I really appreciate that their menu clearly calls out all of the gluten free options, and there are so many great choices. The ice cream is delicious and the candy selection is impressive.
Expect a lively atmosphere with great outdoor seating, live music, and a welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home.

Breakfast lunch or dinner do not even hesitate a while. The abandon of gluten-free options available on the menu makes you lose your mind for all the items. And they are not only on the menu, but they also have them in reality, and they are so amazingly good and tasty that we made it twice to that place. Once we made it for breakfast to have the gluten-free pancakes and French toast, and the second time we made it to lunch to have a gluten-free pizza with cauliflower crust. Both times it was a feast, fresh, very well prepared, very yummy, and confirmed that is gluten-free. If you're a vegetarian, also can you wanna introduce some changes to the menu? They are totally open to that and patient to your picks, because this is exactly what we did when choosing our breakfast menu as a combo with those pancakes and French toast, they were totally OK with us excluding meat from combo.
A must-visit gem for delightful pastries and outstanding coffee, with a tempting array of unique sweets and savory treats to explore!

We visited three times during our 5 day stay on Marco Island. Everything was delicious! We try to eat Gluten Free and everything was delicious - the cookies, scones, muffins, and Empanadas. Our friends had regular empanadas and raved about them!
Expect fresh vibes with stunning views and attentive service, all in a laid-back atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable.

Great location! I’m gluten free & gluten free pasta was available. Our serve also double checked with the kitchen the sauce etc was all gluten free. The pasta came marked too. I’d recommend to everyone, especially people looking for a good gluten free pasta.
Lively vibes with a mix of upbeat service and food highlights, making it a solid choice for a fun, relaxed meal with family or friends.

I dined at Joey’s Pizza & Pasta House on Marco Island with my sister, her husband, my mom, and my daughter, and we had a lovely experience! My sister and her husband are regulars here, and it was fun to see him exchange playful banter with our waiter, who was upbeat and attentive throughout the meal.
We started with the calamari, which was a solid appetizer. My mom and sister both had salads that were good—nothing extraordinary but fresh and satisfying. My daughter loved her chicken tenders, which were fresh, lightly breaded, and not greasy—definitely better than your typical kid’s meal offering.
Since my mom and sister are gluten-free, my daughter and I happily indulged in the garlic knots, which were absolutely addictive! They were soft, flavorful, and perfectly garlicky.
For my meal, I had a burrata salad with a side of three blackened shrimp. It was simple, fresh, and delicious—exactly what I was hoping for. My sister’s husband ordered the veal Parmesan, and though I didn’t try it, he devoured it quickly, which speaks volumes!
The wine selection is decent for a casual spot, and the overall atmosphere was lively and laid-back. It’s a great place for a relaxed dinner with family or friends. I’ll definitely be back!
Went with high expectations after reading the reviews and blogs about the place and the happy hour.
Coming from DC, I had high expectations of the food and service (especially with the prices). The fish was fresh and s good portion but the flavors were ok at best. The blackened fish was more salt than spice and overall flavor was ok. The house salad was a good attempt but flavors laid flat. The rest of the meals at our table were simply ok. No value for the prices. Drinks were way over priced. Lastly, the staff needs MAJOR training. Our waitor was nice and tried his best but I don't think he understood half of what we said. We had a gluten allergy at the table and let him know. The menu identified all gf options - so that was easy but we were specific on the salad to ensure no croutons. The salad came out with croutons and had to be returned. And at the end he gave us the wrong bill (one for another table). The manager popped by and I kindly shared the gf challenge and his response was thank you. He was more concerned being part of the social arena.
The happy hour situation is not one i would recommend. The bar area is small in comparison to the restaurant with VERY limited seating and happy hour is only available at the bar. The bar area was filled up. None of the happy hour options were available in the dining room. I understand the food part but certainly not on the drinks.
Overall...not worth the money.
A local favorite, this spot shines with live music and charm, especially off-season when the crowds thin out and the vibe stays lively.

This place is a go to for us. many people call it a tourist trap, but we are locals and love it! of course we love it the most in off season, because in season the wait can be hours long but the food is so worth it. they always have live music too. We have gluten and dairy allergies and eat here a lot. they are very good with them. I'm celiac and have never gotten sick! Parking is a little hard in season.

We can'l
Ż-t go to Marco Island without eating at Doreen's. The food is incredible. We've never had anything we didn't love. Their menu doesn't list gluten free options but ask your server because they can make several waffles, pancakes and French toast options gf. Their cereal killer cocktails are delicious too.
Known for a standout key lime pie, this place also impresses with a variety of delicious options that keep people coming back for more.

Called 30mins before they were closing and asked if they were the ones with the Gluten-free key lime pie...which they said yes and asked if i could order 3 slices for pickup. She said yes and got it ready and my husband went and picked it up and paid. Absolutely 💯 the BEST KEY LIME PIE AND GLUTEN-FREE!!!! I will need to visit often just so I can have this treat again! Can't wait to go in person and get some other Gluten-free items I hear are delicious 😋 here!

