We have been very fortunate to have Jennifer h. As our server. We don't frequent urban egg a lot . However the last 3 visits we have had our food served by Jennifer. She remembers my gluten allergy and my husband's spicy tastes. She is always helpful and patient even in a rush in the very busy morning . She is a bright spot in the midst of the noise of the cafe. She is an asset to.the restaurant and company. I gave a 3 for atmosphere due to the noise of customers which I understand is because the food is so delicious !

This is a great local restaurant. The food is always good, as is the service. It's a small place and can be busy on the weekends. Some dishes can run out on busy nights. They offer a gluten-free menu.

Dedicated waffle iron but the server said they offer gluten sensitive and not gf. I confirmed eggs are not cooked on shared service. I got the gf waffle with eggs etc. When served the waitress did not confirm it was GF nor was it marked with a stick or anything but as soon as I took a bite I knew it was GF. It had a cornbread flavor vs Belgium waffle taste but it wasn’t bad. I have celiac but I am not sensitive so I can’t be a good judge of cc. I’d recommend for gluten free but if you have celiac just be mindful of the cc risk and ask lots of questions.

Unfortunately the food is on a decline. Way too much chewy fat in the chicken. It really is disgusting. This has happened the last few times we have eaten here. In previous years it was never this bad. Now it is every single time. The prices haven't increased as much as other quick service restaurants, so perhaps they decided to go with cheaper meat to make up for it. I would absolutely pay a bit more for quality food. The flavors are still good and their gluten free offerings have increased which is fantastic. Hopefully they will improve food quality.

This is our absolute favorite. The food is wonderful and the staff is even better. We’re here a few times a week, and son with celiac loves the gluten free bread.

Oh my goodness, they have THE BEST vegan / gluten free cupcakes EVER!! It makes me happy to know me and others with food allergens can still have delicious dessert and be involved. Everyone else also told me the marble cake (which was normal) was DELICIOUS!! Denise was amazing to do unicorn theme and it was the tastiest cupcakes ever. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the cake too. Please don’t hesitate to shop here. Local shops!!! Amazing food!!!

Best gluten free crust I’ve had! Toppings were fresh and plentiful. We only picked up to-go but the staff was friendly and the dining area looked very nice. We will definitely be back.

I had the carnitas omelette as a scramble with the best gluten free toast I've ever had. The scramble was gigantic and had an acceptable amount of carnitas in it. My husband had the rancher omelette and it looked to have a large amount of meat. The side of fruit was a nice end to the meal. My only feedback is that they should have cream in little pitchers instead of small disposable plastic containers.

The employees are so great here! The main reason I eat here is because they have a good gluten free bun and delicious food all around. I switch between the burger and veggie burger. My family and I eat here often!

God, this place is a GEM! So grateful to have such an awesome Italian deli in our city! I go there for lunch/dinner, pastries, gluten free pasta, prepared foods, and even a good bottle of olive oil. The staff are always sweet and their Italian sub is all you need if your spirits need lifting.

I am hoping the Owner finds this review. ATTN: If you are diagnosed with celiac disease or are sensitive with food allergies - avoid this restaurant. The kitchen staff is sloppy and careless. In all fairness, I am not sure what this restaurant is like when you dine-in. Once or twice per month, I order grilled shrimp tacos to-go when I’m on my home from north academy. One time, a piece of a plastic glove was underneath one of the tacos. The manager asked me to text her a picture of it. I was worried it was a condom, but she assured me it was a glove because it looked exactly like their brand of kitchen gloves. She refunded me and promised it wouldn’t happen again. Thankfully, it didn’t. I continued getting to-go orders with no issues. However, today, I ordered the same shrimp tacos with a side cup of queso. The queso looked normal, it always comes topped with jalapeños. I seen a chunk of something but figured it was a piece of jalapeno. As I kept eating, I realized it was not jalapeños, but instead, beef (or something else, no one knows). I’m not totally sure what it is, but it looks like uncooked beef. Immediately, I called the restaurant to inform them. I wanted to know if it was chorizo or beef, or something else, and if I should prepare to get sick because I did eat part the queso surrounding it. This is when they informed me that I did “not pay enough” for my to-go order. Baro, the bartender, told me the order was $22.09. I gave him $23.00. He said, “I will be right back with your change.” I replied, “no change, thank you!” When I spoke with management, Kiera, I was told I didn’t pay him enough. I’m like, what? Why would he tell me $22.09 then tell me that he’s going to get change? They recently changed their menu and no longer serve black beans or white rice (which I always ordered) so I didn’t know if the price changed. I didn’t even think to question it since he accepted my money, then offered to get change - the remaining 91 cents. It was beyond inappropriate and insulting considering I am sitting here in a state of panic over uncooked meat in my queso. The same state of panic I was in when I found a piece of plastic glove under my taco. Not to mention, I have stage one CKD and try to avoid meat. Avoid this restaurant if you have food allergies or are celiac because I can’t imagine any requests taken seriously in the kitchen. Management needs to take a course on customer service. UCCS is nearby, perhaps the Owner can pay for their class.

Pretty basic Italian food. There are some gluten free options but overall pretty "mid" as the kids would say. My daughter's meatballs were dry, I ordered the cod special and the fish was super fresh, the picata was good with fresh capers and not salty. The salmon is farmed but grateful the waitress was knowledgeable on the food.

Third Space is one of my new favorite coffee shops in the Springs! They’re one of the few coffee shops that still has cozy seating so that you can curl up in a chair or on the couch and work for a while or chat with a friend. They also have gluten-free options, great bathrooms and friendly staff. I love coming back here.

Overall, it was an ok experience. Service was pretty slow on Sunday and they weren’t that busy. Everything from drinks, appetizers to food was slow. Their menus prices are not accurate. Seems to be normal now, but a gluten free pizza was $27. Seems excessive. My wife had the California chicken sandwich and it appears they must get their chicken precooked (sous vide would be my guess) then heat it up some way. At least it tasted like it. For the price they should have a higher standard of service and food.

We were looking for something not too expensive or too long before we went to Cosmo's Magic Theater show and Village Inn was on the way. We were greeted right away and show to our table by a guy who acted like he owned the place (good thing!). I have gluten insensitivities and was asking the server if the skillets had gluten. She told me right away that the Ultimate Skillet is listed on their gluten sensitivities menu and it was delicious when she brought it out. My husband was happy with his chicken ranch sandwich as usual! Overall great service but not smothering. Thank you Village Inn!

Needed a quick lunch while running errands and was super impressed with how many safe options I could find at Clean Eatz. They have a nutritional menu you can view on their website that shows allergens for every item on the menu, and their sweet fries are baked instead of fried so they are also safe. Their chicken nuggets are always breaded in gluten free breading and were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They don’t have gluten free wraps but I got their salmon wrap as a lettuce wrap and it was still very good. They also have a variety of premade meals with allergens indicated and the prices were surprisingly low!

Peter always puts together the most fantastic boards for us on our gaming nights and the food is FANTASTIC. We've got a gluten-free person in our group and there's always plenty for her to "graze" as well. The hummus, jellies, and sauces (spicy mustard!) are can't misses. AND THE CHEESES!!!! I came in today (2/26) just before 5PM and the employees were so kind and made me feel so safe eating with my dietary restriction (I’m gluten free). While I was waiting, there was a visually impaired gentleman ordering and it was his first time eating at here. The cashier was so kind and read out all the options for him. So great!!
