The wait is about ten to fifteen minutes to get a meal, but it is brought to your table piping hot and freshly made. No reheating here!
We drive from Rumford Maine to come get food from here. We ask them to deconstruct the burgers so the buns don't get soggy on the way home, and the staff is absolutely fantastic about doing this for us. My family at home is so appreciative of the care they take.
They even were extra fancy packing up the burger we got for the pup. :)
The gluten free food is fantastic, the burgers are fantastic, the milkshakes are great, the staff is phenomenal. Don't hesitate to stop here.
A streamlined dining experience with attentive service and a strong focus on dietary needs, making it a must-visit spot for anyone.

Great experience! A very warm, intimate environment with great service and food. The waitress was very attentive and welcoming, asking us if it was our first time (it was) and answering all our questions. My wife and I started with Coconut Shrimp, which were great! Then, my wife had Tortellini with Pesto and chicken, and I had Gnocchi alla Romana. Both dishes were fantastic! The pasta was properly cooked, and the sauces had rich flavor. Also, the portions were absolutely massive. You definitely get your money's worth! And, of course, we got dessert to go: their macarons, which are homemade and are absolutely to die for! Overall, it was a fantastic experience! They also have an extensive gluten-free menu, so anyone can still indulge in their homemade desserts! 😋🍝🥂
Expect a delightful experience with consistently delicious baked goods that surprise everyone with their quality and flavor in a cozy atmosphere.

I would say if you're looking for a high-quality and expensive gluten-free bread this is the place to go. Lots of time gluten-free bread has poor taste, this does not. This has excellent taste but then again it's very expensive bread I'm going to just let you know it's about 15.00 a loaf. So if you're looking for probably about the best gluten-free bread around this is the place to go parking is a little bit tight at times so just to be forewarned at that.

Great for symptomatic celiac. Stopped on the way from Maine to NY. Amazing allergy awareness. Full GF menu, separate fryers, etc. 13 year old son had cheeseburger, fries, and fried pickles and was very happy!

It's a great spot if you're looking to put a nice spin on the classic man-n-cheese. Chicken Bacon Ranch is a personal favorite of mine. My entire family enjoys it. My son has an egg allergy, so he can't have their regular pasta. However, the gluten free pasta is also egg-free, which works out fine for him.

I have been coming here for years. Even after I moved away, if I was in town visiting, I would make sure I got to go there. The gluten free bagels are excellent! I finally got a chance to try the gluten free pizza and I was definitely not disappointed! Great flavor and texture! Don't sleep on it like I did. It's awesome!

This local eatery is definitely a go-to for outstanding and flavorful vegan/vegetarian cuisine!! The staff are so friendly and chill. My order, no matter how many customers are in house, is always ready in a timely manner and if there’s even the slightest delay they apologize. I usually call ahead on weekends, and mid-morning on weekdays when it is SUPER busy. One thing I have noticed is that customers tend to hang out and chat at the tables on weekends and there is limited seating (except for at the coffee bar) so it’s difficult to stay and eat at certain times. They do have some outdoor seating that is not often occupied. Anything on the menu can be customized which is so convenient! The smoothies are delicious any time of day but I stop there almost every morning for my Tropical Greens smoothie with an added protein. More energizing than coffee and has helped me reduce my big time coffee habit without feeling deprived. Highly recommend Troy’s as a fresh, delicious, healthy but TASTY option! They even have a point system that builds up quickly for discounts and free food. Try one of the huge gluten free muffins! Delish! The coffee bar is outstanding as well. Thanks for being a terrific healthy yummy easy access option in Londonderry, Troy’s!
Discover a unique gem with a vibrant atmosphere and an impressive variety of flavorful options that'll surprise even non-vegans!

We called and made a reservation for a Friday during the April school break. It was our mom's birthday, and we all wanted to take her out to celebrate. When we arrived, the hostess was not aware, nor had notes, that our party of 11 was coming. She had to ask someone who then informed her we were, in fact, scheduled for a small room upstairs.
Once we got upstairs, we were comfortably seated. The room had extra furniture (chairs and such), but that worked well for a member of our party who is on the spectrum to have a few spaces to move between.
The restaurant was busy, so the service took a little bit. It took 25+ minutes before we were able to get a drink order in. We started to notice our server was trying to accommodate her customers on the first floor plus our party upstairs. We felt bad after a while as it was obvious she was working double duty and with little assistance.
Ultimately, the food choices were great. The family loved their meal. The portions were decent size, and gluten-free options were available, which included the haddock entree and brownie dessert pictured. It took two of us to finish the dessert. My husband enjoyed his prime rib. And our whole party got a kick out of the take out boxes having pre-written fun messages on the outside of the lids.
Overall, we would likely visit again and just adjust our expectations around service time. If you are looking for a great place to sit and have a conversation, this is an awesome opportunity.
Known for its thoughtful menu and dedication to quality, this place stands out for great meals and a commitment to exceptional dining experiences.

