The cakes have gotten shorter and shorter and the quality is going down. This one had an obvious patch put on the side and it’s just not presentable when trying to impress someone with a gifted cake! Just last summer the mini death by chocolate reached the top of the packing box and had perfect frosting (with pipping along the base, middle and top) Now you’re paying $16.75 for something barely larger than a grocery store muffin. I should’ve checked the price of the gluten free one because I believe that’s about $1-2 more and they all looked a bit melted at the base. Really disappointed that I barely got one summer last year of having a decent bakery around. I added two photos of last years same death by chocolate (green and flower on top) those were taller, more cake than icing and honestly beautiful. I hope improvements can be made because I recommend this place to everyone.

I have celiac so it can be challenging to find a place to eat that is safe, delicious, and has a decent number of menu items to pick from but this place absolutely blew me away. Almost every item on the menu can be made gluten free and the owner has family with celiac so they are very knowledgeable about safe preparation and cross contamination. I felt entirely comfortable ordering and he was so kind and helpful throughout our dinner. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and WOW. I wanted to lick the plate, it was SO GOOD. I was only diagnosed in the past few months and it has been a really hard adjustment, so finding this place and having such a great experience really meant a lot to me. Thank you!

OMG! I have recently moved back to the area from upstate NY and used to go into Toronto frequently to get gluten free poutine. I was in the area for an appointment and had time to kill. Typed in gf restaurants near ME and The Flying V popped up and as soon as I saw they had gf poutine I was ecstatic. I just finished it and it was the best poutine I have ever had. I can not wait to try all their offerings. Amazing!

What a great restaurant in downtown Bethlehem. Our server, Veronica, was outstanding. Our friends we brought in, she needs Gluten-Free. She has Celiac and this restaurant understands it. Crab cakes are wonderful, the octopus appetizer is very tasty. It’s not real big, but food is great.

The veggie fajitas were the best I’ve ever had! Thank you, Chef! The flavoring on the mushrooms, onions, peppers, and broccoli was perfect! The vegetables were cooked to just the right doneness. The corn salsa was thoughtful, right off the cob. The red salsa was flavorful and not mainstream. The pico de gallo was also good. I couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers. I am vegan and was trepidatious before going, having been told it was a burger joint. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the fajitas were. I am thankful that there was at least one substantial vegan option (without cheese and sour cream), other than a salad. The vegetarian menu is limited. No gluten free options. This is a sports bar, so expect to be surrounded by screens. There is an outdoor seating area also but my group chose to eat inside. The waiter and hostess was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. We went during lunch on a Friday.

Amazing service Kade was very kind and helpful navigating fantastic menu options for my food allergies. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer which is an AMAZING find for a restaurant. I got the chimichurri steak with fries. The steak was so tender and flavorful and the fries were crispy. Highly recommend if you have allergies or celiac! Or even if you don’t have any the food was delicious.

Pleasantly surprised! Stumbled upon this place for lunch with my daughter who also needs gluten free options. The staff was very helpful in finding so many selections that are safe for her. The food was outstanding! I had the taco salad and my daughter had the jalapeño burger on GF bun. Finished with dairy free soft serve ice cream. Generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. We will make the trip to Bethlehem just to come here again!

This place is well named. It is wonderful! I had the Singapore noodles and they catered to my gluten allergy attentively. It was flavorful and not greasy, with mostly vegetables sourced from their owned farm!

I went here with a fellow vegan friend on a Saturday late morning. We started off with a latte and both got the peppermint latte. It was very creamy and tasty. Next, I was feeling really hungry, so I ordered a coconut yogurt parfait. I am gluten free and I was surprised to see the granola in this was gluten free! This yogurt parfait was so delicious! I only ate half before my meal arrived. My friend got the chicken and waffles and said the flavor was amazing and the spice amount was just right. I got a gluten free waffle with lemon curd and blueberry jam on it. I also got the hash as an appetizer because it contained potatoes and the tofu scramble. I loved my meal so much! Everything was perfectly flavored. I was so happy after my meal and I ate the remainder of the yogurt later that day. I wasn’t going to leave without taking it with me!! Definitely go to this place. I am not from the area but I will be making a special drive back very soon!

This is my second time here. I'm visiting from New Jersey. I chose a delicious gluten-free chocolate brownie with a cappuccino. Both were delicious. The servers were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I tell all my friends about this place. It's terrific!😀

Great addition to eating options in the area literally just opposite the Moravian College football field. Very Close to my office . Ordered lots of stuff on their menu since they opened, they accommodate vegan, and gluten-free diet, very clean service with a smile, music is great and I always have a flatscreen TVs with sports channels tuned in in summary. I love it.

I love Brew Works! I am celiac and never have any issues here. I come specifically for the loaded nachos appetizer. With pulled pork on top this thing is one in a million. It is a huge portion and a great value for money. It can be loud but im sure that is just the sign of a hopping bar atmosphere. I will definitely return again and again!
