I visited your treforest restaurant on Saturday 1st February to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Due to being diagnosed with coeliac disease I was very disappointed you do not provide fries on your menu. Also the vinegar in your restaurant is malt when I asked for an alternative vinegar was told there wasn't any. As coeliac I can not use this due to the ingredients. This could be easily solved by providing an alternative of any other vinegar. Also my husband was disappointed to the very small portions.

Nice chain restaurant. Staff were friendly and considering it was an event night and they were packed, they were attentive.
Impressed with their allergy process, the manager took my order, they were all aware and they informed and helped me rather than gave me a massive book to look through.
Super impressed they had vegan and gluten free fajitas, which were yummy. Very nice Pina Colada too.
Over all a thumbs up for allergy awareness, food options, atmosphere and service. The only improvement would be to have vegan sour cream

Great food, loved being able to order just one egg and 1 bacon (it was a good thick piece and very tasty) and my husband had a great cooked breakfast.
The down side was the coffee which was watery and bitter, wish I'd opted for a pot of tea as I could not drink it. It did not spoil the meal though, and I bought a slice of gluten free walnut and coffee cake to take away which proved to be delicious and a beautiful texture.

This place is absolutely worth the hype. If you're vegan and you live nearby or are passing through, it's a must visit. Even the carnivores that were in our party loved the food and we're surprised by it. I don't think there is anywhere else that you can find food like this.
The owners and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating too. Our server was brilliant, gave great recommendations, and helped our gluten free friend navigate the menu. The owner wanted share some of the new products that had just come in (which were amazing) and came over to excitedly talk to us about it.
It shows that they take great pride in what they have been able to achieve here. I can't wait to go back and show it off to more people!

Visited while on a weekend break. The staff are lovely. The service is great. A lot of locals use the place so that tells you something about how good it is. My wife and I had the special of the day. It was spot on, the belly pork was delicious. There wasn't really anything negative I can say. First time visiting for food, and I couldn't be more impressed... as a coeliac you never know what the quality of things like the bread will be and for me it can really elevate the offering .. it can be ok, good or fantastic... Well ...Bean and Bread get my top marks for the best gluten free bread I've had yet. We were visiting Welshpool to meet up with family and came across the Raven Inn online a few days before coming. The website homepage is very dog friendly and then we were surprised at how many items were Gluten Free for one of our party.
We had a corner table by the fireplace which suited us with the dog
The menu was delicious, the desserts were yummy and even the dog had a menu too.
The bar staff were friendly, one of the younger waiters was clearly new to the job as he took some plates away whilst others were eating and didn’t really engage with us.
However we were really impressed and we will be back to this great establishment.

Stopped by Hills recently and really enjoyed it. It’s easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking, which made things super convenient. The building itself has an interesting design and the views are amazing – definitely a nice bonus.

I had the best Gluten Free beef burger in fact the best burger I’ve ever had with a fresh GF bun and all the trimmings.
