A friend and I tried out this place the other night, as I'd read that their actual restaurant in Worcester would be closing after Black Friday this year - they are transitioning to a food truck / pop up model, as they already do that. I had to try it, as tons of friends had recommended it - and it was SOOO good. I am not vegan, and it was amazing - but I am sensitive to eggs/dairy/gluten, and they had plenty of choices to accomodate me. Came to Mint for brunch with a few friends to try out their new Sunday brunch. We each got a different item and everyone was pleased with their food and drinks. The owner graciously accommodated one of my friends who has gluten and egg allergies- she had chicken pho, from the regular menu. I had the kaya French toast which is made with their own house milk bread. It was topped with their housemade shaved salted egg yolks which was a nice balance of sweet and salty. Other dishes our party had were the bo ne, pandan waffles and cauliflower bao buns.
The Build Your Own Mimosa was fun. Loved how you can adjust the level of spiciness (1-4) of the Spice It Right cocktail, which was refreshing with just a hint of sweetness. The servers were friendly and efficient. I've never seen brunch served at Vietnamese restaurants around here and I highly recommend it.
