Love love love this place!! I stumbled across green collective a few months ago and I now go 4-5 times a week, it’s that good!! As someone with an autoimmune who avoids dairy and gluten this place is amazing!! It’s really hard to find a place with so many low sugar, healthy options. There are so many great options on the menu, and everything I try I’m obsessed with!! They also have a ton of prepared things in the fridge that are delicious! I’ve told all my friends and family and they love it as well. The service is amazing, and the food comes quick. It’s a great place to meet a friend for lunch or sit down and get some homework done! The matcha is the best I’ve had in Denver ( I’ve tried a lot of places), and my favorite part is that they offer monkfruit as a sweetener. It’s rare to find a place that offers a sugar free option that isn’t artificial. For anyone who wants to try it, I recommend the breakfast tacos, they are amazing! But really you couldn’t go wrong with anything. So glad to find this fun new spot so close to my house!!

After 2 years of living above Saucy’s I was finally able to try it now that they have gluten free bbq sauces for their wings and ribs!!! I haven’t had ribs in YEARS and the wings were phenomenal. Gloves were changed before making my order. Thank you for including us GFs!
