I was blown away by my custom gluten-free cake. It was probably one of the best cakes I’ve ever had (with or without gluten.) The staff was super friendly and the selection of desserts was phenomenal. If I didn’t live in another country, I would be ordering from Carefree Cakery every week! This was my first time at this Keg! I have celiacs, and our server (shout out to Tara!!) made sure the chefs knew. They had the Manager himself bring out my food separate from the rest because of this. I have never in my life been to such a wonderful food establishment. Tara was on top of everything, making sure to check in on us! She even asked us what brought us to Moncton!! (girls trip!!)

Honestly the best vegetarian food I have ever eaten, and I am a meat lover! I had the Bandito Burrito. A black bean burrito served with rice, salsa and guacamole. It came with rice and tortilla chips. Many items on the menu can be customized for gluten free.

Had the yellow curry with chicken to give them another chance. Taste was good and good size portion. The reason it was a chance was because the last time I came was at supper time and the chicken I got was dark brown and tasted a week old. Not sure if it's just better to always come here at lunch time or what the issue was last time because it was okay this time. Also of note, they do have gluten-free options and I have celiac disease and I did not get sick after eating the yellow curry.
