As someone who has traveled across the U.S. and dined at over 200 Thai restaurants, I can confidently say I know my Thai food. Only about 5% of places make it to my coveted 5-star list—and this food truck is one of them!
The flavors here are absolutely amazing, proving that great food doesn’t need a fancy restaurant setting. The menu may be limited, but everything is 100% gluten-free and packed with flavor.
We tried the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Papaya Salad, and every dish was fantastic. The portions were generous, the seasoning was on point, and the overall quality blew us away.
To top it off, the service was exceptional. I had the chance to chat with the owner, who is as sweet as she is passionate about her craft.

What a great dinner with my daughter! The pasta and pizza flour are made in Italy from Italian grown wheat berries then ground into flour. Italian wheat berries were not genetically modified and are not sprayed with Glyphosate. The Chef at Bellisima, uses this Italian grown wheat flour to make pasta, pizza dough, fresh rolls and cakes. The vegetable pasta and vegetable pizza were delicious.
When I ate bread in Italy and France, I digested it easily. When I ate bread made from American wheat, I unfortunately felt sick. When scientists genetically modified American wheat, the gluten levels in the wheat increased significantly. These high levels of gluten plus the Glyphosate in the American grown genetically modified wheat disagreed with me. I am so happy that I was able to eat and easily digest a delicious dinner of pasta and pizza with my daughter. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I needed a gluten free cake for our wedding - my husband and I had done quite a few gluten free tastings, but they all tasted dry and off somehow. We found Michelle’s Patisserie I think through another bride on here and I’m so happy we did! We actually had our tasting in-person with Michelle and she was so attentive and thoughtful in how she approached decorating and making our cake. The other tastings we had, they literally just set up to-go boxes for us and we had to eat it on our own, with no explanation of the cake or suggestions of filling/cake pairings, or anything. That’s why we loved Michelle’s because we really got the cake tasting experience AND the gluten free was so tasty, not dry or flaky. You couldn’t even tell it was GF.
