The best sandwich I've eaten so far. First of all, it's compact, because the bread is fresh and therefore doesn't fall apart at the first bite, it's just the right size but it's filling because the ingredients are excellent, all perfectly recognizable by taste. The fresh chips are thinly cut but dry, not greasy and mushy. An aspect not to be underestimated, the menu includes gluten-free dishes. The staff, all female, are very kind, attentive and helpful. One of those places that you hope will stay like this forever and that it won't be swallowed up by the advertising of the influencer on duty because it really doesn't need it.

On the advice of a dear friend, we went to Sestante for lunch on Sunday! We were pleasantly impressed and satisfied: excellent welcome, friendly staff, plentiful and delicious dishes! I would like to point out that there were three of us at the table who were celiac... they offered us a sublime seafood risotto, and we were also able to order fried calamari because they only use rice flour! Excellent!! We absolutely recommend it. Everything fresh and delicious, congratulations.

What can I say... Another of the many places in Cagliari run by people who improvise in this job. There were 5 of us who went, attracted by the (largely disregarded) possibility of pleasing everyone, so I will describe the various (embarrassing) aspects of some dishes: - gluten-free tagliatelle served as baby food, chopped, with the presence of sand in the seasoning fish. - slice passed off as cut and sold for 20 euros. - pasta to the requested standard without ricotta, prepared without observing this request. Re-prepared and served 20 minutes later than the other courses. -fried potatoes requested as an appetizer but served later because "it's the same" (I quote the waitress). -it was cold in the room, I asked if it was possible to keep the door closed and I was told that there was no problem... It remained wide open all evening. The basic concepts of cooking need to be reviewed. At least for the other customers, which won't be us.

Lovely restaurant with amazing food! We went there twice during lunch time, it wasn’t busy. We had gluten- and milkfree meals (pasta and pizza available, as well as meat and fish dishes), which was great! The cooking staff was very knowledgeable, especially the owner, who also speaks perfect German. Highly recommend!

... There are no 10 STARS, otherwise I would have given it... We arrive at 9pm, the place is full but despite everything they take our reservation for 10pm even though it is not high season anymore... Dishes OK, Wine equally good, dessert I won't tell you... And I forgot, for me everything is gluten-free since I am celiac... But the 10 goes to the OWNER and chef who knows how to protect his customers from the people in the dining room who annoy and above all he makes himself respected 💪... P. S. While visiting Tempio Pausania I looked in the reviews to see which restaurant offered gluten-free dishes and found this place. Our experience was excellent with a varied and good menu that gave us the opportunity to satisfy both those with and without gluten. This place is a dream find for anyone needing a gluten free diet. The meal was outstanding and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more professional. It made for a truly incredible lunch in a picture postcard location. Neither I (as the coeliac) nor my fellow diners felt that I had to miss out because I needed to eat gluten free. They provided gluten free bread basket absolutely full of GF treats. The three courses were all made gluten free including a seafood platter of fried octopus, squid, fish and white bait. Delicious! Next we opted for the special of the day which was lobster spaghetti. The gluten free pasta was incredible and cooked to perfection! I couldn’t have been happier! Just wonderful place that I hope I get the privilege to return to one day. Thank you so much to the staff for caring so much about gluten free customers and for making our quick visit so delightful. Oh! And try the local Verminto wine! Delicious.