Excellent atmosphere, service, menu, and execution. They are able to do many dishes, gluten-free, which mattered to me. We went with a group of 15, and everyone left extremely happy.

So we chose this place for birthday celebration, and It was a very good choice. We were very well taken care of served with our gluten-free options as well as vegetarian options. Food extremely fresh, very good quality, well served, and meticulously prepared. Overall dining experience and the taste of food made us feel extremely special. You can tell that those meals were prepared and designed by a highly skilled team of professionals to whom we are grateful and thankful for making that day so special to us. Special thanks to our waiter George from Romania who made that dinner very pleasant experience also by adding proper martini and wine to go along with the food and was taking such a good care of us.
they have some gluten free options, willing to make potatoes separately, server was extremely helpful. they have an amazing coconut chia yogurt that is also dairy free
Great place off the beach for a nice drink and view of the sunset! The wait staff was very friendly and great for navigating my gluten intolerant wife. The blueberry mojito was amazing however their popular crab cake sandwich was fair. The chicken Philly however was excellent, remove the bun and you have a nice gluten free option, enjoy fresh steamed vegetables on the side.
Stunning view. We ordered takeout & it was great. I need gluten free food with no cross contamination and this was great for that too!
Update: I've eaten here again. As long as you speak up and let the kitchen know you need something without cross contamination, you can get true gluten free food. There are limited options but what I've had has been really good.
A spotless spot featuring a unique robot server and mouthwatering broth that keeps you coming back for more.

Review thai Thai sushi Marco Island:
Thai Thai Sushi Sports Bar is a Thai restaurant located at 1035 N Collier Blvd Suite 302, Marco Island, FL 34145, USA
Good gluten free options on the Thai and Sushi menus for my beloved. I tried the delicious spicy tuna roll and could not stop eating the beef ramen, the broth was out of this world. I'm looking forward to trying out the Pho on our next visit. The restaurant is SPOTLESS and very clean and the staff are great. The robot server is very cool!
Amazing coffee shop - Oscar’s got a good thing going here!! Clearly one of the best coffee shops in Marco Island.
They’ve clearly taken great care in selecting high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference from the big chain coffee places - it’s insane.
The banana bread was insane (and gluten free if you’re into that) and we all were super impressed by the lattes. Rare to find unsweetened almond milk!
We’ll definitely be back!
Just cane from a awesome lunch . Steamed clams in a big pot in front of us , spicy conch chowder that now ruined me from having anywhere else and the juiciest burger I ever had in a restaurant. Our bartender was super friendly and “ real” ...We took some keylime pie ( homemade) with us for later . If like everything else , its gotta be good . Note : if you our pretentious, gluten worried , hate dive bars , dont like good jukebox music , or cant believe you have to pick up your own food at the bar .... dont go . Stay at Applebees
Enjoy a tasty experience with a diverse menu and standout options that make it a must-visit spot for flavorful meals.

Had a really nice meal in here. I have coeliac, so need gluten free. Had chicken fajitas, with a corn wrap. Was really tasty. Good gluten free menu, and knowledgeable staff. We both enjoyed our meal and will go back.

Really disappointed to be writing this review after being a loyal customer of this restaurant for years on our annual trip to Marco Island.
To begin, we were seated 20+ minutes after our reservation. Why offer reservations if they mean nothing?
The ambiance is overwhelming - the live music is far too loud and honestly, painful to listen to.
When it came time to order, we requested to place for food and drinks all at once due to the significant wait we already had for our delayed “reservation”. We asked for lemon wedges for the table in addition to our beers; please note: this restaurant does not have a liquor license so options are limited. The server brought literally 3 slices of lemon for a table of 5 - how generous!
We ordered 3 chicken piccata dishes (one gluten free) and 1 chicken parmesan. The gluten free is a $6.50 up charge, which is the highest I’ve ever seen for an allergy accommodation. As I mentioned, we come here annually and it has always included 2 chicken breasts per dish. Apparently shrinkflarion has really gotten Davide as it came with one minuscule chicken breast each. The chicken parmesan was cold. At this point, we had been over an hour since we had ordered and were starving with a dog to get home to. As such, we just ate the cold food. We said nothing and asked for our bill, just wanting to get out of there.
The owner stopped by as we were waiting for the checks to return and asked how everything was. A member of our party said “slow and cold but besides that fine.” The owner suddenly became aggressive and defensive, asking why are we just now complaining? In response, we corrected him that we were not complaining, he asked. He stormed away and sarcastically told us to have a good night. We finished up the checks and departed for our vehicle in the parking lot. The owner followed us into the parking lot and told us to never return to the restaurant. For what? Telling you the hard truth about the poor experience at your restaurant? Feedback, unfortunately, is not always positive but as an owner, or just a human in general, you need to learn how to be receptive to it and respectful when receiving it. Perhaps the owners Napoleon complex is getting in the way. Dine elsewhere where you will be a respected patron with warm, timely food.
We had an amazing dinner here. Everyone working could not be nicer. Our server Karin was an A+. The food was some of our favorite on the island. They also have great gluten free bread.
