Our bartender was amazing! The oyster selection was great and my girlfriend was very happy with her gluten free fried fish sandwich (with no upcharge on the gf bun!). I had the beet cured steelhead trout on special and it was beyond my expectations. This was my 5th or 6th time here and every time the level of service and food always exceeds the last.
A must-visit for unique and intensely flavored vegan treats; loved for quirky options and top-notch cones.

Delightful experience! I stopped here last year when traveling and made Sticky Sweet my first stop back in Portland this summer. Every flavor is delicious and owners are lovely. 100% Gluten Free.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with unique drinks, layered avocado toast, and fresh bites, but be prepared to snag a seat if it’s busy!

I literally ordered 2 stacks of the blueberry gluten free pancakes and neither survived. And these were not skimpy stacks. They were the perfect treat to have on my birthday. Delicious coffee and so many other yummy pastries and gluten free options! I would go here every morning if I lived in Maine! Absolutely incredible!
Expect bold flavors and delightful dishes paired with a unique atmosphere, perfect for a memorable dining experience.

Wow this place was really awesome! There was a ton of hype online about them so I was a bit skeptical…but wow did they deliver! What I appreciated was how good the gluten free and vegetarian options there were - it’s a small menu so I’m glad we had some choices. I got the mapo tofu and my girlfriend got a lamb ramen that they made gluten free. The non alcoholic drinks were really fun and whimsical as well! Would recommend!
Decided on this place because we wanted some good smoked meats. It definitely didn’t disappoint! With many options to chose from for seating. Outside decks, covered with heaters if needed. But let’s get to the food. The corn succotash is warm and perfect. We ordered the clam cakes as an appy. They are huge and worth every penny. Then we had the small dinner board. OMG the brisket though! And the grilled cornbread! Their Sangria is so refreshing you will want to take a growler home. Yes, I said growler. They sell them to go in their market along with their sauces. I took home a gluten free bread made locally. Review to follow on that!
Enjoy eclectic dumpling choices and creative cocktails in a vibrant space, perfect for sharing and making lasting memories.

Had a fantastic dinner here with friends. They got the dumpling flight, lobster rangoon, and the bao buns. All were amazing and they loved trying all of the different dumplings—a really nice sharing option and super fun date idea. I got the mango salad and curry. Also all fabulous. I am veg and celiac and they were super accommodating and thoughtful about gluten free and cross contamination. The server Michaela was really helpful and warm!! Would for sure go back!!

Very cool, intimate restaurant. We ordered an array of small plates to share and they had a separate gluten free menu that I very much appreciated. Our cocktails were interesting but a bit off the mark. The sashimi was the best dish that we had and the mochi bacon was chewy and interesting.
Exceptional tacos keep the vibe lively, and the dedication to community and fun makes every visit a must for taco lovers.

Iron Clad was love at first bite. The incredible tacos were enough to make Iron Clad a weekly routine (okay…sometimes more than weekly). I’ve eaten my way through the entire menu and have tried numerous specials, and I’ve had nothing but exceptional food every time. Seriously! There’s never been an “off” day, just consistently great tacos. Most of the menu is gluten free.
As an added bonus, the people are what makes the experience special. The dedication of Dan, Joey, and co. is reflected through their food, and I’m always served laughs and good vibes along with whatever I order. This business is generous, gives back to the community, and uses their platform to advocate, which is important to me. Do yourself a favor and go get a taco from iron clad! …or six.
A cozy spot that gets lively, known for its tasty twists on classics and creative drink options, perfect for solo visits or family outings.

I have read a lot of back and forth reviews, but I do recommend Duckfat. I am excited to bring my family here when we come back from Maine. It was definitely a small, crowded environment, so coming as a solo person I got seated immediately at the bar. If you're in a group you're looking at 45min to an hour wait.
I tried the tomato soup at the recommendation of a guest sitting next to me. It was very delicious. Reminded me of a gluten-free pizza which the bartender laughed at, but I felt like it was accurate. I also tried their version of the lobster roll. I understand how it's not a traditional lobster roll, but I very much enjoyed the sandwich. I also tried the cherry soda. I like that it gives you a soda vibe, but it's not sticky sweet, and then I finished it off with the salted caramel milkshake. I got more of a vanilla vibe with some caramel to it. It was very sweet. I think I may have enjoyed the mocha a little bit more, but I enjoyed it to-go and sipped it all the way to my car. Hope this helps - cheers!
No happy hour for another month or so, unfortunately. Bartenders were friendly. The female lived up to my expectations when I asked her to make her favorite drink to mix, which turned out to be a nice twist on the Paper Airplane. The burger was outstanding, best I've had in 2021. Accomodating my gluten-free needs, they subbed a fresh salad for the bun at no extra cost. Now thats excellent customer service! I will be back with hubby in tow.
