I have to eat Gluten free. I had the Cassidys omelette light on cheese and no tomato. It was yummy and gluten free. I also had fruit and a gluten free Pancake. My fiancee said that it tasted like a normal Pancake. Yummy. Sugar free syrup too. ? Is the omelette cooked in butter? I am also on WW. Thank you. Had decaf coffee that was lukewarm and refill was lukewarm too. I didn't say anything though. My bad.

Service and food is excellent. Went on a Monday - special is an appetizer + 2 mains + a mini dessert for $65 for a list of items or $80 for the rest of the menu. They completely understand glutenfree, subbing risotto for pasta. But on Wednesday they have gluten free pasta, rotating the type each week. Brussel spouts and Ciopino and scallops/lobster/risotto were excellent and $80. We skipped the included dessert since it wasn't GF, but they do have a flourless chocolate cake for extra. The portions were enough that we didn't need dessert :)

I like this place a lot. Fresh ingredients, nice and friendly atmosphere and good size portions, all worth it. Also if you are looking either keto, gluten free and veggie options this place got them all, just ask "no rice and no sides with sugar" and then you'll have a keto friendly meal, and since there is no wheat or flour ingredients this makes it gluten free option as well. I do recommend this place.

Excellent execution of the classic "Original Pancake House Experience". Food was delicious and made quickly, to order, and the server was able to figure out (with a little coaching) what my wife needed to have a safer gluten-free experience. I'm only giving 3 stars for the atmosphere because it was pretty loud along the edge of their large indoor seating area.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Sprouts Farmers Market! This grocery store exceeded my expectations with its fresh and high-quality products. The produce section was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that were vibrant and meticulously displayed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance and suggestions for healthier options. I also loved the bulk bins section, where I could find a wide range of grains, nuts, and dried fruits at affordable prices. The store had a great selection of organic, gluten-free, and specialty items as well. Overall, Sprouts Farmers Market provided a pleasant shopping experience with its excellent quality, friendly service, and commitment to healthy eating. I'll definitely be returning for my grocery needs!

First visit to the establishment. Nice atmosphere, good view of the water and great claim chowder. My partner ordered the Sautéed Sanddabs, modified for gluten free with rice instead of potatoes. There was a light seasing but not enough, we assume all the flavors are in the flour they typically coat the fish with. Seemed to be a meater version of a tilapia I had the Tuscan Artichoke Rockfish (Snapper), CA. There was a coating of panko bread crumbs but no detectable tomato pesto. Someone missed the memo as the description of the dish only mentions the tomato pasto. So a bit bland. Artichoke hearts came coated in bread crumbs as well, not to bad. Risotto was nothing to write home about, small serving and no seasoning. The dish did not go together well at all. I expected so much more based on the price.

What an incredible addition to the area. The fact that this place used to be a chipotle means that nature is truly healing. The quiche Lorraine was absolutely perfect and the Niçoise salad and opera cake got rave reviews from the gluten free camp. Service was patient and helpful when making our selection from their bountiful and varied menu. Great spot to relax with a coffee or a sweet treat and take advantage of the sun and slight breeze.

If you have food allergies like me you can find food just made with natural ingredients. If you have gluten allergies you can get awesome salads and full gluten free meal, choose grilled meat with veggies and polenta. Gluten free dessert the panacota. These meals are gluten free with out them even trying. They are also willing to make adjustments with ingredients for you. Supper supper friendly staff they make you feel like you come to eat dinner provided by family. Cozy cozy romantic with great wine selection, French and Italian wines. So like me if your allergic to man made sulfites in wine, the international selection is best for you the Italians and the French never add man made sulfites in their wine making process.

I recently tried Southbay pizza and I must say I was impressed! Their cauliflower crust is a game changer for anyone looking for a healthier pizza option. The crust is crispy and light, and it's perfect for those who are gluten-free or looking to cut down on carbs. What's great about Southbay pizza is that they offer a variety of toppings to choose from, so you can customize your pizza to your liking. They also have vegan meat options, which is a plus for those who are vegetarian or vegan. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming, which made my experience even better. You can tell that they take pride in their food and want to make sure their customers are happy. Overall, I highly recommend- It's a great spot for a quick and delicious pizza /sandwich/salads and their cauliflower crust is a must-try!

I would call this place a hidden gem in the city of Redondo Beach. They have both breakfast and lunch all day, which is awesome. They even have gluten free and vegan options available too! From coffees to smoothies to juices, Sacks has a lot to offer. Tried their Jerry Scramble breakfast and customized it a bit. The quality and flavor did not disappoint at all. It can get fairly busy on weekends, but the friendly customer service makes it worth the wait. Highly recommend trying this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great spot for happy hour! We sat down and got chips & salsa brought to the table. Such great chips with tajin! Delicious margs. Loved all the gluten free taco options, and the guac was delicious. Awesome spot for people watching too - would definitely go back.

I've been eating at Green Temple for years and it is delicious!! It's vegetarian/vegan friendly and is probably one of the best tasting restaurants in the South Bay!! I'm not veg or vegan but I eat healthy and am allergic to gluten. They have plenty of options that are gf. Love this place!!

