Overpriced disappointment, I'm afraid! Good service and atmosphere, decent quality, but the hot chocolate was insanely sweet! They even put some sugar sachet on the side, as if it's not enough to send you in a hyperglycemic coma as it is! Afogato was good but tiny and expensive as well! Lots of gluten free options, which are rather rare to find in Paphos (haven't tried though). Would recommend it for an extremely sweet toothed only! Otherwise -- stay away!

Great spot! My husband and I both got pizza. He said he would have loved More sauce on pizza and have it prepared better since we were the only people in there. It did come out incredibly fast which was nice. They have a gluten free pizza base which tends to be hard to find. My husband also said he doesn’t think he got $4.20 worth of extra toppings that he added. They do give you bread while waiting for food. They also have gluten free pasta options. Overall the staff were friendly, it was a nice location and them having gluten free pizza was the cherry on top! They have free parking in the back. We would go back and likely get the same pizzas’s again. They sadly don’t take American Express cards.

Nice vibe, friendly service, gluten free and vegan options, a kids meal (which they were happy to adapt for vegan). The quinoa burger was especially nice - tasted like a homemade patty.

The concept is great, and a plant based restaurant is needed, especially in Cyprus. They had a very wide variety of items on the menu, and almost everything could be made gluten free! I think we may have just ordered the wrong things. The mushrooms were the most flavorful thing we ordered, but for a stuffed mushroom we expected the cheese to be melted. The soy fillets were on the greasy side but it was cool that the menu showed how many grams of protein were in the dish. The mushroom sandwich was okay but needed more tzatziki because it leaned dry. We’ll come back to try the brunch menu next time!

Excellent experience! Holy Cow – absolutely wow! The food is simply insanely delicious – every dish we ordered was precise, seasoned properly and served aesthetically. The service? Outstanding – the entire staff is smiling, courteous, professional and gives a warm and homely feeling from the first moment. The restaurant is decorated in a fun atmosphere, a rich menu that suits both those looking for unique dishes and the familiar classics – there are even gluten-free options for those who need them. Highly recommended – a pleasant, fun and delicious culinary experience. We will definitely be back again!

Vegan, gluten-free and ultra delicious. We had the Aloha Pancakes and the Snickers Mousse. OMG. The espresso was a bit sour. But the Raw Cocoa Latte is an absolute dream! You definitely have to go here. Oh, and they only use natural sweeteners. No refined sugar. 💕 We'll all come back for brunch.

Gluten free pasta was good, sauce was ok but the tasteless, watery brocoli (probably frozen) killed the dish. Ice tea poured from large bottle. Generous portion of gluten free bread as an apetizer. Staff was nice. Fact that it is in a tourist location doesn’t justify low quality for premium prices.

Great restaurant with varied menu and nearly all can be adapted Gluten Free. I had house red which was delicious as was the carpaccio and gorgonzola chicken. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable re dietary concerns. Lovely ambiance and was busy even though out of season and inside. When able to be outside its nice by the little fountain. We will be going again.

Yianna Marie is the best restaurant we have been to on our holiday to Protaras! The food is delicious and the staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating. Two of our group had a gluten allergy and the manager Leo ensured that they were still able to eat the dishes they wanted and even went out of their way to make them food not listed on the menu - all of which was fantastic! We had a slight medical issue at the end of our meal and the manager and HR manager were brilliant. They went above and beyond to ensure our friend was ok and even drove her to the local doctor to be seen. We could not recommend this restaurant enough!

My partner and I are both coeliac and we had a fabulous experience with samisen! I got in touch in advance and asked if they had gluten free options on offer and they said they did but they’d have to be prepared in the kitchen which was absolutely fine given cross contamination risks, we were still allowed to watch the live cooking which was brilliant! So entertaining and really impressive, it was our chef’s first day and he did absolutely brilliantly. Gluten free soy and teriyaki sauce and we were shown which items on the menu could be made gluten free. We both had the salmon teriyaki (absolutely stunning!) The communication was top notch, all of the staff who were serving us throughout the evening were made fully aware that we were gluten free and we didn’t have to worry at all! The food was incredible and beautifully seasoned, I can’t stand mushrooms but even they were tasty! Couldn’t recommend more, gluten free or not!

We absolutely love Sail at Castle – it’s our favourite place to visit every time we come to Cyprus, and it never disappoints. Mike, the owner, is such a great guy and a fantastic host. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about his restaurant. As a coeliac, I have to be careful when eating out, but I have never had any issues here. The menu is extensive and clearly marked for gluten-free and other dietary requirements, and if you let them know your meal needs to be prepared gluten-free, they make sure the kitchen is aware too – a really reassuring extra step. The food is absolutely amazing – top quality and beautifully presented. Last night I had the tuna with grilled vegetables, which was delicious. My daughter, who is also coeliac, loved the stifado, and my husband (who is not coeliac) said the pork chop was the best he has ever had! We often have a cocktail here and the menu is excellent too. The setting is stunning – right on the harbour front – and in our view, it is the best restaurant along the row. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are fantastic. Nickolas, in particular, is the friendliest waiter you could hope for – attentive, efficient, with a good sense of humour. We cannot recommend Sail at Castle highly enough. Thank you, Mike. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place with really tasty food. They offer a free appetizer- a wonderfully spiced butter with warm, fresh bread and free dessert; they have the best carob halloumi I've tried: fantastic flavours. The only downside: it's not gluten-free; the lamb chops: quite fatty but very tasty; beef souvlaki - tasty and portions are generous; stifado - very tasty; salad comes dressed, which I love! The octopus with fava is actually octopus tentacles with grilled veggetables, chips and a fava bean dip with caramelized onions - an amazing combination ; The only complaint is that we weren't presented with the different sides for the grilled meats - as shown in the menu. They automatically gave us chips.
