We went here for a family birthday celebration as our birthday girl was coeliac. Food is lovely and you would never know it is 100% gluten free. Tonight we booked for 6.30pm, had to ask continually for drinks and to order and our entrees came out at 8.20pm and mains 8.30pm and not altogether. For prices of $32-45 a main meal, some semblance of service is expected. The staff were obviously busy and quite pleasant but obviously very understaffed and it was a bit like Fawlty Towers. Wrong drinks were coming out and they wandered through the restaurant with no direction. I am sure with better management this place will be great. Having a 100% gluten free restaurant is fantastic. Just need to fine tune service to match the food. Waiting 2 hrs for meals with kids is a little hard.

I couldn’t cry with happiness at the range of Gluten free deliciousness! I just had my first cheesecake and it was heavenly. Staff are lovely and helpful and even the head baker/pastry chef has time for a small smile and hello to make you feel welcome. Died and went to heaven today! Thank you!

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a gluten free dairy free cake for a birthday to be picked up on a Saturday. Was advised via email to pick up by 5pm. Drove all the way there to pick up on the day and arrived before 4:45pm, and they were closed. No one answering phones or emails. The cake was for a birthday and the person who’s birthday it was cannot eat dairy or gluten. Not an easy cake to find without being specifically ordered, especially 5pm on a Saturday. When we asked the store about this, they offered no apologies, and Gabby and Wayne were actually dismissive and rude. Gabby claimed we had no order confirmed - however I have the email proof of it. Gabby advised us that Wayne (the owner) instructed her to close the shop and to email him to find out what happened. When I emailed, I got no explanation. I was told he would follow up with the store and come back to me. I have followed up multiple times and heard nothing of substance. I have sent multiple emails and we made multiple phone calls to try and understand what happened and rectify the issue and we have not been offered a single apology. I have been a customer for over a decade. I will now never purchase here again, and will be sure to tell everyone I know just how rude they are. Disgraceful behaviour.

When the staff ask "are you coeliac" you know you are safe, they understand about gluten free people. A very tasty gf beef burger, the meat patty was fresh and tasty. The bun was fantastic 🤩
