Do not eat here if you have food allergies or celiacs!
I tried to call them many times before hand to see what ingredients are in their noodles and they didn’t pick up. So I walked in, they offer gluten free noodles but share them in the same boiling pot as the wheat/egg noodles, which is a big no. I asked if they could boil it in a separate pot and they couldn’t do so either. Highly unsafe food practices. I doubt there vegan is safe too. Some things to consider is people might be vegan due to food allergies, not by dietary choice.

I went to Mio Sushi in Bend with my husband, who is celiac. We were looking for gluten-free options, and the website listed gluten-free teriyaki as an option. However, when we arrived, we were told that they don't have gluten-free teriyaki. We also asked for more time to look through the sushi options, but the waiter never came back.
Overall, we had a terrible experience at Moo Sushi. The staff was not helpful and accommodating, and the food was not what we were expecting. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with celiac disease or anyone looking for a good dining experience.

We went to watch Slightly Stoopid from the old Mill. I’ve seen them many times I didn’t need to go in this time, but we decided to grab a drink at Greg’s Grill where I was pleasantly surprised to learn they have a new menu and have labeled the menu with gluten-free options. Not for those with food allergies or celiac disease. Yes they have a warning that it is a shared kitchen and the food was good, but I got sick and went down hard as though I had eaten straight wheat. Again everyone else enjoyed there meal, but it was so noisy that none of us could hear our own conversation.
Again, I have friends who love eating here but if you need to be gluten-free or have a wheat allergy, I had highly recommend you avoid this restaurant.
