Our family of 6 had a a great experience for dinner- great friendly service and delicious food. We had a number of gluten free meals and appreciated that they came out on red plates to signify an allergy. Everything was yummy and perfectly prepared. Wish I could give a 5 star review but I have celiacs disease and have had positive experiences with Five Guys however my last time going they overlooked my ask for Gluten Free, I called and was told by the employee that he would put a note in the back for me to get a free burger and shake the next time we came.
We went by today and the manager said they couldn’t honor it because it was a couple weeks ago. I am disappointed because there are only so many places that do GF burgers decently and now I will not trust this Five Guys as they don’t honor their promises.