My wife and I spent some time at Salisbury Beach and decided to get some early dinner. I have to eat gluten free and dairy free so I used the Find Me Gluten Free app and found Overboard. It had 5 stars and very great reviews; we had to go and try, and I am happy to say they did NOT disappoint. This place is awesome. The staff is great and so friendly and accommodating. The drinks were delicious too. I got some bang bang shrimp, a chicken sandwich and GF onion rings! I honestly don't have a negative thing to say, everything was great and I did not get sick, and I cannot wait to go back! I highly recommend.

My husband and i stopped in on the way to a show at the Laconia Theater. We ended up not making it to the show because we walked into the middle of a trivia game and decided to play. This place is awesome. I am gluten free and so is the entire menu. It literally says everything is gluten free unless otherwise noted. It's usually the other way around. I hadn't had fried chicken in probably several years and was able to have it here! The drinks are unique and delicious. Trivia is a blast. The food is great. Leslie is awesome. I can't wait for the outdoor food trolley to get up and running so we can try it!

My friends and I had a lovely visit to your restaurant a few days ago. A couple of our friends are celiac, so picking a place that can deliver despite dietary variations is key.
Your server, Dean helped us through ever step of our visit.
Not only were the drinks and food above our expectations, but the service exceeded that.
Dean answered all our allergy related questions and gave us a sense of confidence in your brand.
We enjoyed our time at your restaurant and cannot wait to return.
Thank you very much Dean and staff.

We found this place on Google and noticed the large amount of gluten free choices so we tried it out. Pleasantly surprised! I had the brat on a bun with onion rings, wife had turkey burger and girls had a salad and chicken fingers with fries. Walked through the door, seated, ordered, and ate in less than 30 minutes on a Friday evening. The food was great as well. I especially liked the semi private room with the high table as I am very tall. A+++

A cozy local restaurant that offers their unique take on classic American cuisine. They are located in a charming building with plenty of street parking available surrounding the establishment. For nicer weather, there is a side patio with tables shaded with umbrellas and their main dining area.
The selection of food is perfect for lunch or dinner and not overwhelming, plus they have a full bar. They serve plenty of local beer and cider, which is an excellent way to sample what the area has to offer. The majority of the menu is gluten-free, and they do offer gluten-free substitutions for sandwiches and pasta. The real highlight of the meal are their spudsters - mashed potatoes made into little conical shapes with a piping bag, probably frozen, and then deep fried. They have seasonings and sauces to choose from to create endless tasting combinations. Absolutely my new favorite appetizer, and I would come back just for these.
Everyone enjoyed their lunch and we were very happy we decided to stop. We will definitely be by again when in the area.

Got a Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcake cake for my daughter (and me, I'm Celiac) for her 11th birthday, and dare I say, it was the highlight of the party.
Ordered it on (relatively) short notice and I got an email later the same night. Picked it up three days later, and it was gorgeous.
Day of the party, it tasted even better. The cake was light and flavorful, and the meringue buttercream even had my mom impressed (who's usually a buttercream hater).
We will be ordering again, and I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Sure, it's pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for.

We had not dined here for a while but, returned recently and was very happy with the new menu that offered LOTS of gluten free options - includes apps which is so rare. It was so nice to go to an Asian restaurant and have choices! Honestly, how hard is it to just replace soy with tamari and up the GF offerings? Happy that Chen Yang Li stepped up to the plate to serve the growing number of GF folks. Service and food were very good. It will be our new go to place for Asian food.

I have food allergies. I'm allergic to gluten and almonds. I ordered 1 egg scrambled and sausage links. Not sure what was contaminated, but I was sick as a dog. Stomach pain, severe migraine.
Won't eat there again. I realize it is difficult to accommodate food allergies, but if you can't, tell the person. I would have passed on the food.

