Today was the first time I’ve had a shake shack burger in over a decade due to a gluten allergy after practically living at the Madison square park location prior. My fiancé and I learned of the addition of gluten free buns a few weeks ago, so naturally I wanted a burger as my first food after a 14 hour gastric testing fast.
