I was so grateful to be able to eat allergen-free in such an intimate little place, so close to the sea and my hotel: Tim and Kitty were solicitous and friendly hosts, and what they prepared was out of this world good! By far the best pub in Eastbourne. The menu has a great variety of dishes including gluten free and vegan options. The food is incredible (especially the pies!). We had a fab u lous lunch here, and in the heat of the moment, with granddaughter and great granddaughter I read the gluten free options and ordered, reading gluten free but omitting to mention it. The pizza was gorgeous at Flour Flow. I really enjoyed their crust. We booked as a table of 5, with one person being gluten free.