I’m so sad. Wing-itz has always been my comfort food/celebration food because I am gluten free, and can HAVE FRIES! We haven’t been in since the location changed. We paid for an hour of parking - important later. We ordered drinks and food at the same time…so quick. Prime lunch hour, but only a few people at the bar, and a long table of several people that came in after us. When we had 15 minutes left on parking and were thinking about going out to add time on the meter, the food arrived. It was not just cold, like it was left out, it was CHILLED, like it was made last night, put in the fridge, and then put on a plate. The chicken was refrigerated; it could not have been cooked during my visit. If that is how they wanted to serve it, I don’t see why we had to wait 45 minutes. It was so offensive to be served that, I won’t even consider going back. Again, so sad.

They had lots of gluten-free options which were nice as I am gluten free. The steak tips had a light teriyaki sauce and they were made naturally gluten free. They were nice and tender and you could get roasted brussel sprouts or carrots with it and roasted potatoes and they gave you enough for two people. Very large servings. I would not recommend the apple crisp or the fruit apple crisp. The crisp part was made with something not your typical oatmeal brown sugar and butter. Service was very good and there was no wait in early May.

Absolutely phenomenal pizza!
I love pizza but since I've been gluten free I haven't had good pizza until tonight ... This was so delicious, homemade gluten free dough, crispy crust, delicious sauce, fresh ingredients, I feel so lucky that we tried pizza here!
I got a cheese pizza with peppers, onions, ricotta and garlic, all perfectly fresh, so delicious .. and my husband got hamburger, pepper, onion and mushrooms and he loved it ... This pizza ranks with the best pizza I've ever had, old school, home made, ...
The service was excellent.
The atmosphere isn't bad, we brought our pizza home, but it looks very clean and nice.

I recently visited The Friendly Toast in Boston’s Back Bay, and it quickly became one of my favorite brunch spots. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a vibrant, retro-inspired atmosphere filled with eclectic decor that added a fun and welcoming vibe to the dining experience.
The menu was impressively diverse, catering to various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I decided to try the “Hash Quiche,” which was a delightful combination of cheesy eggs accompanied by a fresh fruit salad . The flavors were rich and satisfying, making it a standout dish.
My friend opted for the “Breakfast Burrito,” which was generously filled and packed with flavor. The portion sizes were substantial, ensuring we left feeling full and content. We also shared the “French Toast Monster,” a cinnamon raisin French toast served with bacon, eggs, and home fries. It was a perfect blend of sweet and savory, and even though we got it to-go, it remained fresh and delicious .
The service was prompt and friendly, with staff members who were attentive and eager to ensure we had a great experience. Despite the bustling environment, our food arrived quickly, and the staff maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout our visit.
Overall, The Friendly Toast offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience with its creative menu, generous portions, and lively atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable brunch spot in Boston.

Updated Review for Tucker’s – Nashua, NH
I’ve always appreciated Tucker’s for their atmosphere, service, and commitment to fresh food. I had initially written a completely positive review because I’ve had good experiences in the past. However, I feel obligated to update my review to reflect a recent visit where I left feeling disappointed and, honestly, hurt.
As someone with severe, medically documented food allergies—including life-threatening ones—I always take great care when ordering. On this visit, I clearly explained my allergies and requested my meal to be made as safely as possible, even offering suggestions such as using a separate pan or dish.
Unfortunately, the manager came to my table and explained they could not accommodate me due to cross-contamination concerns, and that they could not take anyone off the line to prepare something separately. I was told this decision came from upper management, and that special arrangements could not be made for someone like myself.
That phrasing alone made me feel different—as if my needs were a burden. I didn’t come in demanding anything unreasonable. I came in with humility, understanding the limitations of a kitchen, but hoping to be met with some flexibility and care.
At one point, I was told that all they could offer me was lettuce. I replied honestly: “I’m not a rabbit—I need protein.” Eventually, after mentioning that I often write reviews, I was approached again and offered a poached egg on gluten-free toast with mashed avocado and pickled onions. While I appreciated the gesture and the repeated apologies, it didn’t undo the sting of being made to feel like my health concerns were an inconvenience.
This experience reminded me how difficult dining out can be for those with serious allergies. I don’t want special treatment—I want basic compassion and safety. That day, I didn’t feel either until I pushed.
I’m not writing this out of anger. I’m writing this out of truth. My original review was glowing, but full transparency matters. I hope this helps raise awareness and encourages more thoughtful, inclusive practices in the future.
