I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).

Gluten free deep dish was the best pizza I have had in years. We saw earlier reviews talking about how good the gf pizza is and decided to take a chance. Crew was kind and considerate to my allergies. They helped us come to a decision on what we should get, as it was our first time at this location. We got the garlic white sauce with chicken. Absolutely delicious. Wife and I had a chance to talk to the owner after our meal and thank him. Hoping that they bring a location closer to the south valley. I agree with a previous post about an unclean restaurant,(example,tables not wiped clean, all dispensers were filthy) with no plates or straws.
I asked for the gluten free option and the staff have to ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. What does it matter to them what I choose or why?

They say that they have a gluten friendly menu, if a customer tells you that they have a Celiac disease (no GLUTEN) why wouldn't you try your best not to have the meal cross contaminate with gluten items.
