AMAZING!!! We stopped by on our way to Amarillo. The live music (Blues/[good]Country/Classic Rock) and pizza were the best part of our vacation. We will stop here—and go out of our way to do so—anytime we’re in NM. As an added bonus, they have gluten-free options and use grass-fed beef and non-GMO flours.
I’ve had the prime rib, the rib eye, the Australian sea bass, and the salmon. I know friends of mine that I’ve had the habanero chicken and waffles and the fish and chips. Everyone I have ever eaten with here loves the food. I always have a hard time picking what to eat because everything tastes amazing! Also, I’m a Celiac and it’s actually really easy finding food to eat here!

Amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine that tantalizes your taste buds. There are healthy options to choose from and they also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu options. I personally love thier fish sauce and my three-year-old requests this restaurant whenever we go out. Definitely worth checking out. Siagon's is not overpriced, and you get big portions. Very reasonable and good value for price paid. My favorite thing about this establishment is the service, they are fast, efficient, friendly, and they treat my little boy amazing.