The food tasted great! You can tell they use high quality ingredients! I read that Creme de la Crepe uses olive oil for cooking which is great because cheap seed oils are so inflammatory and bad for our health. I was thrilled to see all the gluten free options too! We had French press coffee, tea, French bread, and the chorizo hash and it all was really good! The bread took a while to come out, but they apologized for the wait. We'll definitely come back!

We really loved it here! There was a lot of gluten free options and the staff were so kind and helpful. I liked the gadgets on the table for ordering and but they do charge extra for the kids games and they add it to your bill but there is no information until after the kids play with it. It’s called an entertainment fee and it was not a lot of money. I had the burnt end burger on gluten free bun and it was probably the best one I have ever had. The fries were endless and the kids Mac and cheese was also endless and of course the drinks were endless. The prices were reasonable and we felt like royalty. Thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️

Party of 7. We sat outside. Great little patio. Got the combo appetizer,, delicious. They delivered carrots and cucumber slices for our gluten intolerant friends in addition to the lovely thin pita chips. I had the lamb wrap...fabulous 😋. Others got the chicken kabobs, the lamb kabob,, the salmon wrap and the vegetarian platter with tofu. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

I took my grandfather here for his 89th birthday. I must say everything was flawless. Our server took great care of us. Yes, this place costs money to eat at. No it's not cheap. But you're not coming here to eat a cheap meal. This place means business and the value of what is served absolutely supports the cost. After your first bite, you'll forget all about the price. I wish this place was in Denver metro. I would visit regularly since thats where I was visiting from. I had a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. I have celiac disease and they took extra care in making absolute certain that they got me gluten free foods.

Absolutely amazing Thai food, freshly made, great service. They also have gluten-free options if you ask for it. Make sure you don't overestimate your hotness. I did! 6 is way too hot for me, but yeah, try it. I've been going to this place for years and the quality just doesn't change. It's awesome.

The family and I stopped by the Galleria a few days ago for some last-minute Christmas gifts. While my wife was waiting in line to check out at Hot Topic, my son and I noticed a Bundt Cake store nearby. The smell definitely grabbed our attention first. We still had to pick up another little something for my mom, and since she loves everything chocolate, Xander and I decided to see if there was something in Bossy Bundts that she'd like. Wow, there were so many tasty options to choose from! The owners of the store couldn't have been any nicer. I mentioned my gluten intolerance and Xander's Type 1 diabetes. The owner said they didn't currently have anything gluten-free but they do make bundt cakes to order. She offered to whip up something gluten-free and even something with fewer carbs for Xander, using monk fruit for the lower carb bundts. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful! I ended up picking out the most chocolatey-looking bundt cake I could find. Before we left, I asked the owners if we could take a picture with them. The guy happily obliged. I asked his name and thanked him again. He told me his name was Josh - how crazy is that?! I won't be forgetting his name anytime soon. I almost forgot to mention, my mom tried the cake yesterday on Christmas and said it was amazing. That's why I waited to write this review. I assumed it would be tasty, but I had to be sure. I'll definitely be heading back for some made-to-order gluten-free bundt cakes. Thanks again, Josh and Angel!

Take your bowl and stack it as high as you can... Press the food down so you can fit more in, because they love happy customers here! Food is fresh, delicious, and they cook it right in front of you. We didn't want noodles because we're gluten free (wheat/grain free) so they offered to add more meat and veggies. Who wouldn't want that? Gladly would I give greater praise, had I more than two thumbs! 👍👍

I ordered take out cuz I'm a guest in the hotel and the person on the phone who took my order was really patient and helpful. They made accommodations for my gluten and dairy-free needs with no problem, the gluten-free pizza was absolutely delicious and they did it without cheese for me which was great I made my own pizza with olives basil red sauce balsamic glaze and mushrooms! The octopus was a little bit chewy but the flavor was so amazing and the potatoes were divine and I liked the sauce a lot so I'll give it a pass and the crispy rice tuna bites are absolutely divine They don't even really need the sauces that they come with

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that enjoys delicious food made quickly. The friendly atmosphere is immediately apparent when George greets you, and it spreads to the clientele. I've had breakfast here two days in a row and their food is excellent no matter what you order. They're good about gluten restrictions for allergic people and you can't order anything that doesn't taste amazing off the menu. A major hats off to George and his family. They work hard every day to make this corner of Redondo Beach a better place!

Been here a few times and food has been consistently good! Kudos to the owner for prioritizing freshly made food - it stands out for sure. Feels like home cooked food with an elevated dining experience. The Redondo beach outlet has a great vibe, with a bar and live music area. Don’t miss their special banana leaf lunches (yes actual banana leaf lunch in LA), it gets booked out fast. Definitely try the jackfruit briyani if you are vegetarian ( tons of options for vegan/vegetarian diets, and they also cater to gluten free needs). Remember to request for extra spice if you want your food spicy - they are all for it!

Food is a 5 star, best gluten free pancakes you can find anywhere, omelettes are amazing! Love the atmosphere and sharing tables you get to meet people you wouldn't normally. Service isn't always a 5 hence the 4 stars, but food is always very quick and top quality! My favorite breakfast spot!
