We have been in Dallas for 3 days and have eaten here twice. Gluten free bun is the best tasting and with the addition of bacon cheeseburger puts us over the top. We love the fries as they were crunchy. Will probably be back tomorrow!

We were in the area dropping off family at DFW and I was craving sushi! I have a gluten allergy so I was searching for a place that could accommodate. We came across Bleu Bear and it did not disappoint! They have a separate gluten free menu and even gf soy sauce! My fiancé does not have to eat gf and he loved everything he ordered as well. He recommends the hot sake! They have music playing inside and the lights dimmed. There are also a few TVs for you to enjoy while you’re dining. Lastly, there is a good size patio for you to enjoy during the cooler weather!

The restaurant had a great ambience, view of the sunset, and friendly staff. I was excited to see that they had items marked Gluten free, Vegetarian, and Vegan. The problem was that they didn’t mark all items that (I hope) were vegetarian that should have been marked. This made us have to ask the waitress about all the items that appeared to be vegetarian and she just read what we could off of the menu. I asked her to ask the kitchen and was told some of the items that weren’t marked vegetarian were actually vegetarian. I’m not sure the point of marking items if it isn’t consistent. Overall there were only a couple of vegetarian options which was disappointing since they have a lot of potential to offer more.
