Our recent experience at Biaggi’s in Omaha was deeply disappointing. We visited with a party of eight to celebrate three family birthdays and were initially excited to dine there, especially because my sister and I both require gluten-free options and were pleased to see they offered a dedicated menu.
Unfortunately, the evening fell far short of expectations. Despite the restaurant’s reputation for offering an upscale dining experience, the service was rushed and inattentive, leaving us feeling as though we were being hurried through our meal rather than being allowed to enjoy our celebration.
More concerning was the quality of the food. Shortly after eating their salad, I became ill and remained sick for the rest of the evening. Several dishes, including my parents’ meals, arrived lukewarm, indicating a lack of attention to proper preparation. My own entrée — the Dijon salmon — was especially disappointing, as it was simply a piece of salmon with Dijon mustard squeezed over the top from a bottle, with no care or culinary effort whatsoever.
This not only ruined what should have been a joyful occasion but also raised serious concerns about the kitchen’s attention to food safety, quality, and dietary needs. If you’re looking for a place that cares about quality, customer experience, or food safety (especially for those with dietary restrictions), I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Biaggi’s was a major letdown. I won’t be going back.
This local seafood spot impresses with its variety of daily specials, a fresh fish selection, and a fun atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
This spot offers a unique patio vibe, diverse drink options, and shareable bites, making it a fun hangout for burger lovers.

As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. The server also had a list of celiac safe dips and sauces! Win win.
A bustling spot known for its lightning-fast service and rave reviews about the fresh, flavorful offerings that'll make you a regular!

Great place. Wish we had one at home. The gluten free calamari and catfish were to die for. I’m going to have to day trip to Omaha just to get good catfish. Partner has a oyster shooter and the crab and absolutely loves it
Enjoy a cozy outdoor vibe with welcoming surroundings and great company, perfect for a relaxed dinner experience.

Outdoor dining with our service animal who was loved and welcomed enthusiastically by the staff. Met some friends for dinner on the patio, and really enjoyed our visit to Lazlo's! 5/5 would recommend
Gluten free menu avaliable, with many selections. The salmon was outstanding, and the natural hickory smoke that fills the air leaves its mark on the flavorful salmon.
Experience a unique traincar vibe while enjoying a diverse menu with imaginative dishes and a bustling atmosphere.

Had some difficulties with eating with celiac on the items that were supposed to be Gluten Free. It doesn’t make sense to order the GF burger with fries when the fries aren’t GF and there isn’t a substitute outside a salad. The GF options could be fleshed out further for better plates.
Staff and food was excellent. Drinks were great. Everyone did their best and I recognize that. I would return and think everyone should check out this great restaurant.
Known for generous portions and impressive presentation, this spot offers flavorful dishes that cater to diverse dietary preferences.

We were super impressed with the food and the service and it was above our expectations! The portion sizes were generous and they put a lot of effort into the presentation as well. I had the nachos and my husband had the chili rellenos and they were delicious! The gluten-free menu had several choices to select from, which is exceptional to find at a restaurant. Our server Kayla was a rockstar and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met with my food allergies. We will definitely be back again.
Delicious sandwiches with excellent service and a clean vibe make this spot a must-try for anyone craving something tasty and satisfying!

We went in because of the advertising of gluten free options... thought we wld try it.
I am not easily impressed. Holy moly! Great customer service! The GF bread was tasty... the meat moist and tender. It was quite the drive for us to get a sandwich... and I can say... we'll make the drive again!

I am in Omaha for work quite often and we always make a point to stop in and visit our favorite server, Crystal! The food is top notch every time! Tons of gluten free options from pizza to burgers and even some apps too. I tried the new crispy Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and they were 🔥🔥 Their gluten free pizza is also one of my faves!

Just got into town from California and the food is amazing. All dressings and sauces are so good. Pizza was good but a little on the thin side. Nice that they have gluten free. Well worth coming.
For a fresh, customizable experience, enjoy ordering in-house where you can watch your flavorful bowl come to life—just remember, guacamole costs extra!

Actually go inside and order yourself and eat there!! That is the best way to enjoy a burrito bowl! If you're not gluten-free and getting an Actual wrapped burrito, then ordering to go is good! I like to see how much and what they add to my bowls, I like hot stuff to be hot and cold to be cold....when it's to go it will all get hot, then barely warm when you eat it....just the way that type of food is! Customer Service is always good and very accommodating! And YES guacamole is Extra! 🤣 Get it!!!! 😋

This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast. I am gluten-free, and they offer a gf toast, but I have found that I can also do well with their regular sourdough toast from Le Quartier. The owners and the baristas are very friendly. Give it a try, I think you will love it too!
Great spot for delicious takeout with awesome portion sizes and a mix of tasty options like unique seafood and veggie dishes.

I've been to Dante twice now and each experience has been wonderful. They not only have amazing food, but they have gluten free options available for both pizza and pasta. I've tried two of the GF pasta options and both have been great! My husband raves about the pizza. We're already looking forward to going back and next time I'm going to try the cauliflower crust pizza.

I am not a food critic although I certainly play the part though. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. They provide a complete gluten free menu. (Which is AWESOME) Super nice staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Expresso martinis 10/10
Great vegan hash! New to the plant based thing but I would have sworn that was real cheese and then the Gluten Free waffle was superb!!! Thank you for thinking about us dietary challenged peeps!!

This place is good. Never had a pancake here. I saw some dude get hit by a pacake block in front of the entrance door. I enjoy a Belgian waffle (gluten-free). Today i am having trouble getting butter.
Expect a swift and efficient service, with a delightful old fashioned to sip on.

stinks that they only have one noodle option for gluten-free, but at least it's a really good gf noodle! absolutely adored our waitress who went out of her way to get me a gf appetizer when I couldn't have the bread.
The place is nice, service is good. However the gluten free food was not the best. I understand it’s a sports bar but people with food restrictions also like to get together with their friends to watch the game. I encourage exploring options that supply this clientele niche.
A quick stop with attentive service ensures your order is just right, saving the day with thoughtful attention to details.

