out of town friends.

A Hidden Gem for Authentic Indian Street Food – Perfect for Gluten-Free Diners!
I had an incredible experience at The Indian Streetery—every dish was bursting with flavor, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. I tried the lamb koftas, paneer, masala chips, Cannon Hill Park picnic potatoes, chicken chaat, and a delicious chickpea dish—each one cooked to perfection with bold, authentic spices and fresh ingredients.
What truly stood out was their commitment to catering for gluten-free diners. The young manager was exceptionally reassuring, explaining that the chef is celiac and takes extreme care in ensuring a safe, cross-contamination-free kitchen. That level of dedication is rare, and it made my meal all the more enjoyable.
If you're looking for top-quality Indian street food with outstanding service and a gluten-free-friendly menu, this place is a must-visit! Can't wait to return.

Came in for an early meal before the theatre. Lovely welcome from Alex, (always a good start when staff acknowledge your presence and say they will be with you shortly). As I am gluten free, the choice here is very good. Attentive service and lovely food. Colourful restaurant with music adding to atmosphere. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails at the moment and Alex explained them to us and took the time to help us choose. I also had a voucher for 1 main get 1 main free, plus a gift card. They took every offer with no terms excluding using any together. It was 75p over my gift card value, but Beth manager removed this without telling me and I appreciated the kind gesture. All in all a lovely experience to enhance our day. Thank you.

Always tasty and fresh. However, staff should be better trained not to put gluten free products together with gluten baked goods. We ordered over the phone a slice of the matcha raspberry cake and was put together with two other gluten baked goods. Because of cross-contamination my friend couldn't eat it. Also, since I was not present when the slice of matcha cake was cut, we were given the dry edge of the cake which for £3.50 it is not worth it.
A hidden gem that excels with a clean atmosphere, diverse vegan options, and a welcoming vibe, perfect for casual hangouts and special needs.

I couldn't believe it when I taken to the wheelchair accessible seating area! I was apprehensive going in as I'd never been in my wheelchair before but the FOH person was so lovely and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the friend rice dish gluten free for me and it meant so much to feel catered to. I didn't catch his name but he was on shift today (27/07/23 at 4pm) fantastic customer service, can't wait to come back!
A charming spot known for its beautiful atmosphere and delicious offerings, though be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times.

Food very nice , the place was lovely . The gf was safe only disappointed on waiting (45 min ) on Wednesday lunch but we can understand. I didn't have any problems of contamination on my gluten free meal so thank you.

Great place for breakfast or lunch, with everything tasting delicious and the atmosphere looking fantastic! The only drawback is that they don't offer gluten-free eggs Benedict or pancakes. Other than that, the gluten-free salmon, avocado, and scrambled eggs were excellent, and my colleagues said the eggs Benedict were great as well!

Always quick service on a lunch time and having recently been diagnosed with food allergies they were really good on that front. I'd say this is a good place to go for people who have allergies / intolerances, I even got a gluten free flag on my meal!

The service was fast due to it being quiet that day. For my main I ordered the AUBERGINE TAGINE, it is a gluten free and vegan dish, which I found to be very mild and bland. One of the waiters could see that I was not enjoying to food so he came over and asked if everything was ok, and gave me a side of pepper sauce so I could add to the curry. It was nice that the staff were very attentive. For my drink I had a Minta Frozen Vodka, it was very watery, bland and didn’t taste like it had any alcohol in it.
A positive note from this review the decoration, aesthetic and Vibe was nice, the staff were very catering and it was fast service.
Negative was the bathroom was very dirty. The floor was wet and there was tissue all over the floor.

Lovely little pub we have been coming to for a while now. The food has always been amazing and catered to my needs of Gluten Free! The GF pizzas are amazing!! We popped along yesterday to find they didn’t have any GF pizza bases in however, they still catered to my needs and made me a lovely big salad with the spicy chicken I always have on my pizza. The owner/ manager had just finished their shifts when they heard me ask for a GF pizza and even though they were off shift they still helped accommodate me.
Once food arrived the staff came over to check everything was ok with all of our foods and to see if I was happy with what I received, which of course I was!
Thank you to all at the Colmore for being so accommodating.
An intimate spot with stunning tapas and a cozy vibe, perfect for couples—just watch out for the kitchen's strong aroma lingering on your clothes.

The best tapas I have experienced. The food is just stunning. Our highlight was surprisingly the anchovies and the amazing pesto that they came with. We managed to get a walk-up without a reservation at a table near the bar. It is an intimate environment that is set up for tables of two, although there is one larger table. I used to love the previous Pichos business, but in terms of taste Purnell's smashes it.
They were also able to adapt a good portion of the menu for a gluten intolerance and they had amazing gluten free bread.
One criticism - the jackets we were wearing needed washing as they had picked up a really strong oil smell from the kitchen that persisted the next day. I don't know whether anything can be done with the ventilation, although this won't be a problem in warmer weather.
I am a regular but with good reason. Very friendly staff, good range of food including gluten free options, sensible prices, and right next to the cathedral so a good location.
Experience a welcoming vibe with knowledgeable staff who are ready to address any allergy concerns you may have.