Esther was super helpful in the drive through 9-6-23 around 6:30 we messed up ordering and she corrected the food allergy issue and actually caught it for us when we ordered the wrong sandwich. Without Esther catching it I would have been without dinner or gotten sick from eating gluten. Thank you Esther for being kind and going above and beyond helping us. Thank you. Order number 3023

The best tasting pastries I have ever had. They are truely a big fish in a small town to me. You can tell these items are made with love. The baker told us how he makes them and the special ingredients and how some things are gluten free and how to take care of them once you get them home. Each item we purchased was simply the best I have ever had. I will be going back for more and definitely highly recommend the Grand Patisserie to everyone. I could rave on and on about this place. The macaroons were all amazingly light and taste was spot on. We had one of each flavor. We got a cake, some macaroons
and some baklava and a almond pastry. And all were amazingly fresh. Please go there for superior a cut above the rest goodies.

Gluten free bread option here is hands down the best, compared to other chains. They are also one of the few places that still have Coke Freestyle machines. We had super friendly service from the lone staff person here on a Sunday at lunchtime.

When on a Saturday morning. Wait is about 25-30 minutes for the weekend. I got an omelette and kids got the French toast and pancakes. Everything was amazing. However if your gluten free like I am their options are very limited. They have no gluten free toast or french toast options like other breakfast spots. While very good flavor will probably I'll probably look for a breakfast spot that has more gluten free options.

This restaurant has gone downhill. We were there on a Friday night so it was packed. Not enough servers to handle the amount of guests. Didn't get our salad & bread sticks until after our meal came. Ordered a gluten free meal to go and had to go ask them where it was so we could leave, then got it home and it was not what we had ordered so my brother who has celiacs couldn't eat it. Disappointed.
The waitresses were very nice and professional. I felt that we got the royal treatment after have a nightmare of an experience at LePeeps. Highly recommended! A plus was the gluten free options.

Happy #ThankYouThursday to Pacific Eating House!
I have a lot of great things to say about this place - but honestly I think the pictures do a pretty great job themselves. The North Shore Fries are not only beautiful, and picturesque - but delicious as well. Any time I return, these will 100% be ordered, and consumed.
Our visit to PEH was pleasant and flavorful. We sat at the bar, as they were pretty busy the night we visited - and despite the drinks that were flying off the shelves we were still treated well and our service was very prompt. They even offered to make me a dish what was no longer offered on the menu - that I saw posted in one of their reviews and was attracted to.
The menu is diverse and offers both seafood, and land-based animal food options as well as a healthy array of gluten-free and vegan foods!
Thank you guys for providing amazing service, and delicious foods. I can't want to return!
I love going here for their 980 calorie Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. It can be difficult to find meals that are that calorie dense. If that's not your preference, there are many other options! You can eat good at Noodles and Company and stay comfortably under 500 calories. They have lots of vegetarian and gluten free options as well! It's really just fantastic.
Highlighting thoughtful accommodations for special dietary needs, this spot impresses with its welcoming vibe and delicious offerings.

Shout out to this location for going above and beyond to accommodate my sister’s dietary needs: she can’t have garlic and onion (in addition to dairy and gluten) and the staff graciously went out of their way to make a pizza with sauce & pepperoni she brought in, because she wanted so bad to have dinner with our family tonight and not feel left out. As first time customers, this was a huge first impression!
Also, the food was *chef’s kiss*.
(Though if all y’all consider adding sensitive stomach friendly sauce options in the future, that would be amazing,, too!)
This *WAS* one of my husband's favorite places to eat. We went to the West Omaha location today. Our last visit was not great but we wanted to try again. We were seated quickly. The server was ok but I really felt like we were more of a bother to her. Due to allergies issues I asked for a gluten free menu which the server was very willing to get and checked a couple items for ingredients which is necessary but much appreciated. We ordered some cocktails during the happy hour time frame. I really wanted the siracha bacon in the bloody Mary cocktail but apparently the bar was unwilling to provide that which was unfortunate. We had to ask for the upcharge to be removed from our bill as it was still on there.
My husband's favorite dish (which he raves over) is the Sharon enchiladas so we both got them, I just had mine made with corn tortillas. Honestly, I was very unimpressed. The chicken was not even seasoned, it even needed salt, it was a bit dry and no sauce inside. My husband didn't think it was done right. I can bake tender chicken shred it, wrap it in a tortilla and top with pepperjack. I promise I can do far better at home because I would ensure the flavor and sauce was on point. What's the point in eating out if it doesn't wow me. I'm a good cook; this was bland and lazy, surely they use to have better quality in the past for my husband to have raved previously. We definately got the impression that we and the other 2 tables were intruding on the loud abnoxious party the employees seemed to be having at the bar. We didn't feel like guests, we felt like intruders to a private employee party. They were so loud and it was like we were a burden or an annoyance to them. I guess they "loudly" care more about woke gender politics than guests.
Additionally, when someone has an allergy to something and therefore can not have a certain side, the restaurant should give more than 1 option and not be unwilling to accommodate. In this case the only option I was allowed was beans. Do better please.
Side note: this is the second time we have had bad service here. Hopefully the downtown location cares about their patrons or you may not have many soon.
P.S. If a manager comes on and dismisses things like I've seen done to other guest's reviews, then don't be surprised when you no longer have a business. Take the feedback seriously, better yet, let's get Gordon Ramsey's opinion!!!
